Faultline Brewing Company
The beers we brew are traditional, with absolutely no candy, fruit or vegetable flavorings. Our brewer, Peter Catizone, has created a beer menu that offers something for every palate, from the black as coal Irish-style Stout to our light & refreshing Kolsch, a gold medal winner at the California State Fair. We even have a “cask conditioned" ale which is served at cellar temperature from a hand pump for a more pronounced flavor.
I loveI this restaurant, especially looking at the beauty outside the glass, the food is more delicious.
Nachos were cold, and toppings were not very good. Two fish dishes tasted like frozen fish was used. Cheap ingredients
The food was good given the price point and of course the beer was excellent. On Saturday (and probably Sunday) evenings it tends to be relatively quiet which is great for conversation. On weekday and especially Friday evening it can be quite energetic as it is a popular after work destination.
Met my cousin here for dinner (he was in town for an appointment) and had a great casual dinner - I had the spicy fish tacos and he has the chicken and sausage gumbo and we had a few (!) beers. The waiter was fabulous and I wasn't sure if I wanted one of the beers so he brought me a very small glass of it so I could taste - great service all-around. He was knowledgable about the food and the beers and it really helped in what we decided to eat and drink. We were not rushed and he came back a few times to check on us. The bar and restaurant were packed that evening but we still received fabulous service!
You get a lot of food - even the small plates are big enough for a good meal. Service was really good - there was a huge party next to us, our waiter was very apologetic at not being too attentive to us, but it was all good, we really didn't have to wait for things.
Even though the place was maybe 20% filled up for lunch, it was extremely loud and noisy.
We went here with a group right when they opened on a Saturday night so it was low key and quiet. Based on the size I can imagine it could be louder during peak hours. It is a beautiful facility with many window seats facing a small body of water. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend the fish and chips with homemade potato chips not fries. This is the best fish and chips! I can't wait to take more friends there and try more dishes. They also brew their own beer and do double decker flights. Looking forward to trying those as well!
Easy going, relaxed, good food. The hardest part is finding a parking space.
Beer was good as always - had a couple of their award winners. Food was also good. The bread pudding was incredible!
The food could be better for the amount they charge. Very loud.
Good, varied menu, reasonable prices. The food was tasty and the service was great!
Service was great and the food was better. It was the perfect lunch with customers.
The Faultline Brewing Company is a great place to meet for a power lunch or to catch up with friends. The food is great and the staff attentive.
The service was great. We were seated immediately. Our server introduced himself and took our drink order within minutes of being seated. The food came out quickly, and was very good. I had the blackened chicken sandwich. It was very good, but not as spicy as I expected, but not an issue.
Great place, great beer, great food, good value, consistently good service. Can’t go wrong for casual dining and a relaxed atmosphere.
Great selection of home brewed beers!
The menu is rich enough to accommodate a proper meal, or something small to accompany the beers.
The service is always great - makes you feel welcome.
The food had been much better in the past. They still have a good selection of beers,
Faultine is busy, fun, and visually open. It is a large restaurant and a fair size bar as well. My guest and I were seated 15 minutes EARLIER than our reservation, which was perfect. The choices on the menu provide a little something for everyone. Prices range from $$ to $$$ depending. We both ordered the Braised Beef Pot Roast which was quite tasty and a good sized portion, for a reasonable price. I would definitely go back again. You should give a try. Have a great day!
We used our living social coupon and you get 10 tasting beers and an appetizer. Great deal .service was great too
Menu choices for vegan food not much
What is the point of using open table when each of the last 3 bookings I’ve used says collect 100 points, then after I’ve checked in it says this meal is not eligible for points. Pretty much done with open table, unless this practice changes, it is very misleading.
Sent back out dinner two times and it was first over cooked steak and then when they returned it was not even cooked. We gave up and just dealt with the raw steak and WAITER was awesome he tried very hard to please us.
The lunch menu is rather limited and somewhat overpriced. Even though the restaurant had many empty tables, it was hard to get someone to wait on you. Their beer isn’t that flavorful. I had the Thai Salmon Burger which was good.
Good last minute choice for Valentine’s Day.
Good food, fun atmosphere, make sure to get the full beer sampler
Excellent beers, ambience, service and plenty of parking. Make sure you have a reservation otherwise you may have to wait for a bit. cheers!
The staff was friendly and quick. Our waiter Jason was knowledgeable about both the menus and the beer (and made a stellar recommendation for our one vegetarian who had told him,”surprise me”). Two of my friends had the Kolsch and really liked it (second glass). One friend had the Hefeweizen and liked it. I loved the Winter Warmer and would have had a second glass of that seasonal porter style if I wasn’t driving. I had the seafood gumbo and it was excellent. All in all a very good night.
Wish we had more positive things to say about Faultline. We had a group (9) on a busy event day (National Championship game) and had reservations for 11:30 (when they opened). Our waiter seemed very overwhelmed and disappeared for long periods of time.
The "server" we had was amazing. He brought our drinks and was very responsive despite a bit of a language barrier. He refilled waters and tea and genuinely was concerned about how long we were waiting on food.
It took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks (we were sitting very close to the bar) (water, beer and soda) and more than an hour to get our food...which wasn't prepared as ordered. By the time the waiter came to check on the food, no one was willing to have the kitchen "redo" the food b/c we had been waiting for so long. So at least one burger was not eaten due to being undercooked. (Our waiter did not notice, but the server did and tried to make it right.)
NONE of our table was able to order second drinks b/c the waiter did not come back. When he did our check was not separated as requested and we ended up manually dividing it up and providing him with amounts to charge on our cards.
I'm sure on a less busy day our experience would have been different, but felt like with reservations and a MAJOR sporting event Faultline should have been able to handle the volume of guests and provide wait staff with extra support if needed.
Really friendly and attentive service and simply great food - wide variety and very well prepared - thanks!
Good food. Prompt service. Good prices. Plenty of parking. I hadn't been here for quite a while, but enjoyed lunch with a business contact, and will definitely go back again and recommend to others.
Out of tap of 2 beers, out of Captain Morgans, server missed entering an appetizer, appetizers came out before beer, servers were frustrated at us that they didn't know where the orders went. Food was average at best.
The German fair for OctoberFest was burnt, place was insanely loud and service was slow; but the beer was absolutely delicious.
One of our favorite places - nice, quiet, clean, great food, even better beers!
Live music evenings are amazing!
Food and service were average. Wait staff seemed confused at times and out of sync with each other.
Go here for lunch about 3 times a year. Nice choices, consistently good.
Exceptional wings, Good burger, and a variety of beer choices to please everyone.
Juan our server was awesome !
We like the restaurant for it's view out to the man-made pond with the geese and ducks being there, but for the price and quality of their food on their menu it's not equal! Prices are high for the food you get, plus it has to us gone down hill even more with what we got/ordered! I know it's best for the business around the area so weekends I feel like they do not care as much?! How can you go wrong with Mac & Cheese, it was so small and tasteless and Fish & Chips, the littlest pieces of cod I've ever seen and over done! Salmon Burger three times back when we went was pretty good, but the last two times hubby ordered it has become dryer and not as tasty! There isn't anything on their menu for kids really either which is bad for when we took our grand kids, but they got to feed the geese and ducks for fun. It's a shame because we really like the place and most of the waiters/waitresses.
