We booked a table with two friends that had travelled from Australia to meet for the first time . I found the portions small ( I know it’s Tapas ) but they were priced at higher end full meal restaurant prices . We were asked if we wanted dessert and when we declined we were asked to leave the restaurant two minutes later as the table was booked for 8 o clock . Wasn’t made aware we were on a timer at the time of booking . So although the bit of food we had was nice the overall experience was spoilt by the service . Also charged £20 service fee which I wasn’t made aware of .

I visited this venue on a Sunday, eager to treat myself on a day off and explore a new place using the Code app. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clearly communicated in advance that only the brunch and roast menu would be available on Sundays, which caused a bit of confusion upon arrival. I ordered the Sunday roast, along with a starter of baba ganoush and flatbread, accompanied by a refreshing drink. While the drink and starter were served promptly, the flatbread was unfortunately undercooked. I flagged this to the front-of-house team, who replaced it quickly. However, the explanation given — that the chef couldn’t tell if the bread was cooked until it was cut — came across as unprofessional and disappointing. To their credit, the item was removed from the bill. The Sunday roast itself was excellent — well-executed and flavorful. I followed it with a dessert: a beautifully made crémeux with strawberries, salt, and olive oil, which was a creative and delicious combination. At the end of the meal, there was an issue applying the Code app discount. The staff couldn’t process it, and no clear explanation was provided. I suggested they look into this to avoid future issues for other diners. While the team was generally friendly and the food quality (aside from the starter mishap) was high, the lack of clear communication, technical issues with the discount, and some unprofessional handling of the situation left me with a mixed impression. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

Great atmosphere, good food and cocktail selection. Prompt and attentive service. Food was decent, but reasonably priced.

Very good, potatoes in roast could be done slightly longer, they ran out of the French toast option

Went in yesterday with my friend, where we came across a member of staff, this staff member was really rude, not impressed. So I said I booked in a reservation for 2 and then she gives me a blank awkward stare and then proceeds to check and then with another awkward stare saying .. name???… , first of all that’s rude, you would expect them to say I’m sorry can I take your name, or can I have your name darling or sweet. Then we sat down and she took our order, still being awkward, it’s them awkward stares making you feel like your dumb, like I’ve done something wrong. Lastly, went to pay and she was talking to another staff member who was a male, anyways she had the receipt on a little plate and she turns her face towards mine with the same awkward blank stare and I said can I pay and she’s like what, I said can I pay and she then looks down the plate, like again making me feel dumb, how was I meant to know that she had the reciept there. Both me and my friend felt the same, we wont be returning. Do better!!!

The host we had did not seem happy at all that we'd made a big group booking, she came off as quite rude and rushed us to order food. It took 40 minutes just to get coffees for the table and the food we ordered we had to ask a couple of times how long it would be. And once we did receive our food, it was awful quality, the eggs where rubbery and hard, the salmon was also hard as if it had been sat out for awhile. We had heard really good reviews about this place so very disappointed in what we got out of it. Won't be back again.
