Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Wine pours a little small!
Great place for a business meeting and the food was awesome!
We had a wonderful evening at Eve. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the food was great. In addition, I could easily hear my wife which often is not the case when we go out to dinner.
we loved Eve - the service was warm, welcoming and attentive. looking forward to another visit - it's a treat.
Striped bass main course was very good but not as good as salads, dessert and coffee. Don’t pass on this great place
The food was fantastic! They were a bit understaffed for the night, but still managed to bring out food and drinks out in a reasonable time. We will definitely go back!
Fantastic food, fantastic service. Too loud! Probably wob't go back - too hard to have conversation and hard on the voice to talk over it all.
Monk fish smelled bad sent away. Bison burger bun too hard. Black garlic hummus recipe change? Been here many times probably our last...
We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the excellent service. I would call Eve a "very nice neighborhood bistro" that exceeds expectations in both food and service. The vibe and ambiance is nice enough for a special occasion but also casual enough for two friends to grab a quick dinner on a whim.
Food and service were very good. Tables were inches apart and the room was extremely noisy. If the atmosphere was better we would definitely go back.
Unexpectedly good! The flavor palette in front of us (we shared the crab cakes with saffron and pickled cauliflower) was superb and inspiring and the the concept of the restaurant (earthy, sensuous) enhanced the experience without being over the top.
I've eaten at Eve on multiple occasions, sitting both at the bar and at a table, and I've enjoyed all of my dining experiences. The food is inventive, fresh, great for sharing, and delicious. Great cocktails and wine list. I've always felt well taken care of by the knowledgable staff.
The food is good, but we were disappointed with the service. The host and waitress seemed annoyed when we ordered, annoyed when she brought the food or cleared plates, and only seemed to show a glimmer of customer service when we got up to leave. Feeling like we were an inconvenience, when we asked for no substitutions or anything out of the ordinary, brought the entire experience down.
I ordered the beet falafel plate and it was amazing! Definitely going back to get this again.
Great service and excellent food. I will definitely go back.
I’ve been here several times and Always leave happy. The food is great, organic and healthy. The staff is always fantastic and the atmosphere warm and inviting.
Reservations went smooth. Food and staff at Eve were 4 stars. Parking was a bit challenging, but that's what it's like everywhere in Seattle now. I'll definitely go back for more tastes.
I wouldn’t say that the highest score for noise level should be called “energetic”.... should be “so bloody loud I have to shout at the person sitting opposite me and to my waitress.
Food, especially the starters, was excellent. Great portions. Great veg. Great balance of salt, spice and sour.
Really fricking annoying group of “energetic” millennial women at least 20ft away, shouting at each other as though they were in a club or bar rather than a fancy restaurant.
Won’t be coming back for another date.
Never disappoints. Nice food, casual setting, good service. Everyone I've brought has enjoyed lunch and returned on their own at least once.
Great service, great food, nice atmosphere.
This place never disappoints. Excellent healthy gourmet dining. I love Eve.
I was there twice in a week..once for dinner and again for lunch At dinner, they were out of 2 of the main entrees and the menu is not big. Said they did not want to get stuck with food over Thanksgiving. Then I say dont have it on menu or offer it. I had brought my out of town guests for Thanksgiving on WEd. night. Not a great start to the evening.
For lunch they rushed us to get out at 2:10 as they said they had a staff meeting at 2:30. Well, then dont be open or schedule staff meeting an hour later when lunch is over.. At least let us stay until 2:30 without making us feel like we have to get out. This was to celebrate a friends birthday and it was not a good welcoming experience. I was embarassed.
So I gave them 2 chances and they did not perform well either time. Too bad because the food is good.
In the lively heart of Fremont, Eve has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance which is very important for a nice dining experience. The organic/fine casual dining aspect of the menu is why we chose Eve. For our first adventure into the menu we decided to split a dish, (Thai noodles with dungeonous crab and pickled veg) and then we would continue to order more food if we enjoyed the first dish. Sadly we didn’t make it that far.... The Thai noodle dish $26 which caught our eye right away was
off. It was dish was severely imbalanced and it shocked Us With missing the completly missing the mark. It was too simple on one hand, with hardly any dungeonous crab (zero big meaty pieces) and at the same time totally overcomplicated with the pile of dried chili strands (that resemble the look and texture saffron, but are unnecessary and have little chili taste and are not pleasing to eat) the overpowering mix of random pickled vegetables was like?? Only pickled, No fresh veggies— the dish was all acid .. just poorly thought out and executed, recipe for heartburn.. wide rice noodle were only the sticky— no little crispy edges . The drink we enjoyed was champagne and Lillet, it was festive and refreshing. The wine list had no organIc WA wine. The service also was questionable, No explanation, or communication to excite us about the dish, it was like she already knew we screwed up by ordering the bad Thai noodle dish and she wanted to run away, or when we said we were splitting a dish, she saw no point in giving us exemplary service. Not once did she entice us with anything on the menu, even when we asked questions. Our first visit was not great but i know not to judge a restaurant only on one experience, maybe they just don’t do Asian flavor as well as their other dishes or maybe it was just an off day? I would go back to try again because of the organic aspect and the lovely ambiance and location .
Very active vibe. Felt the salad was overdressed. potato rosemary soup too thick and very risemary flavor. A bit much.
Eve is one of my favorite restaurants. The bowls are so good and the Eve Salad with chicken is delicious too. My husband and a friend had the pork chop and it was prepared nicely so they didn't have to cut all the meat off the bone, it was already done for them. The staff there is super friendly and helpful when asked about the menu.
eve always satisfies , and is super versatile if you are an omnivore or vegetable focused. Love the staff.
Our dinner at Eve was excellent. We had the Seattle Restaurant Week menu, which gave a good sense of what Eve can do. I started with the tomato/red pepper/coconut soup - perfect on a cold evening. C started with the roasted. cauliflower, which she loved. For my main, I chose the pork tenderloin, C Chose the salmon. We both had the chocolate panna cotta for dessert.
Eve is a nice addition to the Fremont dining scene. We will return.
Food is great,
Food was fantastic loved the drink menu. A great way to try out the restaurant with restaurant week
Had lunch during restaurant week. Food was okay, but just okay. Server was excellent. I said no about recommending it only because there are many good restaurants I’d recommend first.
Ordered the lamb ciabatta sandwich and the lamb was too spicy. The salad was dressed too heavily. The tomato soup was more like a marinara sauce. My colleague ate the bison burger with lettuce wrap and that was great. The restaurant comped my lamb dish because I couldn’t eat it.
Brought a guest here from out of town, had the spicy crab noodles and guests had the salmon as part of restaurant week. Food was very good although portions on salmon and sides were somewhat small. Thus the only "good" value ranking. This is a very comfortable cozy spot, and by the looks of it happy hour was a great value.
All the servers are so accommodating! The food is always great and they always reserve our favorite table😑👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Service was good, and food was tasty—chose the restaurant because it had a good selection for vegan/vegetarian and meat eaters alike!
Went with a big group and ordered half the menu - every dish was fantastic!
Great dining experience - I appreciated the fun ambiance, great service, and seasonal menu.
Service was great. Ancient grain bowl was great, cavatelli was extremely salty.
Eve uses very high quality ingredients, and everything I've tried tastes delicious. I work in the neighborhood, and this is my go-to place for lunch, but I come here for special occasions too!
