Great gluten free selections including awesome homemade pasta. Server super aware of food allergy and clear about what to avoid on menu. Friendly staff all the way through! A little loud with a fun vibe.
We loved the rosemary focaccia bread. Would recommend prosciutto wrapped melon/dates as appetizer. Our entrees were excellent. Not as crazy about Etcetera Etcetera martini as I thought I would be. Overall, great meal and pleasant staff.
Very handily located in the Theater District. The attentive staff expertly got us in, served and out in time for curtain, but we never felt rushed. One entrée arrived not quite hot enough and they speedily reheated it. Food was tasty and well presented. One of the most reliable spots in the neighborbood.
Everything was yummy! Great cocktails and friendly service. Will come back!
Empty restaurant (probably because there is very little theatre on Monday nights). Pricey menu but everything was excellent. Will definitely return.
My wife and I both love this restaurant but our experience today was disappointing. The bread seemed less than fresh and we both ordered the artichoke and Salome frittata which seemed dry and tasteless. Of course we will return but wanted to alert regulars. We also felt our server would be better suited for other work. I had asked for hot sauce ( never got it) and was not offered pepper because he got distracted by another diner’s question.
Attentive staff. Delicious food. Beautiful decor.
Lovely to be back at EtceteraEtcetera. Food delicious, service wonderful, ambience and value terrific.
We both had the salmon and had different requests which were followed perfectly. The salmon was tasty and beautifully presented. Also loved the pineapple sorbet.
Fabulous food. Quiet Monday night. Wait staff understanding and helpful. Very nice. Void for vegan, vegetarian meals.
The best Greek salad anywhere. We loved the option for unlimited cocktails during brunch, and the prix fixe option. The crab cake eggs benedict was very thick and tasty.
Always a top choice for us and always great. You can't go wrong eating here.
Loved David, our waiter
The restaurant was clean and nice, the service was very attentive but the food was not exceptional. It is in a great location and there are lots of other choices so I would probably try another next time I am in the neighborhood.
In town for business dining by myself was comfortable here. Nice gluten free options. Great service.
When I have a great experience I rave about it. You will see that in my other reviews. The staff here are excellent. We had a slight hiccup with a side order but no biggy. The food however was average, I am not clear why the restaurant had such a great rating, perhaps it was bad night. It is however not a restauarant I will be rushing back to.
Great place... portions quite generous. Service was a little choppy... but over all a great Sunday brunch/lunch
The food was good and our waiter was amazing along with all service but otherwise disappointed in the whole experience. Felt like we were being served quickly to make room for other reservations. Everything happened fast so not the place to go if your planning on sitting down and enjoying dinner. The food had flavour but nothing that stands out that you couldn’t find at another upscale Italian restaurant. Would really only recommend if your doing a pre theatre meal and need to get in and out quick.
Our server, David, was incredibly animated and hilarious. The place was packed and LOUD and it was difficult to get the servers attention at times. Food was good, not great. The blood orange martini was awesome.
Very pleasant wait staff. Enjoyable meal.
Very good service. Food was good. I think the prices are a little high, but due to the neighborhood it makes sense. The service was great.
Consistently good food and service. We’ve been there many times and hope to be there many more!
Service was excellent as was most of the food except for my short rib which was dry and a bit tough. Would go back again to give them a second chance.
We happened upon this place and it was outstanding. The menu was varied and on the pastas you could get a half portion. Very attentive waitstaff and overall excellent food.
Great location for pre or post theater. Nice choices of homemade pastas and other Italian cuisine. Attentive service.
This was our second time here in the past few months. Although in theater district/hell's kitchen are the food and staff are far better than you would expect. The meatball with french fries (yes...) are very good, as are the gnocchi- very tender. One staff person moved us to another table without us asking since a large group came in and sat behind us. We will definitely be back- make sure to come after the pre-theater crowd (unless of course you have a play to get to).
It was the perfect place after a hectic frame. We loved it
Decent place with good, lively ambience. Service was very mediocre. We ordered the buratta which was tasty. Their fresh bread was delicious and they provided generous serving of it. For the mains, I had the chicken which was ok, my husband had the lasagna. If you choose to have dessert, highly recommend the 'boudino'. It was the highlight of the dinner
As I haven’t been there in a while, it was nice to come back to a lovely dining establishment. Food doesn’t disappoint. Glad to be back.
Very good food and excellent price points on wine.
One of the best theater district restaurants by far. Central location for most theaters, handsome decor, stellar menu with beautiful plating, a bartender who really churns out a perfect martini and thoughtful, attentive service. What could be better rhan that?
Joey was amazing! Loved this place
Best focaccia in the theater district! The prix-fixe offers good value. Good place for couples or foursomes--the noise level makes it easy to converse.
Everything was FANTASTIC.... as usual.
Good and tasty gluten free options.
Lovely restaurant very close to the St. James theater. The staff were excellent. The service super. They knew we were taking our middle school aged kids out for a fancy meal and then Frozen so they were right on time with our meals. The only downside was price- but I was aware of that when I made the reservation.
This is one of the best restaurants in New York. Consistent great service, food and drink. Every time I am in the city I make it a point to go there.
We had a great experience at this restaurant food was delicious and wait staff were amazing
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.. wow is all I can say. Thank you for a great Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve..one of the best meals I have had in years
We went here for christmas eve and it was so cozy! They had decorated with small Christmas trees on every table and it looked really nice. The fish was absolutely great and delicious. I would love to go back soon
Excellent service and food. The hosts and the waiter were both very polite, and the waiter’s timing throughout the meal was perfect. I will say the portions were a little bit small for the price, however the ingredients and how they were prepared were well worth it. I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and we had a lovely night.
