I came here on Friday night for my birthday because i love this place i come here all the time with friends and my husband just for their amazing churasco. And this time i was so disappointed the food was disgusting! The churasco literally tasted like charcoal it was burnt. I told the waiter and he brought me another one with no problem. The next one wasn’t burnt but it didn’t taste like anything I’m so upset because i spent money on food i didn’t even enjoy. And when i tell u that this was my GO TO spot and i wont be coming here ever again. They promised to give me something i don’t know what but they forgot and didn’t even comp the churasco off my bill or even the dam birthday dessert Atleast to make up for the nasty food. If you guys have a new waiter he needs to get it together. Even my other guests who ordered food their quesadillas were burnt. How do u burn quesadillas ?

We went for dinner and were thinking that it was a place that you can have a conversation but the music was TOO LOUD.

Place was average, clientele can be from 20's to 27's. After 11:00 the lounge behind and of course the fun too!

We came to Fantastic lounge on a Sunday evening, dinner for 9. This spot was recommended by one of our friends so we were excited to try the food. They sat us down with menus and told us our waiter would be with us soon.
We took a while waiting for a friend that was running late. It took 35 minutes for a order and 50 for wait staff to finally figure out who our actual waitress was. Hector was the only one that paid attention to us when we called him over to our table, he took our order even though he was not our waiter and when we asked for the manager he said he would bring him but never got anyone. We are paying customers who want to enjoy a meal together and stayed because they accomodated our large group.
I did thoroughly enjoy the food. The Churrasco and yautia mash was divine. The yuca and melted cheese balls were phenomenal and so was the arepa and ropa vieja appetizer. The passion fruit mojito was great but didn't have much liquor in it.

I definitely think management should train their staff in customer service skills, a smile, a nicer demeanor would give them so much more business. They are already a pretty busy spot but the service will have me thinking twice before eating here again.

Our waitress, Erica, was a doll. She brought our drinks and took care of additional orders. A little more attentiveness would have been nice. Since most of the staff was chillin by the bar seemingly doing nothing.

Me and some friends thought the place would be perfect to celebrate my 21st birthday, but it wasn't.
First, they took forever to bring what we asked for.
Second, they said I had to be 21 at least 48 hrs, which means I couldn't drink any alcoholic drink. At 12, we had to leave because one of my friends didn't have her ID with her, and it was a requirement. I really thought my experience would be a little bit nicer, but it wasn't.

There are a lot of places to eat in the area but we wanted to try Fantastic. Our reservation was 8pm on a Saturday. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by the lovely hostess when you enter the restaurant. She brought us further in and sat us. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the wait staff was very attentive, constantly filling our water and checking if all was ok. There are tvs all around to watch whatever games are on. Our churrasco and twin lobster tails were excellent and surprisingly our piña coladas were only $5 each (maybe happy hour?). We had a great time and will definitely be back. The place is FANTASTIC!
