Atmosphere was great, really enjoyed the space, our waitress was great, very friendly, smiling and talkative. Prices high considering its Bloomington Indiana and a college town. Up charge on cheese and side dish which we thought was a question as to do you want cheese and a different side dish from the list? My pizza was great, my son thought his burger was just okay.

Reservation went smoothly, our service was great. The food is way over priced for the quality. We had simple burgers and it was had no flavor beyond salt. Waaay too much salt in the seasoning. We might go back for drinks and apps next time, our waiter and bar tender were on point, kitchen not so much.

I just loved the environment and food was soo good. I felt so happy for the first time on my birthday and the girl who was in charge of our table was soo nice and she’s pretty please tell she’s soo beautiful and cute I’ll visit again someday

My sister that lives in the area and I came for a visit. When I asked her about this place that I found on here she said she had wanted to try it so we jumped on the chance to try it together and super happy we did. Great food, awesome atmosphere and over the top waitress that did her job perfectly, didn’t hover over us but never let our drinks go low. I can’t compliment this place enough. I true must go if I’m Bloomington or even near there!!

The food was definitely mid and not worth the price. The cobbler came in a very sloppy looking dish and the only part that was edible was the ice cream on top. Server was very nice though

Our visit to FARMbloomington was to celebrate Mother's Day for brunch. The menu was expansive but not overwhelming, service was impeccable, and drinks were delicious. It was a really lovely way to celebrate Mother's Day.

We love sitting outside and eating on Kirkwood. We're been to Farm many times and this was the first time the food was just mediocre. Considering the price and decrease in quality, I don't believe we will go back. The server was great.

Dinner was outside on a city street with normal street sounds and walkers. The meal was very delicious with superior staff. I had the “Luger burger” and my wife had a large dinner salad. While we are here to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, we would definitely return to this very nice restaurant.

The staff was great, I asked for a nice table to be set up for my gf bday and they went above and beyond with flowers. Thanks again to Rowan, and everyone that helped. (Truffle fries and Beef burger were 9.8/10)

Last visit to Bloomington we went to farm and everything was fresh and well cooked and we couldn’t wait to go back. This time we were very disappointed with all the meals. Unfortunately we will be unlikely to go back in the future

We had a great time at FarmBloomington. The energy was high, but not annoying. The noise level was good, but not overpowering. It was a nice date environment with intimacy while not being stuck on an island. The decor was mostly locally based and had interesting walk-around items to view on the walls and such. The server was knowledgeable and the food was fantastic. Our server knew the source of local foods and was professional and had a fun personality. He was attentive to our needs, but wasn’t trying to join our date night. We ordered sprouts for an appetizer. They were carmelized with a nice, crisp texture to start us off. For dinner we had a bison burger on an artisan bun with potato salad and it was nice to sample the local bison from nearby Elletrsville. We also had the prime rib and it was excellent also. It was nice to have farm-fresh food that was made by professionals. The general manager has been here for 13 years and it shows. The place runs like a top… smooth, efficient staff and a pleasurable experience throughout. Thanks Ali, for taking a few minutes to talk to us about your whole operation. The ambience was congruent… the staff, the energy, the food, the decor, and all the rest of it made for a nice surprise on the upside. This charming eatery is tucked into a nice, unassuming hideout just off the square in the heart of Bloomington, Indiana and has seating for smaller parties and larger secluded areas for big groups too… but make reservations during busy times or you might be waiting. Appetizers were tasty, but sadly 2/4 of our entrees came out wrong and little was done to rectify the situation. I emailed the restaurant to let them know how disappointing it was and there was no response. I didn’t want anything in return except acknowledgment, but have had no response. I even waited to leave this negative review. Mistakes happen, but not even being heard is poor customer service. We won’t be back.

Easter brunch - very disappointing experience. After being called a few days before our reservation and told by the restaurant that there would be a different prix fixe menu for Easter brunch at $25/person, we expected a nice Easter brunch. Instead, we had to wait more than an 1.5 hours for our food after we ordered from the small selection of meals listed for the brunch. The waiter did his best to come by frequently and apologize. The manager came by to apologize too. The situation seemed very strange in that there were plenty of empty tables and there were only a limited number of items being served that day. They appeared to have many staff workers present so it did not appear to be a staffing shortage. After we were finally served, the manager stopped by to offer us a free dessert to make up for the inconvenience, but we were frankly tired of sitting in there and just wanted to leave. We were finally offered only 25 percent of our total bill, which did not seem commensurate with the very long time (1.5 hours!) we had to wait to be served. We chose this restaurant as one of the few nicer restaurants in Bloomington for our small family Easter dinner. It ended up being a big disappointment.

We made a reservation here for Easter brunch. A few days before Easter we received a phone call that there would be a special menu that day. We thought ok great it will be Easter oriented. Boy were we wrong. There were two courses offered. My daughter and I both wanted the yogurt/granola as the first one. Well by noon this was no longer available. Nothing else in that course interested my daughter. The second course was all breakfast oriented. Many were with fancy words that only a real foodie would know. My husband got some sort of bake. It was awful! It was not a bake but soupy and small. My daughter and I both got the pizza. We could have split one meal it was so big. The eggs tasted different and not in a good way. Wish we would have gone elsewhere. Sad we spent over $100 for 3 people and it was no good. We won’t be back. Had heard good things about Farm but we were sorely disappointed. We were hoping to come there this summer and eat on the patio with our dog but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Wish we would have doing that on Easter.

Our server, Joey, took great care of us and was a lot of fun. He made great recommendations. Food was fantastic. Leo, the manager, stopped by to check on us and visit several times, as did the chef. You can tell they really care.

Wife’s birthday, it took 1 1/2 to get our food, which was Luke warm at best 10 oz prime rib, pasty mashed potatoes and barely steamed greens for $44 and the worst pizza I’ve ever ate. Bottomline this place could’ve been the worst tasting food I’ve ever ate. Paid $260 for food that they should’ve not even served.

We love the atmosphere. The coffee drinks are delicious and the avocado toast was too. The Indiana Benedict would have been delicious but the eggs were well done and so were the biscuits. We will be back but maybe try something different next time
