    My fiancé and I came here for the first time together to have a nice romantic date night after taking our engagement pictures in the city earlier that evening. All of the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We finished off the night with what I would call the best tiramisu I ever had!

    The Victor Cafe is much more than a restaurant; it is an experience. The menu selection is excellent, and the quality is outstanding. Most of all is the enjoyment of hearing some of Philadelphia's best voices singing arias and show tunes. It is indeed a Philadelphia treasure.

    My husband and I love this location. The food is excellent. The restaurant is in a great location easy to access. The gelato is incredible and the story behind the restaurant is just as awesome. I would say the only thing that makes me hesitate as an event planner, bringing a lot of guests or clients to this restaurant is how incredibly loud it is. Noise echoes off of the walls and even sitting right next to each other. We have to lean over to listen to each other. Another note is that it is very tight quarters in this restaurant due to its long footprint rather than wide.
