This was the first time visiting Espeto since they moved from Avondale. The meat, food and service are just as excellent and is always a great experience.
First time dining here after the move from Avondale/Riverside area.
We enjoyed drinks at the bar and then were seated on time. Jason was our bartender and was pleasant and attentive but not intrusive. The caipirinhas were tasty!
Really enjoyed experimenting with Brazilian wines and we also made it through about 3/4ths of the excellent meat offerings before we were stuffed.
Everything at the salad bar was fresh.
My only complaint would be the limit on the sides. I expected more of a variety and did not like the cold asparagus and green beans. I loved that we were able to have the asparagus put on the grill. More sides would be appreciated.
The service was great. Our server was very nice, but the food really affected the experience. All the meat was brought to us really well done. If you enjoy meat, rare to med rare or even med should be the common choice versus over cooked meat that tastes like a sole from a shoe. I know many Brazilians that would agree.
We went for Valentine's Day, but it was only moderately busy. We were sat right next to the salad bar, which was annoying because the line was right next to us all night.
The part that was most disappointing was the lack of food, which I couldn't believe from a Brazilian steakhouse. For 30+ tables there were never more than 3-4 servers with meat going around. What we got was good, but it wasn't the gluttonous meat frenzy we usually get from similar places. On the plus side, I ate quite moderately and stuck to my diet, but that wasn't the plan going in....
The food was every bit of perfect! It was busy but to be expected for the occasion. The waitress wasn't that great, slow bringing our drinks and not very helpful with the menu and choices. Otherwise definitely a great place to go for a good quality of a variety of food.
Meat was not of the best quality for the price. Wait for the meat to circulate was too long in between. Was either overwhelmed with the skewers at the same time or not at all and we just sat and waited. Salad bar was pretty good and the soup was outstanding. Didn't clear the table of plates and had to ask.
The gouchos were cool and it was fun but the meats were good, not outstanding. For $40, expected just a little more.
The food was great, the atmosphere was great. There was two get togethers at the time and they where having a good time, enjoying food, drink and a friendly atmosphere. Have been to two others in different states and mostly the same just room set up was different, but still great. Always enjoyed, will always visit when I can.
We had a group of 12 for dinner and decided to give this place a try. A lot of our group had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, so they are new to the experience. The service and food was excellent as was the ambiance. The owners even came out to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
We have been to this restaurant many times, since they have moved from the Avondale location, they do not seem to be drawing the crowds this restaurant once did. The owner's are still very hands on and we always see them at the restaurant overseeing the operation and greeting the customers. the meats this time just did not seem to have the same flavoring or selection as before, I do hope they make it at this new location.
The meats were OK and that is what Brazilian steak house is about to me. The pickings on the salad and hot barb were slim. Lobster bisque was watery with very little meat. The bread was really odd...very doughy and chewy in middle. Staff was friendly and available.

This was a great experience and the food was fantastic. The only problem we had was getting our check and paying our bill. We had to tell the server a couple of times we would like the check.
It was good considering it was New Years Eve. The service was great, but some of the meat was burnt on the outside and rare in the center. Nowhere near as good as Fogo de Chao, but that's the difference between $39pp and $59pp.
I love Espeto and wish I could go more often. The owners are the best.
This restaurant was a late find, but I'm glad we did! The service was great, the food was good and the atmosphere was awesome. It's a lot of food, so go hungry and leave happy.
The food was great! The meat was cooked to the temperature we requested and the price was reasonable. I plan to dine again.
This place was unbelievable....all you can eat multiple meat. They do have a side's bar....just make sure you don't fill up on them...because there is a lot of meat coming your way.
We have been to Espeto before and several other Brazilian steakhouses so we know what to expect. Our server was nice and friendly and the pomatini was delicious. The meats were excellent and there was plenty of variety, the only thing I found lacking was the hot and cold bars. I realize you go to a place like this for the meat but sides can be important as well, especially considering the price. I love to eat steak with sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions. They had onions on the hot bar which was nice but they had sauteed mushrooms on the cold bar - which made them sort of slimy. Overall we enjoyed it and would go again.
We loved the atmosphere, the wait staff were all pleasant & efficient. Salad bar had a very wide selection, & lobster bisque was fresh & properly seasoned. Highly recommend this restaurant!!
Won't be back. Most meat was very fatty and others tasted old . The neat that was edible had little to no taste or seasoning. Salad bar was not impressive. Owner came by table and asked how it was, we told her and she did nothing except say "really". And she would share with her husband, who we believe was the cook too. Perhaps a bad night... Not sure, but not worth the price.
As far as Brazilian steakhouse go, This is one of the better ones we've been too. It is not in the same class as Fogo to chao or texas de brazil, but it comes in very close
Service was spectacular. Fathers Day exuberance and custom treatment for elderly parents enabled them to thoroughly enjoy every nuance of the dining experience. The cold and hot food bars were immaculate and every dish was fresh and tasty. Meats served hot and fresh at the table were fully appreciated..more than enough! The kindness and generosity we experienced was over and above excellent!
As Brazilian steak houses go, this one was pretty good. The food was all excellent and the service was as well. But for this price I also like a little more atmosphere. This is basically a large room with tables in it and the salad bar lined up against the wall. No huge bouquets of flowers like some of the others I've eaten in. No round tables to give a more intimate feel. It felt just like it was the most efficient use of space. This is huge for me so I will save this splurge for when I go to Orlando or Tampa.

We celebrated our 29th Anniversary with friends who had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and had a wonderful time! We were greeted graciously by the owner and our server was extraordinary. The salad bar and hot bar had the essentials and a bit more. The meats kept coming and were good but I'd like to have seen more diversity in some of the options as I have in other high end Brazilian steak houses. Would we go back? Of course, as long as the prices do not creep up past $39.00 per person.
This is our favorite restaurant. We like the new location too. Food is consistently good. Servers are friendly and the owner is always attentive. Great place.
First time experience for my mom and I on Mother's Day. I'd say it was a good experience, the meats offered we pretty good. The only thing that was disappointing was the lamb, it came out cold and didn't have great flavor. The buffet bar options were unique and tasty.
Went with a coworker on a Friday, early evening. Everything was fresh, flavorful, cooked to the perfect temperature, and all tasted absolutely impeccable.
I was looking forward to a view but food was great, and service was outstanding. Our waitress was excellent a true professional.
even though we made a reservation and we arrived on time. they took half hour to give us a table. need to improve that. However, the wait was worth it. Food was great.
The meats were overlooked, very salty, and cold when served. The salad bar and side options were sparse compared to other Brazilian steakhouses. Surprisingly, desert was not included in the $45 per head price, which was more than the price stated on the menu. It could have been special pricing for New Years Eve but you would think that would be on the menu.
Eleven South, Ocean 60, and Azure all have superior food, service, and ambiance.
My wife and I won't be going back.
Had great food in a friendly atmosphere will be dining again with them shortly, Prices are very reasonable and we left there stuffed.
We loved everything except that Open Table should have a better way of letting you know that the restaurant has moved. We drove all the way to Avondale when we needed to be in Jax Beach. We were 40 minutes late for our reservation. The hostess was kind,
apologetic, and seated us immediately. It was well worth the drive.
Food was good. Doesn't have many items like Fogo De Chao or Texas De Brazil. But this is an up and coming place and the owner is very nice.
Espeto is our go to place for a special event, both for family or for business. This is the carnivore's delight, with no reason to choose just one meat, you get them all. Looking forward to their new location, but sad to see them farther away. We will make the drive, it is worth it!

We made a 25 minute drive to try out this restaurant. Location isn't prime, but it was easy to get to and offers a nice view of the river. Would like to have seen more hot veggies, but all of the meat served was flavorful, tender and cooked nicely.
