Maine's micro-seasons enable our Chefs to play - they are always coming up with new dishes and dynamic ways of preparing the food you know and love. Immerse yourself in an experience at our open-concept kitchen by sitting right in the action, at the window counter, or up in our mezzanine.

Absolutely delicious!! Wasn’t sure about the small plate thing, but we ordered 3 different things to start and we were full! Highly recommend the flank steak and the tuna. Brussels sprouts were the best I ever had. Overall great experience!

My family and I all loved EVO. 1 gluten free-vegan, another vegan and 2 vegetarians. Our lovely server guided us through the selections of shared plates with ease and passion. All the dishes were amazing. Such unique flavor combinations that will inspire the home chef in me. 2 favorites we’d recommend are the chickpea fries, and the skordalia spread...they were both unbelievable! Thank you EVO for making our trip to Portland so memorable.

The tasting and wine pairing was excellent! Our waitress was kind and helpful and timed the plates well.

We went to Evo for a later dinner (8:30) during our Bachelorette Party celebration. Waitstaff offered us free prosecco, since our reserved table was occupied an extra ten minutes. Too kind! Service was darling, food was superb (even for our vegetarian bride) and the location was convenient. Do recommend, especially if you can a little more scratch to spend.

Modern and clean looking restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was fantastic and the drinks were great. I will definitely go back and look forward to it.

What a fabulous meal - safely on the patio. Fantastic small plates/apps - I think we may have ordered just about every vegetarian one. Hannah as attentive and pleasant to 4 elders eating in a restaurant for the first time in months. An all around great experience.
