Dining with good friends after a round of golf
I made a reservation for 5:30 through open table. When we arrived the main dining room was totally empty however we were seated in the back room in a corner between two large round tables. We requested to be seated in the main dining room but was told they were all reserved. We were uncomfortable after we sat down so requested it again from our waiter. After quite awhile he did come back and tell us they agreed to move us but we had already settled in. It seemed like it turned into such a big deal. We were treating our guests for dinner and it out a damper on the start to our meal. My thought was perhaps we reserved through this site so we got the worst table. Those tables remained empty for at least an hour and by the time we left the last table in our room had been seated.
Our appetizer came out within minutes of our handing in the menus. We ordered the special stuffed zucchini flowers and they came out cold and tasted like they were made 15-20 minutes earlier, rubbery and tasteless, along with the meatballs which were slightly warm. Disappointing to say the least.
We ordered our main course and a spoke to our waiter quietly to make sure that our meals came out hot. He apologized for the appetizer being cool. Our dinners were delicious and hot. When we received the check the waiter graciously removedthe appetizer which we had not asked for and brought us cookies with our cappuccino.
My overall assessment is not to go at 5:30 because you might get pre-prepared food and to either call for a reservation in the main dining room or put it on the open table reservation although I’m not sure that will guarantee you anything.
Our server Maria was excellent. She was very professional and friendly. The food was delivered quickly and we enjoyed the evening very much. We have dined her several times and will continue to do so. The owner,EricPetersen, is well respected in the community.
The food was outstanding as always, and having Melissa as our waitress made it even more enjoyable!

I don't even know where to begin. The Resturant was beautiful. Our server Abigail was excellent and very attentive. To the best part the food was the best Italian food I have had in Florida! The meatball appetizers flavors and texture were delicious. I also had the Sunday family sauce you cannot get more traditional sauce or more delicious . My husband had the veal Evo topped with fresh lobster he couldn't eat it fast enough! This will be a place we go to every time we're in town!
Always amazing food and top-notch service! I had the Prime Rib and my husband had an amazing steak cooked perfectly. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay there.
We sat at a table in the bar. Slightly awkward because of the location of tables, but still enjoyable.

Evo is an exceptional restaurant. We eat here every time we are in Jupiter. Great food, great wine and very professional and attentive service.
The young lady that served us(believe her name is Ashley) has a wonderful personality great knowledge and service skills. Food was great and you will see us again.

We took a US congressman to a very special dinner at Evo. The food was amazing as usual: shrimp scampi and burrata as starters, rigatoni bolognese, veal with lump lobster, black squid ink pasta with shrimp. All were delicious! Desserts included creme brûlée and the iconic brownie with ice cream. Again, delicious! Courtney was the perfect server. She was patient while we took too much time to order and ask a million questions. It was the perfect evening for our very special guests and we all had a great time.
We arrived early so we did get to talk before the noise level went high.
Everything else was perfect.

My cousin was here From New York for a few days, and she did not get to go to Evo when she was here in January.(I couldn’t get a reservation at the time) I made the reservation a week ago, and she, my father and I had a wonderful meal as always! My cousin loved it and I will take her back when she visits again. My father lives in Jupiter and I live in Hobe Sound, we both love Evo! The girls at the front desk are always lovely And accommodating, and Our server Michael was excellent!!
Always a good experience!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent Italian food in a surprising location. A nondescript strip mall that belies a great restaurant. Our server Jessie was helpful and made the experience so much better.

Nothing was average. The best Italian food in the Jupiter area by a mile. Zucchini flower appetizer to die and kill for. Service outstanding wine list very reasonable. A must!
We visited this restaurant for a SECOND time during the Flavors of Palm beach because the food choices were awesome. The first time we both had a salad with scallops as our entree. This time we went back for Nancy's meatballs and the short rib. Delicious!
We asked about the bar menu and the meatballs are on there also. Great specials for drinks. We will try that next time. Great place, great service, great food!

We went here for a get together with our friends from the Villages for the Flavors of Palm Beach specials.
We had the poached pear raviolis and the meatballs. WOW! Not only were they delicious, but they were a full serving and this was only the appetizers! For dinner we had the short rib, the sea scallops, and the chicken scarpa. ALL of these were incredible! They were all huge portions for a special menu. I know the Flavors end in October, so we might have to go back before then.
