Table was ready, didn’t have to wait. We had wanted to sit in bar area but wasn’t available. So we got a booth in main dining room. Food was excellent as was our service. Lobster and ribs were cooked perfectly. Hope to return soon!

Simple and easy. We new what we wanted and our favorite waitress “Yasha” . The steak was amazing the service was phenomenal she never acts rushed always stops by at some point for a quick chat. The non flour chocolate cake was delicious. When you hear we make everything in house. You expect it to be tasty well every visit I’ve made to the FarWestern has been wonderful. Service and steak 5+stars!!!

Food was great. Service was great. But even though we were inside (it appeared they had outdoor seating?) it was very cold inside. My husband and I had to keep our coats on the whole time. Kind of put a damper on the evening.

Loved the Tavern. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Loved the ambience. The artichoke dip & chocolate cake was to die for. Jordan is an amazing server. Can't wait to come again.

Simply not worth the trip. Our 630 reservation: we were seated at 650. The food was both bland and unattractive at best and the prices were high even if we were presented with a culinary delights. The staff were attentive and curteous. Won't be back as there are far too many better choices than this eatery.

our party of 4 all had steaks. Steaks were all prepared as requested. Appetizers were excellent also. very attentive service. Only issue was the absence of pork chops on menu, which is what I setup out for Good wine and selection, special cocktails as well. Definitely be back

Overall, it was very good... The Ribeye skewers appetizer was delish. Very tender and great flavor. The Tri Tip dinner was very good as well. I ordered the Prime Rib dinner, and at first bite, I was shocked at how overwhelming salty it was. I could not eat it. I enjoyed everything else.

Dinner was very nice at this restaurant. This is no shortage of good food at a reasonable price in an old-time setting. Wine list is very well thought out in terms of the food they prepare. Staff were very cordial and helpful. A wonderful evening.

What a fabulous fun restaurant with an abundance of ambiance! There were 4 of us and we all thought the food was out of this world delicious. The filets were perfectly cooked to order and the rack of ribs was served on a huge platter and were falling off the bone tender. Five stars!!!

We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. Although the dinner was good. The dessert was terrible and I can’t believe they charged $12.00 and that it was not included with the price. The waitress and service was great.

Tammy started off being our waitress, but then Emmanuel showed up and he was our server. Both are exceptional, we’ve had them both before. As usual I had two old fashions which were great and filet mignon. My husband had tri-tip, we had the clam chowder. Always love the food here.

Everything was delicious. The only complaint was my filet. While it tasted great, the texture was that of a sirloin, perhaps it was the considerable char on it...the meat was not filet tender. I ordered it medium, it was more medium well.

I forgot how nice it was to dine here. It has been a while. It will be nice to go back. A hidden gem in our own back yard. Our steak was cooked perfect, and the shrimp cocktail had a nice little bite, not too much, just enough.

We split the ribeye steak and still had leftovers. The steak came with soup or salad (we had the clam chowder, which was very thick and smoky, due to the bacon in it), bread, beans, and a choice of a side; we had the baked potato. Everything was very good and the atmosphere was lively, but not too loud. Good place for Santa Maria steak.

Our waiter was very nice but he seemed a bit overloaded and we never got our drinks refilled or offered dessert. We made reservations but we were seated in a corner with staff constantly walking in and out.

My number one thing in a steakhouse is the steak …I ordered the rib eye and was not disappointed…one of the best steaks I ever had The sides potato jalapeño soup great Fries seasoned to much Beans ok Overall it’s the steak!!! Way to go far western
