Great service for my ladies birthday ! Cooks did a great job 👏🏾! She loved the food
The food was outstanding. Everything from the bread to dessert was beyond great.
Outstanding food and ambiance. No rush service
We split the $82 16 oz ribeye, which was mostly fat and gristle (no sides). If I saw this piece of crap at a grocery store, I wouldn’t buy it for my dog. We ordered it rare plus Pittsburg style, which was a mistake because it came out completely wrong. Knowing Dean Fearing and his reputation for great food, I was surprised and disappointed. Sad!
It was fantastic
Awesome service and food was delicious! Will return and highly recommend.
Tough conditions under COVID. Mostly empty room that was entirely empty by 9:45, except us.
They did send out a birthday candle in a dessert, which my girl appreciated.
Asked our waiter early on if we could reserve a spot at the bar for after dinner. He said it would be no problem. We went to the bar afterwards and were told it would be a 40 minute wait. What?!
Not the same place. Hope the service and ambiance improve to where the price is worth it.
Fearing never disappoints, the food, the service and the ambience are always on point!
Service and ambiance was spectacular! Food was very good - soup was nice but I suppose we weren’t sure what made it so special... halibut may have been the best prepared halibut dish I’ve ever had. The horseradish gnocchi was beautifully unique. The Buffalo filet had great flavor and was very tender. We also received a beautiful birthday cake with my name written- wonderful personal touch. Highly recommend their signature cocktails !
We always live Fearings. Sommelier was very helpful.
Everything we had was delicious! The service was great, and they brought us a cake for our anniversary.
You’ll never have experience food the same anywhere else. The BEST and most flavorful filet Ive ever had! Wonderful place for a special occasion.
We had a very delightful time. They catered well to us.
Wonderful meal. Great wine list. A special place for us!
The food keeps getting better and the service is excellent. The Brussel sprouts were incredible.
Service was amazing -Alan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Ask for main room dining //that is the place to be instead of small rooms. Food was amazing , and service was on another level
Very good service. Great Hotel. Great Wine Selection.
Spent new year's eve here and had a terrible experience. 1 hr wait and paid $275 bucks per person for dry food and bad service. Maybe it was an anomaly but I'll never go back...
When we made the reservation, it was not notated anywhere that it was a fixed menu for $225/person. We even called at one point to change the number of people in attendance and it wasn’t mentioned by the hostess on the phone either. A $450 meal for two people should be mentioned ahead of time. By the time we were notified once sitting down and looking at the menu, there was no turning back as we had 3 other guests sitting with us and didn’t want to ruin their NYE. We have a baby on the way and dinner cost more than our crib. Wish we would have known ahead of time :/
Fearing's never disappoints. We rang in the new year with the four course chef's tasting dinner. Everything was phenomenal. I especially loved the lobster risotto. Chef Dean came out and greeted all of the tables. It was a fabulous night! We will did this last NYE and will do it again next NYE.
We throughly enjoyed the meal and ambiance of the restaurant. From Chef Fearing welcoming us, to the amazing cocktail and dining selections, no detail was missed. We look forward to returning soon.
Great New Years Eve dinner with friends! This is my go to place for any special occasion. The food, the ambiance, and the staff never fail!
Can't believe we haven't discovered Fearing's before. We will be back!
Best dinner we’ve had in a long time and we are foodies...
It must have been an off night but the lobster and steak dinner was a huge disappointment
50th birthday celebration - had asked that the restaurant do something special and they did nothing. In fact where we were seated in the restaurant was a let down, whilst others were tucked into nice rooms with high back chairs we were stuck in a small open, brightly lit booth. Upon receiving the bill there was a line item stating birthday cake - I queried this and was told you’ve not been charged for it, I asked what it was and he said ‘oh it’s your birthday, I forgot you were supposed to get a cake. This is a high end restaurant with high end charges and an expectation of a large tip so to not even recognise a 50th birthday is really disappointing!!
Awesome as always! We love Fearing’s!
We ate dinner at Fearings December 24 and December 26. Both nights were awesome the food was exceptional the service was great we couldn’t avast for a better evening both nights. From beginning to end everything was perfect. I am only so very disappointed that we cannot get reservations for brunch on Valentine’s Day. We have reservations on pending and I’m going to be hopeful that we can get in. Can’t wait to come back sometime in the near future.
Oh what more can I say about Fearings? It is our go-to place for all special occasions. And this Christmas Eve we were on our own with all our grown kids at their in-laws houses so, of course, we made reservations here. It was divine! From the cocktails to the incredible desserts. We love Fearings!
We go to Fearings frequently for holidays and usually are very pleased. That is why we regularly go back. Not this time however.
The service was not good, our seating was not good, 1 of the 3 steaks was not properly cooked. The desert was uninspired. The list of disappointments is long.
The price was way out of line for the overall experience.
The Valet guys were, as usual, amazing however.
Food and service great.
Please get some decent table clothes. The chairs are like something you would use by your pool.
Expected so much better
Truly, a Christmas Eve Dinner special gift to be feted “Fearing-Style.” The Christmas Eve Dinner was a wonderful experience amidst a non-experience year (2020). Chose a game-inspired dinner for my choices. My starter was Smoked White Pheasant Ballantine on Duck Fat Braised Cabbage with Root Vegetables, Blueberry Gastrique and Burgundy Black Truffles. Main course choice was Red Currant Glazed Lockhart Quail stuffed with Lamb Sausage on a bed of cumin and lemon grits and greens. Dessert - yes, always save room for dessert - was a medley of cookies, candy cane cheesecake and toffee Christmas pudding. The biggest Christmas surprise was delightful and friendly Executive Chef Dean to greet each table multiple times. Can’t wait to return!!!!
Best meal of our lives.
We had a fabulous meal at Fearing's! The food was amazing....the pecan pie was the the greatest thing we've ever tasted. Chef Fearing was so kind to spend time greeting each table and taking photos with guests. This is our new favorite high-end restaurant!
Went for Christmas Tea with my mom, and it was amazing. The service was next level, and it was such a lovely experience.
First date gone very well!
Absolutely delicious!!! Such a creative menu. The food was fabulous and presentation was beautiful!
This was by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had...the staff was very personable and attentive! The was food amazing....the Texas Akaushi Strip was tasty, I do recommend w/the Crispy Duck Tater Tots.
The icing on the cake was having Dean Fearing come and greet us at our table and explain parts of the menu!! That was really cool
Great time, great food and great experience
The food here is normally amazing , but the scrambled eggs were too soft and the bacon was limp and undercooked. The muffin was delicious , but the other pastries were very average. Not a typical Fearing’s meal!
