Arrived from Rome in 2014, the Mancini family decided to change their lives and embark on a new and exciting adventure in Australia. After several experiences as Chefs in Italy and also in Australia, Valentina and Otello decide in 2019 to return on the market with a singular hospitality concept that had already been successful in Rome since 2010 . Loved it! Every dish on the Chef Selection banquet was amazing the anchovy panini, pork main and the tahini dessert were standouts. Love the modern retro Japanese style. Will be a new regular.
