Best Authentic Restaurants in Prosperidad

Walked over for dinner tonight to try some Italian in Madrid. Nice, modern restaurant tucked away a few blocks off the main plaza. There was a lot on the menu, and I tried the Busiate alla Norma, which was a variation of Pacchieri alla Norma. It was good, but not as good as the one in Sicily. My wife wasn't feeling well, so she just got pasta with cheese, which was also good. The server was friendly, but her command of the English language wasn't great, and my wife had a hard time ordering what she wanted. She wanted pasta with ricotta, but got pasta with parmegiana. The prices are par for the course for this kind of restaurant in Madrid.

An excellent meal with good service in a nice environment. Authentic and classic Basque dishes, and a good variety of them including excellent fish and shellfish selections but also meat. Good side dishes and salads, and delicious desserts. Excellent wine list but could use more wines by the glass.

Authentic Italian cuisine served by friendly waitstaff at an affordable price point.

Grilled salmon with exquisitely grilled vegetables made for a terrific light and tasty meal. Staff was attentive w/o being intrusive. Would definitely dine there anytime. Highly recommended.
