My partner and I went for Valentine’s Day and the owner, Alessandro took our orders personally and was very gracious. Authentic Italian food. Had a great time!

The food was excellent as was the service and atmosphere. All of our food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend the fresh pasta. Looking forward to returning.

Almost empty for brunch on a Sunday. Nice decor, spacious so good for groups, but the food was not very good at all. Calamari was awful, omelette was tasteless. Would not recommend until they get a new chef.

Gave this restaurant a second try even though disappointed with the first time which was Christmas Day. It is difficult to find a venue open on that day. We were terribly disappointed but chalked it up to a holiday. We live down the block so we decided to try again . All I can say overpriced bad food with such small portions that we left hungry. Terrible terrible so dont waste your time with food. The bar area is nice so perhaps for a drink it might be worth your while.

Their pasta was delicious! Their Pici Al Limone is the best pasta ever! I would recommend if you're craving pasta or pizza!Yummy!

We were pleasantly surprised by how really tasty this meal was. Food was great. Restaurant is a little (i am being kind) dark.

They should have holiday brunch instead of full highly priced lunch money on holiday days off.

We tried Fabbrica on a whim and it was delicious! Great menu options if you like casual delicious Italian food. I had the rice ball and meat ball appetizers, both were delicious. They have a digital menu that allows you to see photos of the food before you order, which was really cool! Would recommend for a casual Italian bite out in Williamsburg.

Old fashioned decor. Eclectic menu and venue. Loved the food. Definitely will go back. Affordable prices. Dishes not too huge per person, except for the pizzas.

Cute cocktail: The Devil of North 6th St. Delicious too! Fruity with a kick. :-D

We went for lunch on a Saturday. It was not busy yet our server was wonderfully attentive but not overly so. She was very helpful and basically catered to us.
The space was comfortable and inviting - not what I expected from a 'factory'. The food was fabulous - from the arancini appetizers to the main dishes of Bucatini Alla Carbonara and Pappardelle Alla Bolognese. The entres were suitable sauced and cooked perfectly. We shared some house wine and it was also very good.

I've been here countless times in the past 4 years. I can proudly say I've been rooting for Fabbrica since day 1.
Really good Italian restaurant, always surprising original.
Beautiful and intelligent choice of quality ingredients, fresh pastas properly cooked, great choice of meat and fish, cured meats, cheeses and, of course, pizza.
Dessert is a mandatory course.

Food was good, but not great. Chicken on salad was "tough" and eggplant dish had a funny-tasting oil. If it was olive oil, it wasn't pure and likely mixed with colza/canola. Waitress was superb, but our oyster starter arrived after we finished our main and we were ready to leave. We were notified by the owner(?) that they were running behind, but they should have just said they were out and be done with it rather than delivering (eventually) and still disappointing. It's NOISY. The high ceilings likely contribute, but the music was too loud (and not great). I also was surprised to receive a plastic menu, like a chain restaurant. The surrounding restaurants in the area wouldn't dream of presenting themselves on sticky plastic. The design of the restaurant is very cool except I think they should remove the graphic mural (very 80's). I'd like to see this restaurant do better b/c it's a great space and location and they have so much potential!
