Best Authentic Restaurants in Gawcott

Pizza Calzone is my favourite place to go to for the Ravioli al Ragu di Carne!!! Its thee absolute best and never disappoints! The portions are also so well worth it.

The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive during our visit. There is a fine selection of foods available on the menu which was delicious. The only negative thing was the temperature inside the restaurant given the weather at this time. We understood that they were having issues with the air conditioning units and so we became quite uncomfortable as the evening went on. We have visited on other occasions and have enjoyed our time there.

Had lunch on a sunny Sunday in the orangery. I’ve been once before about a month ago. The waiter who served me then remembered me, which was very nice since he must serve many people. As before the service was discreet and prompt but with no pressure to ‘hurry up’. The setting is stunning, especially on a sunny day. We had a table by a window, seated on very comfortable chairs, (which is fairly rare for most restaurants, amazingly) and the food was very good. I had arugula salad with avocado, my host had salmon with Caesar salad and we both chose the ‘no words’ caramel crème brûlée for dessert. Throughly enjoyable and would recommend.

Enjoyed the food at Cecconi. It was yummy and delicious and fab service
