Always delicious and great service! Love the clams & sausage, meatballs and the chopped salad. Yum!!
Nice restaurant. Extensive menu and reasonably priced wine list. Food fresh and high quality. Service was very good. Great option for upscale Italian in North Raleigh. We’ll be back.
Loved this place. We will be back.
Food was delicious. Bread serving is skimpy and you have to ask for it. Wine selection is amazing and local craft beer on tap is great. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. One of our favorite places.
Great service, short ribs are amazing!!!!
We always have a great experience at Farina. Our go to place for Italian.
No bathroom changing tables == Many visits to Farina. However this was the first time with our Daughter from out-of-state with our six month old grandson. The restaurant was very accommodating and their were lots of your children having dinner. We went early at 5 30 hoping to dine early when families might be dining too. It was disappointing that my daughter had to leave the restaurant and use the public bath room in the outside circle to change her sons diaper.
A few too many children screaming. Made for a loud conversationally-challenged dinning experience. Caroline was a great server and food was on point
This was the first time we were there having discovered the place visiting Juballa many months ago. While a little bit more on the expensive side, the ambiance of the place is great, the food was very good (perhaps a bit more sauce on the rigatoni would be good) and the service was excellent. It was PACKED at dinner time on a Sunday and did get a little loud at times but not overwhelming.
Went for hus
Wonderful service and excellent food! Highly recommended!
This was our first time at Farina and won’t be our last ! It was outstanding from start to end. Great service and outstanding food and wine. We had the scallops wrapped in bacon appetizer, veal saltimbocca and margarita pizza. Loved all of it. The South African Chardonnay was delicious and my husband loved his Chianti. Can’t wait to go back!
My husbands had a tbi so we went out early to have a quiet quick delicious meal.
They sat us in an empty dinning room on the other side of the Hostess area. It was the loudest worst table why would you seat a family near the door if the entire room was empty.
Drinks were continually empty when they were filled drinks were returned to wrong person. She kept saying whoops.
Food was lacking flavor. We have eaten here before but I guess like everywhere else has gone downhill
None of the appetizers or entrées were good.
We didn’t complain just paid bill and left knowing we won’t waste our time or money again at this establishment.
Great ambiance, service and food. Noise level was a little out of control because we had a table with kids beside us. Very nice waitress and good service. Had the goat cheese ravioli and carbonara and both were delicious. Would recommend for a date night or fancy girls night or family celebration.
They had decent prices for high-quality food with a lovely atmosphere
Farina never disappoints. Service is excellent. Food is authentic as I have ever had.
Love, love, loved it! Great atmosphere and food!
Amazing food and service! Definitely recommend if you want a nice sit down dinner with your family or friends!
This is our fourth visit to Farina. The service is outstanding (thank you John) andthe ambience is conducive for conversation as the background music is at the right level. The food is outstanding with the correct amounts of seasoning. Try the clams and sausage!
Went here for lunch, and it was truly incredible. I was super impressed that this neighborhood gem is right here in Raleigh! Now I know when I want Great American Italian food, as well as an extensive list of wines, Forina will be my go to!
Great wine selection changes often to allow for new wine’s with great food. Love the owners personal touch.
Great place for dinner. Always good service and great food. However, be sure to tell your server to hold your entree until you have a chance to eat your appetizer. The kitchen will send the entree out 2 seconds after the appetizer arrives. Just mention this to your server and enjoy your evening. Love the place.
We loved it. Good wine! I got the veal piccata and my husband had the Sunday Gravy. Both excellent. Will definitely be back.
Love this place. Food is always good and service is great.
I love Farina, the absolute best place for great Italian!!! Exceptional quality and service!
Amazing service and meal! We will return!
I love Farina! It's one of the best if not the best Italian restaurant in Raleigh. I was disappointed with our last visit as our server was not very friendly or attentive. He did not greet us when we sat down or engage us in conversation and we had to flag him down and request to place our order after waiting for about 20 minutes.
Outstanding server, food, overall wonderful experience.
The food and service were outstanding but it was so noisy we could not hear each other.
We went fir TRW and the portions were very generous considering everything was smaller on the prix fixe menu! Our service was outstanding without being bothersome. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was the entrees were a little salty. We would just ask on our next visit to be light handed on the salt. We will be back!
We had a great meal! And the servers were all great as well! Will go back
A great meal for Restaurant Week. Loved the fresh mozzarella...yummy. A delish rosemary cream Alfredo sauce with goat cheese with the grilled chicken was also a favorite.
Really good pasta, especially the gnocchi.
Number one wine list for Italian restaurant love there woodfired oven meals atmosphere is great
A wonderful dining experience! Food was exceptional and perfect from start to finish. Also, restaurant week and set menu was great value and delicious! A favorite restaurant!
What a pleasant surprise! This was the first time that three in our party of six had ever been to Farina. It was a Raleigh restaurant week night and all six of us ordered from their 3-course, $25 fixed price menu. Our overall experience was excellent. Our server was right on top of everything and the food was excellent. The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth outstanding. We'll be back soon.
Always enjoy food and service is always great! Love Pizza!
If you order an appetizer be sure to tell your server not to bring the entree out out 2 minutes after you get the appetizer. I spoke to the manager about it, he said he was sorry. Oh well.
Food was wonderful. Lots of options for vegetarians and the waiter was very knowledgeable on how the food is prepared. Great wine selections and service! Parking can be busy here so I recommend the underground parking.
Good neighborhood food, nothing special.
