We had a wonderful waiter who was very attentive. He respected that we were not in a hurry, and wished to enjoy our time there. The food was excellent, well prepared and presented. The music was a little loud, so we had to talk over it. I love the decor! Well be back again, no doubt.

We have had an occasional hit n miss with service or orders, but this time was excellent and the reason we keep going back! Food was really good (although check the temp on a med. rare burger). We will be back as loyal customers in the future!

We tried Farm because the Uptown is closed on Sunday evenings. Unfortunately, our experience was not any different than it has been in the past, and we were reminded why we never go there. Out of our four different entrées, one was decent (the BLT, but who wants to eat a BLT for dinner?), the filet mignon was underseasoned, and had very little flavor, the burger came out raw (and played it very strangely with a little bit of cheese melted on to the bun, an entire leaf of Romain lettuce, and what I think was potato salad with very undercooked potatoes in it), and the pasta mushroom dish was tasty, but some thing I could easily make it home. They did comp us 15% off the burger because of the issue with it, and gave us a free dessert as it was our kids birthday, but even with that the bill was over $200. We ordered fries as a starter (which used to be delicious and the reason we would go there, but it seems like they’ve moved to using frozen shoestring fries? They weren’t good), my kids each got a soda, and we had one cocktail and one glass of wine. That’s a lot of money for not a lot of good food. We will not be returning.

The Lugar Burger is outstanding. We also had pizza which was really good as well. The staff was friendly and the decor is really cool with antique's scattered around the restaurant. The Sunday Brunch is a hit.

Paid way too much for overcooked prime rib and chicken. The cocktails are good and the brussel sprouts were good, but we asked for medium rare prime rib and it was well done and the chicken was clearly overcooked and pretty flavorless. Not worth the money. I really wanted to like the place, it's a nice vibe and breakfast is good, but the dinner was not.

I went here for brunch to celebrate my birthday. It was an all-around wonderful experience. I am grateful we made reservations, as the place was packed. I am already looking forward to returning at some point!

This was our second visit to FarmBloomington. Fun atmosphere with warm, eclectic decor. Food has been well above average on both visits, particularly the lugar burger, garlic fries, and BLT. Mussels were fine but I’ve had better. We’ll be back to try the tacos and pizza.

My friend ordered the Wednesday special of fried chicken. It was burnt. The server was notified and offered another entree and 1/2 the price of the meal, which was a nice gesture. Walking by another table with a similar order, the chicken also looked burnt. Recommend not ordering the Wednesday special. That being said, I will give FARMbloomington another chance, as I have always enjoyed the food. The server was very nice.

Once again an amazing dinner and excellent service. We're very impressed with the dedication to perfection on the behalf of chef Daniel Orr and his staff, and the steps they took to make amends for a very minor omission at our last visit. This is definitely one of our favorite spots in Bloomington!

Took 1.5 hours to get our food. When it came out it was clear it had been sitting out a while maybe under a heat lamp. Some of the dishes served did not match the menu description. Terrible service, our waiter could have cared less about the delay even as he served food to tables seated 45 minutes after us.

We have rarely been disappointed with FARMbloomington, but some visits stand out--and this was one of those. We were excited to try the new autumn menu. Because we wanted to try the dessert special, we initially thought we would skip a starter; however, we both realized we were too hungry to wait, so we ordered the baguette with citrus and herb butter. Just perfect! My wife, who is eating mainly plant based went with the Farmer's Market Tofu Tikka Masala--I had a bite and can attest that it was delicious! Even an omnivore like me can enjoy! (Tip--it comes with a delicious sauce--ask for a spoon so don't miss any!) I had the Caraway Roasted Salmon with spaghetti squash, curried coconut carrot sauce, and carrot haystack. I intended to take part of it home, but it was so delicious that I had to eat the whole thing! We accompanied our food with Farm cocktails--a special favorite for both of us was the Old #1--that is autumn in a glass! For dessert we wanted the special featuring pawpaw ice cream. Initially we were told it wasn't available as some of the ingredients were unavailable. (We were offered the pawpaw ice cream but not the full dessert.) We debated this, and then our server--the absolutely awesome Garret--came back to tell us that the kitchen could do most of the special--they were actually just out of the praline topping. The combination of pawpaw ice cream, apple slices, caramel sauce, and ladyfinger was just as delicious as we had imagined! What a wonderful way to spend Hump Day evening!

I could not speak highly enough about Farm. The bar is amazing and their cocktails are inventive. The service is top notch and the food is worth writing home about. Farm is hands down the top restaurant in Bloomington. Order a drink with Doug at the bar and you’ll agree!

Great food in a friendly, charming environment. Always tasty vegan and vegetarian options available. I always try to make a reservation when I am in town. If you go for brunch, you MUST TRY the dressed biscuits. You will not be disappointed!

Hopefully this bad review is a result of short staffing. We have never had a bad meal at Farm until this one. Garlic fries were delicious, as was the latte. which was good because we didn't see our meals for 30 minutes, Everything else was sad. Eggs bacon toast arrived cold, big autumn salad - sweet potatoes hard as a rock- ie uncooked, chicken on top overcooked and tough, We were seated in the back room and service was scarce. We needed refills, more salad dressing and jam- and no one was checking back with us.It was early afternoon and the restaurant was not totally full. As I said we've never had this experience before at Farm . Hoping it's a not a permanent situation.

We kept hearing how good the food is here. We were very disappointed with the four dinners we ordered. The Brussels Sprouts and garlic fries we ordered for appetizers we very good but the main course was very underwhelming.
