Farmer's Table Ratings and Reviews
Was super disappointed with our dining experience. I ordered the Buddah bow with chicken and the chicken was super dry, as if they cut it from a cooked chicken breast and added it to the soup. I also mentioned that it was my anniversary and they did nothing, nor did our server mention anything. Nice atmosphere for sure, and love the concept, but the food was mediocre and expensive.
I am on a plant based diet and they were so helpful and accommodating.
On my last visit, the other diners with me had beef and fish and they had wonderful dinners as well. The trout was excellent and the burger, was one of the best my husband has eaten.
The food is fresh and well prepared. The service was excellent.
On my first visit I sat with friends in the outdoor garden for lunch and it was just lovely .
On my second visit for lunch it was raining and we sat in the back, glass enclosed room. The was lovely as well and intimate.
On my last visit for dinner, we sat in the main dining room, and I will say, it was a bit noisy and
frenetic. While we still enjoyed our meal and could hear each other, this popular restaurant was
a bit on the louder side. Still worth the 45 min ride we took to travel to this farm to table, Farmer's Table.
I truly enjoy Farmers table and we have been there many many times. We went on Friday for my mothers birthday and it was very loud and I felt very rushed in ordering and the food came out so quickly there was very little time to enjoy each others company. We had barely started our appetizers and our meal was at our table. One of the items that we always have is the cucumber tartar. We ordered this on Friday and it seemed very inconsistent in taste and texture and almost seemed like a different dish. Additionally, the quinoa meatballs tasted very different than last time. I truly enjoy the restaurant and menu options so I am hoping there were just some issues on this particular evening.
We sat down at our table and ordered drinks and an appetizer. A little while later we ordered our main dishes. Within 5 minutes we were served our main dishes without our appetizer. We asked to have the main dishes be taken back and for our dinner to not be rushed. Shortly after they brought the flatbread. Before we even had a chance to finish it, our main dishes were brought to us again! At this point we called over the manager to explain the situation. We asked that the dinners be cooked again and not just heated. The manager offered to buy us dessert but unfortunately never passed that information on to our server. We had to tell her to take it off the bill. In addition, we were overcharged for both of our dinners and that had to be corrected as well. When we sat down, I advised our waitress that it was my friend's birthday, and she even acknowledged it a couple of times, yet she served the dessert without a candle. I questioned why and she just shrugged. Shortly afterwards she came over with a macaroon with a candle, telling us that it was on her! Unfortunately due to the service, the whole dinner, although it tasted fairly good, left a bad taste in our mouths. We are not rushing back there!
Food is great, service is great.. but...brunch was not our kind of brunch. If yokure looking for somewhere to take the family for brunch it's perfect...if you're looking for more of mimosa ish brunch, not so much. No bottomless mimosas, no party atmosphere ,,, but very kid friendly.
Excellent brunch. Our server made wonderful recommendations. I tried the avocado toast which I would get again. Only the chicken sausage needs a little help. Link form might solve the heat issue. From the moment you walk in until.you leave the staff is charming and welcoming. Definitely give this place a try. You will not regret it.
We dined here Sat. night Nov. 5th. We've been to Farmers Table several times in the past few years since we moved to Florida. It's actually one of our favorites. Holly our waitress was so friendly with a great smile. Our friends from NY were visiting and unfortunately one didn't like his meal at all. It actually started to rain and we were moved indoors to the tables off the entrance. We ordered dessert and informed our waitress about his meal. His meal was removed from our check and my friend couldn't believe how nice everyone was. The one complaint I do have, is the menu choices. It's limited and never changes. Might be time, it gets boring going back to dine here, with no new options.
We arrived in time and was seated promptly. The Waitress was very attentive and took drink orders and went over the daily specials. The food was very good, hot and a generous portion. There were many gluten free choices and vegan selections. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Food and service were excellent. Upon arrival we were told there would be a 30 minute wait for an outdoor table even though we had a reservation. I would recommend adding an "indoor or outdoor seating preference" to the reservation questions. It was quite disappointing to have that long of a wait time when a reservation was made.
Always good but a bit of a rocky start this time. There was lipstick on my wife's martini glass so we sent it back. Rather than make a new one they appeared to simply pour it into a new glass. It was not a good martini. Tasted watered down. The food was excellent so they were able to recover. The minestrone soup was particularly good.
