Au FareStart, la nourriture change les vies. Le FareStart propose un programme de formation et d'emploi pour les personnes sans abri et défavorisées. Le restaurant FareStart, situé au croisement entre la 7ème avenue et Virginia dans le centre de Seattle, est ouvert pour le dîner du lundi au vendredi de 11h à 14h et pour le souper préparé par le chef Night, le jeudi de 17h30 à 20h. Toutes les recettes du restaurant sont utilisées pour soutenir le programme de formation et d'emploi de l'établissement. La venue du chef invité Night est le point fort de la semaine pour la communauté du FareStart. Pour les étudiants du FareStart, c'est une occasion unique de travailler avec les chefs les plus réputés de Seattle. Chaque jeudi soir, un chef local différent apprend aux étudiants la préparation d'un délicieux repas de 3 plats. Le tarif du menu du chef Night s'élève à 29,95 USD par personne. Service was great, very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, a great experience not only price wise but also supporting a wonderful organization. Thank you for an amazing night, I will definitely be back for another guest chef night!

Best dining value in Seattle…where else do you get a 3 course meal prepared by a James Beard nominated chef for $55? And the added bonus of supporting a great cause.

This was by far the best Fare Start Guest Chef Experience I have ever had. Chef Janet Becerra helped the students deliver a wonderful meal and every bite was better than the last bite. I could have started over again for dinner at the second seating. Also, a shout out to Taylor, a volunteer from Starbucks, who was one of the best waiters I've had in long time.

As usual, excellent food and friendly service. Best value in town … where else can you get a 3 course meal prepared by a top chef for $55? And to top it off, attendance supports a great organization that supports and trains less advantaged people to be self-sufficient.

The guest Chef Night was a hit and we will definitely be coming back again to explore more of the offerings and other guest chef's. The mission and hard work of the students is definitely showcased during these evenings and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is a foodie to experience this. FareStart has done so much positive work to uplift the Seattle community and I am so very appreciative of their mission!
