Not enough options in buffet. It used to be really good as I remember. This time felt like any continental breakfast that’s included in a cheap hotel. Limited options and nothing to write home about. Service and ambiance were good though. Our server was very pleasant. Ruth I believe. But didn’t like the fact that they couldn’t find our reservation. It wasn’t too busy (now I know why), so reservation didn’t really matter. But if it was busy that would’ve been a lot of trouble to drive all the way to Bellevue with a toddler and couldn’t get to eat their mediocre buffet as they would’ve not found our reservation.

Very popular breakfast place across the WinterGarden (2 story glassed-in atrium) from the Hyatt. It’s essentially one big room, nicer to be in than look at. Lots of kids. The pleasant hosts were really accommodating and highly patient about seating us away from the loud ones, which was great. Crystal, our server, was charming. The food was good, too.

The ambience was ever very good, food was good value, particularly buffet, although service could have been more expedient. One of the female Asian chefs were a little hostile when I asked a question about syrup, the other Asian hostess was worried about giving out to go boxes as if she didn’t trust customers ordered entree and was stealing from the buffet. Other than that, the servers were great/friendly.

The service was so great. Our waitress was professional and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was great. The price was very reasonable. I would definately return!

We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. Our waitress was Crystal and she was phenomenal. She made sure our coffee cup was full and hot. She consistently checked back with us and had a huge smile. She was WONDERFUL.!,
