Wonderful restaurant. Service, food, ambiance all amazing! Sad to see it close.
Excellent. Sorry this is their penultimate evening of service at this location as food, service and restaurant decor/ambience are very enjoyable.
Look forward to their next iteration.
What a wonderful dining experience!!
We really enjoyed Erminia Ristorante! The atmosphere was great and very romantic. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and welcoming!
On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, my wife and I had dinner there. It was excellent. We had the appetizer of the octopus salad. We had branzino. It was a special. Very moist. My wife had the berry Zaba. I had a cannoli. The service was also excellent. The room was quiet. The food was balanced.
The most amazing restaurant and the perfect place to ask my girlfriend for her hand in marriage! Quiet and intimate, with amazing staff and wonderful food. Thank you
We so enjoyed this fabulous restaurant. It was one of the highpoints of our New York visit. Nothing could have been better?
Highly recommended... amazing food and ambience with high quality service.
The Perfect romantic evening spot!
Sad to hear it is closing, hurry up and dine before they say good bye. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.
It was magical. Wonderful restaurant, staff and food!
Yes!!! Amazing quaint Italian ambiance and wonderful food. Intimate!
Went here for an intimídate birthday dinner with my fiancé. VERY IMPRESSED. Food was delicious. Service impecable. Would highly recommend!!
We love Erminia. The food is delicious. You definitely want a reservation - it's very tiny.
While the items we ordered were fairly good, the service at the beginning of the early evening dinner, despite being a very small and intimate dining room, seemed a little disjointed with the several of the attending wait staffers and maitre d's forgetting requested items.
The grilled octopus was a bit mushy missing that crispiness on the outside and the while the fettuccine bolognese had the spicy tang the pasta was a bit too al dente.
We'll give Erimina another go soon too see it improves to the level its raters have given it.
Excellent Filet of Sole, Veal Milanese and Pumpkin Ravioli. Appetizers and salads likewise delicious.
Small quiet restaurant conducive to conversation. Service very good and not rushed.
I will definitely return.
As is always the case, an awesome dining experience.
One of our favorite places. Warm, welcoming atmosphere, terrific service, romantic ambience, nice menu and wine list and good food.
I have been to Erminia three or four times over the years. It's a restaurant that I have reserved for special occasions with someone else and don't just go to because it happens to be in my neighborhood (which it is). It is absolutely charming, which its tiny size contributes to, and it is marked by attentive service--never snobby despite some well-known clientele--and superior food. Highly recommended.
Longtime guest, first review. I get to check 5 stars a lot, but rarely for ‘Value’
Look no further than the wine list. Dinner was 10/10 as always.
Wonderful dining experience from start to finish.
First time there. Definitely will return. And soon!
Great food. Felt rushed to give up table after about 90 minutes
Erminia is a gem, TINY and charming, food is amazing and if you would like something that is not on the menu they gladly accommodate. The place is a treasure!!
Very special gem of a place. Felt transported into a luscious, intimate place in Italy, with incredibly delicious food...
It was great
Delight ambience, delicious food welcoming service
We have visited from Tennessee each time we go to New York, and we love the intimate size, along with great food and service. Highly recommend!
Delicious cute space with authentic Italian vibes and decor. Food was amazing, albeit a little expensive. Great time!
Felt like in was in Italy from the moment I walked in. The staff were great. The food was delicious. Great selection of wine. A little in the expensive side. A whole bronzino was $40. Other than that. Perfection
I love the ambiance of this restaurant. It's small and quiet. The service is exceptional and you feel like a dinner guest in Italy. The food is very yummy- the pastas are delicious and the wine is good, too!
We love this little gem on the upper east side of New York. Great Italian food and the personal service is always first rate. It's easy to get to by subway. A must to experience when in New York!
Lovely little place that feels different than your typical night out in the neighborhood.
Excellent food and service as always. They also serve Terra Di Tufi which I can’t find anywhere else.
Once again Erminia did not disappoint. Great food served by an incredible staff in a quiet, romantic setting. Erminia is truly a gem on the Upper East Side.
Surprisingly beautiful and great food - such a gem!
Best meatballs I have ever had!
Small and romantic setting. Limited number of tables makes for personal service by all. My family enjoyed the entire experience. Food was excellent with the pasta tasting fresh and hand made. Cooked to perfection (I hate overcooked pasta, no problem here). Jose did a great job along with everybody else there, I wish I had learned the names of all of them because they deserve recognition for running such a unique place. Would visit over and over if we lived in Manhattan.
Amazing experience, the candle lit room is incredible for a romantic evening. The staff is incredible and accommodating.
Erminias was fabulous as always. Every time I go to NY, it is on the list. Hard to find anything better.
