We went before a show. Service was good, they understood we needed to be out in 1.5 hours and they did accommodate us.
Had the salmon, the lamb shank and steak medallions. All very good.

With so many choices for excellent dining in NYC, this restaurant needs to up its game. The food was mediocre - especially the vegetarian options which were essentially devoid of flavor. The risotto was under cooked and one note in terms of flavor. Of the four diners at our table, the only happy person ordered the salmon encrusted with sesame seeds.

This is one of my go to restaurants for pre-theatre, this is the first time I went there for lunch or brunch and truthfully the options were outstanding and the food was truly spectacular. Absolutely would recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

I showed up an hour before my reservation. Person at the front was very friendly (and its NYC). I had a good blood mary and good selection of bourbon. Service was very good. Pasta was too al dente. Bolognese was pretty good. A dark chocolate pudding w hazelnut dessert was really good. It was very convenient to the theater, prices were reasonable.

Great value with their prix fixe dinner menu. Perfect pre-theater meal!

We had a very nice pre theater dinner. Staff is efficient and accommodating. When I accidentally left my glasses, I got an immediate phone call and the glasses were at the front desk when I returned. The little touches matter.

Between shows, dining with a friend. The service was exceptional. Very friendly, attentive, and anticipating our needs without hovering or rushing courses.
The food was creative and delicious. This gf gal really appreciated and enjoyed the gf spinach ravioli with brown butter and sage. The branzino was melt in your mouth wonderful, as were the mushroom crèpes. Prix Fixe was a great value. A worthy splurge & they accommodated our tight schedule graciously. We will definitely be back.

Delicious pre theater dinner. Took about an hour and fifteen minutes so our 515pm reservation was perfect. We had the veal meatballs and butternut squash soup as apps, followed by risotto, gnocchi and ravioli. Ended with sorbet/gelato. Everything was amazing-great gluten free options! Would definitely come back next trip!

David and Joseph were outstanding waiters. The food was excellent, as always. One of our favorite places for dinner in the theater district.

The food and vibe are perfect. They always ask if you have show and will get you out on time but will never rush you.

New favorite restaurant in NY. Great soundtrack, intimate surroundings, insanely attentive staff, and EXCELLENT food.

We've been coming here for years before the theatre. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. Always very good food, great service, outstanding cocktails, always accomodating in every way particularly if you're in a crunch to get to the theatre. After trying lots of other restaurants on "restaurant row" -this is our go-to place even if it's somethimes a little out of the way.

We were visiting on vacation and restaurant was close to our hotel. We went early after a matinee show. I expected more attentive service. People on both sides of us were checked on frequently but not us. Food was okay but not special. Wine seemed expensive for the quality. Tables are close together so conversations nearby were loud. It was hard to hear each other talk.

Always one of my go-to restaurants. The food, the staff, the ambience are all wonderful. The gluten free pastas are amazing and the complimentary cookies at the end of the meal are one of favorite finishing touches.

In town just one night for a play and dinner afterwards. We had heard very good things about Etcetera Etcetera, and yet were still pleasantly surprised at just how great the entire experience was.

Food, drink, ambience, service, and overall experience were all outstanding.

As a perfect end to a perfect dinner my wife, who loves Tiramisu, declared the offering at Etcetera Etcetera to be the best she’s ever tasted!

The service was great but, the food was a hit or miss. It was hard to have a conversation because I had someone sitting next to me. They did get us fed and out before our show which was appreciated.

We got there at 5 pm and they were just setting up so we waited a few minutes. Service was good. I am Gluten Free and had a few choices including homemade pasta. I had homemade ravioli and my husband had the veal meatballs. Serving size was good. We had a bitter chocolate and hazelnut pudding for dessert which was good as well. Nice ambiance. Great for pre theatre dinner.

I have dined here several times and enjoyed each visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the apps are a bit undersized such as the calamari but overall it is a good spot.

Always incredible service. Been going for years for pre theater, special occasions or just catching up with friends. Cocktails were amazing and great wine pairing that was recommended.

Excellent go to place in the theater district that remains independent. The owner is always there making sure his standards are maintained. Excellent food. Great buzz even on a Sunday night.

A refreshing 15 minute walk from the Javits after the travel show and we were seated at 5 for a 5:15 reservation and were quickly catered to by the pleasant courteous staff.
They took the time to explain the gluten free menu options which are more than the specific ones listed.
The grilled octopus was extremely fresh and garnished delectably ( gluten free ). The sesame crusted salmon with lentil was an exciting delicious gluten free main course option for my wife. I enjoyed the delicate roasted grouper ( not gluten free ) for sure.
The portions were proper to feel satisfied and the attention received well appreciated.

Food was fantastic and servers were respectful and entertaining. The food portions were just right and the ambiance of the whole restaurant was perfect for a fun night with my sister.

Had a lovely dinner. Food was excellent and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. We were tight on time because we were going to an 8pm show and they were very attentive to keeping us on track to get there on time. Close proximity (< 10 min walk) to Broadway while being a little removed from the craziness of that part of the city. I would highly recommend Etcetera Etcetera.
