Excellent service and great brunch menu options.
The room was beautiful our waiter Moises was very helpful and in fact we were looking for an event menu and room and he showed us around the beautiful facility. The food was excellent. We came for the Sunday brunch and we’re not disappointed
This is my favorite restaurant in Dallas
Perfect place as always. food 5 star and interesting.
Breakfast service is not attentive. Valet parking is $15 and not validated.
Love the environment, food, and our waiter was great!
Excellent food and service! We were seated immediately and the drinks were great!
Had an amazing time. Paul the head wine som is the best. 100% trust him on any choice.
Fantastic service. Dean is a true master at articulating Texas culture in a food dish. Must go for out of towners who want a high quality true Texan meal.
Great food and service. Worth every penny.
Everything was wonderful. Every course, the waiter and sommelier did a fantastic job. Wish I came to Dallas more so I could visit.
Lovely evening. Good service, nice presentation, delicious food.
We enjoyed all of the cocktails and dishes that we ordered, I would come again in the future.
It has been a long time since I dined at Fearings. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, I'm happy to report that the food and service was great! We were celebrating our birthdays and decided to try several courses and share everything. It was excellent and the service was awesome. I can't wait to go back. Next time when the weather is better, I plan to have my pre-dinner drink on the beautiful patio!
Salad was bland and tasteless
Food lukewarm and dried out
Two signature cocktails were unfinished
Service long droughts between checking on us
The waiter was great but had too many tables
Excellent service and food.
Great meal and experience as always!
One of the best meals in recent memory. Started with the tortilla soup which may be the best version I’ve ever had. Main course was the antelope which was tender and perfectly seasoned. Dessert was the banana pudding which was very well done and included warm beignets. The service was very professional- attentive without hovering over me. Looking forward to my next visit to Dallas so that I can return to Fearing’s.
We had enjoyed our anniversary!
Service was great as usual.
Loved the Texas carder salad!
Enjoyed the wedge salad.
The breads were real tasty.
We both enjoyed the salmon and the Dr Pepper ribs.
We hope to return next year!
Fir our 23rd!
Great dinner and atmosphere!
Second visit just as good as the first. Great place to treat a father-in-law to a special meal!
Exceptional food, service and setting. Always good.
The atmosphere and service were excellent. The food, a bit of a disappointment. My husband and I both ordered crab cakes Benedict. The crab cakes were not lump crab meat as I was expecting. They were “pasty” and had an off flavor. One of our guests ordered the cauliflower vegetarian entre. She said that the preparation was not as described on the menu. We asked our server to check with the kitchen and were told that “They changed it.” That would have been nice to know when we ordered. I’ll probably try them again, but this was not the experience I had hoped for.
The service and staff are the saving grace here for me. They were excellent. The food was underwhelming for the price and it really feels like they are resting on their laurels here.
Second visit just as good as the first! Candace was our server and what a gem she is, so friendly and warm. Food is Fine dining with a serious Texas flare. My wife and love it here definitely our favorite restaurant in Dallas, and the stay at the Ritz wasn’t bad either.
The service is dreadfully lacking in attentiveness, knowledge of dinner selections, and familiarity with the wines. The only reason to dine at Fearing's is if you are a social media obsessed person that lives to post where you are eating. If you actually enjoy fine dining and impeccable service you should look elsewhere.
We ordered the scallops and squash ravioli appetizer and it came out with an actual skin of congealed cheese on top of it. It had set under a heat lamp for quite a while. The scallops had no flavor. It appeared that they were boiled and then added into the dish at the last moment.
We also ordered the sampler platter. The lobster taco should really be called the avocado taco. There was no lobster flavor at all.
When I asked which Riesling on the wine list was their sweetest and which was their driest, our server asked what a Riesling was. For desert I ordered the sticky toffee pudding. The toffee sauce was burned so badly that it was inedibly bitter and black. The service was so inattentive that I finally just started poring my wife's wine and my own. Over all Fearing's is a failure. There are better choices in Dallas and Fort Worth.
The seating is very uncomfortable. No one wants to eat dinner in a high back chair that looks like the one Mr. Burns sits in.
This one should be a hard pass.
Not worth the money, food average
The brunch at Fearing’s was just as good as the buffet they use to have. Always outstanding food and service.
We had New Year’s Day breakfast there. The hosts greeted us warmly and sat us at our usual table. Anna was our waitress and surprised us with an amazing breakfast fruit platter for our anniversary. I had the American breakfast with an English muffin. It came with a generous portion of bacon strips nice and crunchy. A couple of eggs, fruit variety, coffee and juice. My wife had the huevos rancheros con Chorizo. This dish was amazing!! The view, the staff took excellent care of us. We love this place.
Amazing! I was so sad when I finished everything. I never wanted to stop eating haha! We’ll be back 🥰
Great food and service - always outstanding. Would certainly recommend.
I took one of my girlfriends to Fearing’s to celebrate New Year, we had gone in October of 2020 for a birthday celebration and it was awesome. This year we decided to get out together as the two single ladies and have some fun, started off with dinner, she ordered the Beef Wellington or their version and twice they cooked it wrong, dinner for two almost 500.00 for the New Year’s Chef special but, because my friends main entrée was ruined, I would have to say it wasn’t worth it. It was extremely disappointing. Will I go back, probably but, not on such a busy night.
The service, the food and overall experience incredible! My new favorite dining spot in Dallas! We have another reservation tonight. It’s that good! Round 2!!
Bringing in the New Year with a father/daughter date and it was a great experience! The menu was great, service was fabulous and ready to do it again.
The menu is different than all the other high end restaurants, which is why we went. Everything was very good, had the appetizer sampler, which the server had split onto two plates for us, the akaushi ribeye, the antelope, and banana pudding and gingerbread whoopie pies for dessert. The only negative would be that the ribeye had a lot of gristle, which was surprising for an akaushi, and made a lot of it inedible. The antelope was like butter and the rabbit enchilada on the same plate was extremely flavorful. The signature margarita is awesome. The chef also sent out a couple of tastings from the kitchen, just as a courtesy for us to try. It all made for a great experience and we will be back. But for the price, will probably opt for the buffalo tenderloin or the filet over the akaushi ribeye.
When I wanted a new upscale restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, I admit Farings was. It on my list of best in Dallas. Wow, was I wrong, this is a delightful bar and restaurant.
We started at the bar, and the Rattlesnake Margarita (no snake oil) was a great way to begin. We were escorted to the dining area, where the impeccable service began. We ordered the filet with chicken fried lobster, and it was breathtaking.
I have severe allergy to all nuts, and the chef guides our dessert selection, with perfection.
If you want a great dining experience in Dallas, this is one of the top restaurants in the city.
Fearing's always delivers for us on great food, great service and an overall great experience. I take my business partners, friends and family.
