Very good food, and our server was very attententive.
The restaurant is quaint. Food was good. nice selection of dishes. Great selection of wine. Our waitress was very good - service was quick and she was attentive.
Farina's has great good we eat here often
Great Food & good service.
Best Italian meal we’ve found in Raleigh after living here for four years. Our new favorite place.
We love this restaurant and the option of family dining. We are members of their wine club and look forward to Wednesday nights and half priced wine. The food is exceptional and varied so we can please the fish eaters, carnivores and pasta lovers. I wish they were closer to Zebulon!
Great restaurant. Amazing food and truly the best server we had in a long time. I forgot her name but she was tall and super skinny. After I told her we were first timers, she took her time to explain the menu and all the specials. I ordered the gnocchi and she recommended I get it with the bolognese sauce, great choice. We are looking forward to going back soon.
First time and celebrating High School Graduation. We were hungry and came early and had excellent service. Food was outstanding and will definitely recommend and visit again.
I've been here a few times with my friends and had no issues. This visit our service was horrible. Food is still fantastic, but the service will probably stop me from coming back here again for a while.
Always love Farina! My favorite thing is their chopped salad. We tried the bruschetta for the first time which was delicious.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to with friends. We always have the best waitress and the food is simply amazing! I highly recommend going here for any events.
Service from the hostess to the wait staff was excellent. It was a pleasant atmosphere and the customers ranged from infants to seniors. There were only two downsides to our visit. Parking was difficult but that is not their problem and we both felt our cocktails were overpriced for the quality. On the other hand, the food was wonderful with generous portions and excellent flavor. My only complaint in this area, and it is minor, was my pasta being slightly undercooked. We will return for sure.
We went on a parents night out date and we truly enjoyed the evening! The service was fabulous; our waitress obviously know her wines and the menu very well and she checked in on us just the right amount - not so much that she was intrusive, but enough that if we needed something we could ask. The appetizer we had was the goat cheese stuffed peppers - YUM!! The salad we shared was arugula and was perfectly dressed and delicious. The main course was the Seafood Pasta dish - we got the large one and shared it (family style choice). It was filled with so much seafood and the sauce was very good, but a little salty.
We would definitely recommend to friends and we will go back soon ourselves to try some other dishes. They have a beautiful menu!
Farina is a golden nugget for an Italian Restaurants. Oh my gosh, everyone in my party raved how well prepared their dishes were. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the time we entered until our departure . The only little challenge we had was navigating through the wine list.
Our favorite thin crust in Raleigh. Great service!
Generally good. No complaints. Outside dining was great. Food was great.
Awesome food and service
I was attracted by the Mufaletto sandwich on the lunch menu. Being from Louuisiana and having had Muffalettos at the New Orleans Central Grocery (the Muffaletto originator) many times, I was looking forward to the NC version. What I got was a very good sandwich, but it wasn't a Mufaletto. What distinguishes a Muffaletto, is the large round Italian bread and the olive salad. The Farina version used some unidentified bread and lettuce rather than olive salad. There were a few sliced olives, but no olive salad.
It was great. We are going to visit again soon. The food was great and the service.
Great food and service
This was our first visit to Farina and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious and the service was perfect.
We eat here regularly, its amazing. Never had a bad meal once. Always consistent and delicious.
Our waitress, Tina, was great, and the food was delicious. The grilled octopus appetizer was wonderful.
We had the best meal- complete with wine from their phenomenal wine list. Definitely try the chicken saltimbocca. You won’t regret it!
We took a group of 7 to Farina. Food was great. They sat us exactly were we requested when setting up the reservation. The waitress was perfect, I wish I could remember her name to give her a special thanks. Farina is also located in Lafayette Village which is delightful. Charles Fretterd.
Always a favorite, I am now a HUGE fan of lunch at Farina. We went on a Wednesday and loved that ALL wines (except reserve) were half price. We asked for protein with our salad and got the most gorgeous piece of salmon. The presentation of the salad was a beautiful as it was delicious and made for a memorable lunch. Now, if only they served pizza by the slice...
Our server was Delores (sp) and she took very good care of us. We started with the caprese which was done nicely, but for $14 was a bit steep for what is involved to make it. The balsamic didn't pop as it should have to bring the ingredient together. My friend had the chopped salad and I did the spicy meatball pizza. I tried the salad and it hit on all points. Nice crisp, great flavor. My pizza was well cooked very well, but lacked anything spicy and was just "ok". I've had better food here on other occasions and I will return......just not on a Sunday night.
Prom dinner with great service and food.
Delightful meal, excellent service. We plan to go again.
my favorite neighborhood restaurant, we go here more than any place in town.
We went for their Easter brunch and loved it!
Our server James was outstanding. He was very busy on Easter Sunday during brunch/lunch but he was attentive, helpful and friendly throughout our meal. We were a party of 6 and James was wonderful to everyone at our table. Because of the stellar service we received from James, we’ve already recommended Farina to several friends and family members. Thank you for a wonderful Easter lunch!
Service was particularly slow tonight though there were empty tables. My husband's martini wasn't made right but they was no offer of making it right right. Subpartl customer service tonight but the food was good.
Veal picata was breaded which was disappointing. No need to bread veal picata. Veal should have been tenderized more. I could not eat all of the portion so after additional cooking at home, veal was tender. Again very disappointed with the breading. Farina is very noisy. I could not hear the person across from me at a table for 4. Many restaurants are noisy. Have no idea why restaurantuers believe patrons should pay a lot of money to sit with friends in a noisy atmosphere and tip wait staff handsomely when you can't even hear what the wait staff is saying.
Good Italian food with a great outdoor seating area. Tasty pizzas and the garlic parmesan wings are very good.
Beautiful atmosphere. Food is tasty, but menu has rather limited variety. The owner, Will , is always on the floor pleasing guests. Wood fired pizza and Bolognese are their specialties. Bartender Keith is a gem. Worth the trip !
Nice Sunday dinner. Thanks!
Food was delicious. The restaurant was kind of loud and the music didn’t really fit the ambiance.
Everyone is so warm and welcoming; it’s like Cheers when we go to Farina. We always enjoy seeing Brandi, Jimmy, Keith and Will. The food was delicious.
