Eve Fremont, in Seattle, crafts contemporary American cuisine with style, a lean towards wholesome, clean, comfort fare, in its modern and welcoming restaurant. The bone broth and eve poke bowl with ahi tuna & house ponzu, make for truly satisfying starters. Some of Eve's specialty entrées include the eve hot bowl of ancient grains, seasonal vegetables and dandelion greens, spicy Dungeness crab noodles with chili jam, beans and pickled vegetables, Eve bison burger with cheddar and sweet onion jam, as well as vegetable plates, like roasted cauliflower with "tasty sauce", & grilled broccolini with roasted garlic parmesan vinaigrette.

Eve Fremont also serves equally inventive lunch and brunch menus for your daytime enjoyment. Please see the website at evefremont.com for updates.

Buffalo burger great with caramelized onions and lots of kale, would return for it. Chopped salad also quite good, included pickled rhubarb and pistachios. Saw the "hot bowl" at another table, also looked good and clearly big enough for two.

The food on the menu has changed. The loved cauliflower is gone and the soups are limited to those with milk. Wish for more soups without milk and tastier salads. The pickled rhubarb was so bitter and ruined the salad.

Eve is a fun restaurant with lots of healthy menu options. You can easily find vegan and vegetarian dishes, but can also add meat or fish to salads or have those as an entrée. On a Saturday night at 7 pm the restaurant was noisy, but another time we went early and it was much quieter. Service is attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience.

We waited well over an hour for our dinner at a time when it wasn't busy. We ordered appetizers and only got part if what we ordered - could not get anyone's attention to ask about the missing food. We were there for my son's birthday and they graciously served a cake we brought in. However, we all wanted ice cream and I asked for a dessert menu 3 times and never got one.

Eve was just what we were looking for-- a unique combination of small and friendly with bench seating, high ceilings, and a pulse. There is nothing cozy about Eve's; its a diner with impeccable taste. Our food was marvelously presented and very tasty. For example, the especially flaky halibut on an amazing rhubarb sauce with some heat combined perfectly with the coolness of the greens on top. Service was spot on, accommodating, and but not hovering.

One of my favorite places to eat out. I know that the food will be Tasty, Fresh, Organic, and Healthy! I don't dine out as much as I would like to, but when I can get my friends to go out, we go here. The service is always genuine and friendly. It's a cosy, fun, comfortable space.
I had my usual Cauliflower appetizer and my only suggestion is to lighten up on the sauce. It's a delish sauce, but the Chef was just to heavy handed, no worries, I'll still be back!

Loved my salad. The wedge was very fresh & tasty. My wife’s cauliflower was a little too sour to enjoy fully. I believe that if they back off on the cider it will be much better.

We are very grateful to have Eve in the neighborhood. We boringly often order the same thing, but that’s because their specialty dish called the Eve Hot Bowl is absolutely fantastic! We joke that every time we go, we get the best one yet, and that’s because it’s always different in some small, but delicious way. To add to the great food, they also carefully craft their cocktails (which any good drinker can appreciate!), and have a variety of good options to choose from. If that’s not enough, their service is always friendly and great. The employees seem to genuinely like being there, and also enjoy one another’s company. Go check it out!

Food was great and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. We had the: house pickles (meh) and pan-roasted cauliflower (just OK) for an appetizer; the Market Fish (monkfish that day) and 3 Hot Bowls with various toppings (all excellent); and the Guava Sorbet and Coconut Gelato for dessert (both excellent). No problem with Vegan and Vegetarian options. Our server was great and had no issue running back to the kitchen to ask about ingredients and prep for our Vegan guest. It is a small intimate setting that holds about 30 people in the dining area, another 20 at the bar. Noise level is on the low side. The food is high-priced, but the quality is very good. I will be back.

Brunch was delicious! They updated their menu recently and everything is still top notch! I had the yuzu benedict which used to come with prosciutto, but this time it came with lox style carrots. The marinated carrot slices were so good! I didn't miss the prosciutto at all! My daughter had the bibimbap and she says it's the best one she has ever had! The tea egg is amazing! We love our servers, too! They are always one step ahead of what we need. Love this place!

Tables were a bit close together so when the two tables next to us filled up we were six inches away from each other and felt judged by our conversations like the people next to us were either fighting to talk over us or listening and it was weird.

Great food and atmosphere however the service was the worst i’ve seen ever. For over 25min since we have sat down the waitress ignored us completely, even when we asked her while she was walking by our table several times, she just kept on walking. Several people who arrived after us had their food before we were even able to ask for the coffee. It was all almost comical to be honest how she just completely ignored ya until one of us got up and literally went to them. Then she still ignored us while someone else stepped in. Food is really good but somewhat overpriced.

Loved the space, staff, amount of food and level of noise. However, I had the eggplant wrap and the wrap itself was very dry, crackly and not very tasty. The eggplant portion inside of the wrap was great. The salad was good. The bathroom/plumbing was a little dingy, reminded me of some I've had to use while dining in New York City. I would go back because the menu looks good and I would enjoy trying other things.

Very good - we felt the sever ( even though we were the only table ) rushed us - was in a hurry - but I enjoyed it very much . The wedge salad was a bit minimalistic - not enough - not as robust as the other plates - weak
