Waited 30min past my reservation time, hadn’t been seated yet, so I left

Came for the pre-theater menu. Excellent service, perfect food, everything of a high caliber. The owner came by twice to ask how our food was. Ambience slightly cold but otherwise can HIGHLY recommend it!

Outstanding dining experience for our 22nd anniversary with family. Fantastic being able to choose our own fish for dinner flown fresh from the Mediterranean. Cooked to perfection paired with an outstanding wine recommended by sommelier. Fabulous vegetarian options and would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

Always a treat and fun to pick your fish. Only glitch - waited 15 minutes for just bread. They made up for it with a complimentary glass of wine.

One of my favorite restaurants in New York! Picking out your own fish and razor clams out of the market for your meal is as good as it gets!

Over the years, we’ve dined at Milos 20+ times and had excellent food and superb service on EVERY occasion without exception. If only every restaurant was even half as consistent as Milos. . .

Chose Milos based on TripAdvisor reviews and close proximity to the Hilton Midtown. I escaped a large conference with five executives from a small number of important clients. We were given the choice of sitting upstairs (ground level) where it was a little more "energetic," or downstairs where it was a little quieter. We took downstairs and were seated near what looked like a bar (had my back to it, so never really figured out what it was). While upstairs was pretty loud, the downstairs area was, if not quiet, was certainly reasonable for a friendly business dinner. We started with cocktails and eventually ordered several appetizers. Can't specifically remember, but there was roasted octopus, some sort of thinly sliced and fried zucchini and eggplant dish, and a shared salad of tomatoes, feta, and onions. All were absolutely fabulous.

The meals (and apps) are served family style, meaning that larger plates of food are passed around for all to share. Having a bit of trouble narrowing down all the fish choices, our waiter took us upstairs to the display of fresh fish on ice (like a high-end fish market). In the end, we chose a whole Mediterranean (Greek?) sea bass, a whole Mediterranean (Greek?) snapper, and two servings of the lamb chops (3 each). All were perfectly prepared and wonderful.

Had two bottles of wine with dinner; one Greek and one white Bordeaux. Made these choices based on excellent guidance from the very knowledgeable wine steward.

Have to say that absolutely everything was perfect. With tip, including pre-dinner cocktails, we came in right around $1,200 - or $200 per person. Wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly engaged. A great experience and absolutely worth every penny.

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our pre-theater dinner. The staff was extremely attentive and we especially loved dunking delicious crusty bread into olive oil seasoned with fresh cut oregano leaves. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Tomatoes in salad were extraordinary. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The waiter was very knowledgeable in all the fish offerings and took us over to show and explain them all. I shared a fish and it was delicious, oysters were terrific as well. There wine list was extensive , the sommelier helped and picked the exact wine we were looking for. It was delightful.

Milo's has the best grilled fish of NY.

the 4 of us shared branzino the favorite fish at Milos. it was wonderful as was the mushroom appetizer and vidalia onions. great meal. we sat upstairs where the quiet was perfect for conversation. expensive but delicious

Food was spectacular, fresh and delicious. Service was extremely attentive but not intrusive, absolutely perfect. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Everything about this place is superb. One word of warning though. If you have the fish from the fish bar, find our what’s it’s going to cost before you order it. You may get a shock!

Food was fresh. Seat assigned was right next to the cashier and didn’t have enough space to sit. Waiters made mistakes. We waited long for our food, probably because it was dinner time and the kitchen was very busy.

It was not my first time. I love the place and especially the lychee cocktail!

Outstanding! we went to the fish market and chose our meal -- fish sashimi style, grilled razor clams and carbaneros. A delightful experience!!

The servers treat us like we don’t even understand English or anything about food. We own a restaurant chain back in China and a Michelin recommend restaurant in nyc, that’s a huge humiliation.
Btw I don’t understand why put us on the second floor

The food was delicious and the variety of seafood is amazing. The prices for entrees were moderately high but starters are quite expensive. A roasted beet salad was $18 for about $1.59 worth of beets.
