I had been to Farm for brunch which was also amazing, but our dinner was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service very attentive. We went for my boyfriend's birthday and it was indeed a special dinner. I can't wait to go back!
We took our family to Carneros for brunch. Excellent food and service
Fabulous waitress, Katie, was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was flavorful and perfectly cooked.
Delicious meal in a lovely setting. Will come back if I return to Napa.
Outstanding birthday dinner for my son. Raymond was our server and was top notch. A true professional. All the other bussers and helpers were so well trained and professional, but friendly as well. Dinner was really excellent and with a little guidance from Raymond we enjoyed excellent wine and an unforgettable dessert. Thank you FARM, I can't wait to return!
Enjoyed Sunday Brunch there, with a choice of four dishes from a menu of many enticing dishes. Every one of our choices was utterly delicious. We sat outside and the setting is lovely.
Ridicously delish brunch on our anniversary weekend!
Everything was great. The food portion sizes were a bit small but extremely tasty.
Always an amazing experience with wonderful staff and delicious food. A must visit.
We had a wonderful recent stay at Carneros and rye staff made our dinner at Farm really special. We truly appreciated Taylor & Dimitri’s efforts to acquire a bottle of the Cade 2017 Estate Sauvignon Blanc. That was really beyond the call of duty and we appreciated it!
Great cozy experience
The service was surprisingly inadequate - mistakes with drinks, delayed main course, staff unable to answer basic questions about their dessert menu, and 25 minutes to get a check on request. Our dinner began at 6:30pm when the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food and time with friends made up for the shortcomings.
Service was a little slower than expected
Had to ask for refills on drinks
Brunch was spot-on and the service was impeccable. It's VERY expensive, but this was a special occasion.
The Chef’s course menu (Peaches) was amazing! We love visiting The Farm each time we are in Napa.
See you in September.
Everything about dining at The Farm was outstanding. It’s a great break from the normal “Napa” dinner restaurants.
One of my favorite places...you just need to arrive early (which is great as their outdoor bar is divine) so you can wait for an outdoor table. Ambiance & food are spectacular!
We dined for the first and last time on August 2nd. I am always skeptical when the server gets cute trying to memorize the orders of four people. This experience was no different and went downhill from there.
Small, limited and over the top eclectic menu, but food quality was decent.
Would not recommend
The ambiance and the Service are amazing. The food is really good, but a little small on the portions, specially the appetizers. We ordered 2 and the octopus was a very small piece of octopus with lots and lots of eggplant.
Ambiance was amazing. Food was very average at best. Flavors underwhelming, combinations just missed the mark. Nothing was hot. Overall disappointing for us unfortunately.
Great experience here! Truffle tagliatelle was amazing. So rich and enough for a meal on its own despite being a small plate. Halibut was delicious. We had great oysters and also loved the dessert (candy bar). Fun, upbeat ambiance for a Sunday night w live acoustic music. We are from the east coast and will visit there again on our next trip to Napa. Totally recommend!
My boyfriend has exclaimed that this is the best brunch he has EVER had
A beautiful, elegant restaurant in a lovely Napa Valley Inn. My friend organizes a meeting there once a year, and I met her there for dinner last month. I liked it so well, I went back on my birthday and ordered the exact same thing. The duck breast. Highly recommended for special occasions.
People were very friendly and attentive but it was excellent
Great restaurant, great food, great atmosphere and pushy waiter.
My boyfriend and I decided to stop by on the way home from staying a night in Sonoma. Didn’t realize that it was a prefix menu for brunch? It so super delicious 😋 and fun. Waiter was great.
Beautiful room. Impeccable service. I struggled with the wine price points -- a 2.5 oz pour , 15 dollars? a 5 oz. over 20? It led me to stick to cocktails. It's not that I couldn't afford the wine, it's that I don't like getting price gouged that way. My entree, the duck, was superb.
The food here is excellent and the service is great as well. However, the somm was new and happened to be out of the wine I chose at first. He brought over two recommendations (both of which were more expensive) without offering to match the price of the other wine they were out of. One of the bottles was $60 more! I made a different choice on the my own was was pleased with it. The wine list has plenty to choose from in the $100-150 price range.
Disappointed to have had such a poor dining experience in such a lovely setting. We were staying here for the week while we visited a few vineyards and decided to stay and dine here based on reviews - turned out to be a bad and expensive idea.
The seasonal tasting menu was poorly plated and left under the hot lamp for too long. The cheap and mismatched wine flight was the only thing more annoying than the poor service. When the waitress insisted to know how we felt about the flight thus far and we explained how poorly the meal and wine was, the only thing they were willing to correct was provide a free glass of wine. Considering we spent over $250 for one meal (I refused to order anything so that was for my husband’s meal alone), that should explain everything. Everyone is polite, but they have no idea what they are doing. This place really needs a strong manager to train the staff and improve food quality and service. In a town of foodies, this is definitely not worth the price point and is more a spot for tourists, families or large groups that don’t care for food or wine but like a nice IG-friendly restaurant.
Breakfast is better but then again how badly can you burn bacon and undercook eggs? Foodies - you’ve been warned.
The food has drastically gone downhill. This chef is putting way too many elements in his dishes. We won’t be back
Hands down, best food and service in the Valley. Great atmosphere outside.
The gourmet dining is fantastic. The outside dining with music also was lively and good. Definitely the place to go in summer.
Beautiful and very delish, but portion are so very small. Overall a fun experience
We enjoyed everything. The food was fantastic, the service
was fantastic, I have eaten at restaurants, but this was truly an experience that we will not forget. If and when we can return to Napa valley Carneros will be our place to eat and relax, and let the fantastic staff take care of all our needs. I loved everything about Carneros. 😊
Three of us ordered the fish, and all 3 got waaaay overcooked fish. The FARM team responded very well, but it was still inedible fish.
Our server recommended a $750 bottle of wine as his first recommendation for our second bottle. Sorry, that's just offensive. We bought a $150 bottle.
Outstanding food and service. Great wine list with many local choices. The menu was interesting and our choices were well-executed. Highly recommended!
Had major issues. First, they brought our first dish out before our drinks were even served and the dish was cold. It was clear that the fried chicken had been prepared for someone else and then got served to us. We sent it back and then received a new dish.
Ordered coffee with dessert which came after we had already finished our desert. Ultimately desert and coffees were comped, but still very disappointed with service. Given price tag, service was unacceptable and food was subpar.
Amazing spot for brunch! Beautiful dining room and covered patio. Portions are very reasonable! Blueberry mimosa delicious and refreshing. My girlfriend and I shared the lobster roll (they could have been a little more generous with the amount of lobster IMO-it’s a large bun), smoked salmon flatbread, eggs Benedict and chicken and waffles. Unfortunately we didn’t save room for the salted caramel beignets- but they looked absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this spot!
The orchestration of the staff was excellent and complemented the fabulous food, wine pairings, ambience, and overall experience.
