   We had outdoor seating right next to heaters which made it quite comfortable. Excellent service. I had the Waygu burger and it is a monster. Definitely recommend it.

   The food is always excellent at Epulo Bistro. Their special cocktails are different and always delicious, all the entrees are great and their homemade ice cream flavors are wonderful. A great restaurant for a special occasion or just a night out for a good meal.

   We found the noise level too loud for a foursome to hear each other without considerable straining and many sentences had to be repeated. The Arrabbirata & Rigatoni pastas were too saucy. One appetizer was forgotten by the staff. To be honest, we forgot that we ordered it and didn't remember until I noticed it on the bill at home. But, you are still one of the best places in town and "will be in our rotation" to see if you are better the next time we come.

   Epulo is a favorite place for celebrating family events-friendly, helpful staff and a fun menu with consistently good food. We look forward to coming for a brunch next time. The patio, when open in warmer months is delightful.

    First timers here. Fantastic food and cocktails and quite an extensive wine list. We were very impressed by the food and left satiated. The broth on the clam dish was to die for. One of us finished it with a spoon (no judgment), but what really stood out was the impeccable service we received from Jane. She was so attentive and fun. We didn’t want for anything. She was engaging and professional. Her timing was perfect, and the cocktails were quickly delivered. We already have plans to return. Highly recommend.

    The food was flavorful, however we thought it was a bit on the salty side and it was a bit pricey. The restaurant was not busy so therefore quiet. There were no complimentary bread offered during the wait.

    What a great find! It was m birthday dinner and I “found” this beautiful place. FIRST, the staff, from the moment we walked in to ALL the different people (water glass pourer young man) waitresses etc were top notch! The food was superb! The ambience was relaxing, and classy yet inviting and not stuffy. Husband and I are going back soon!

    The desserts are excellent- it took awhile (maybe 20 min?) but the Zeppole: donuts with dipping caramel sauce is flavorful and Banana with bread pudding is outstanding. Highly recommend. Oven blasted cauliflower- skipped, just like the name, boiled cauliflower and oven baked with no sauce and flavorless- we added salt and pepper on our own and dripping with our Main course sauce to swallow it. Boneless beef short ribs- good portion, my guest finished it all and like it. Steak(special menu) - a bit small - acceptable Duck breast- not recommended. It cooked right but not much flavor, the butternut squash mash doesn’t goes well with the duck breast, nothing wrong about the dish but nothing outstanding, just feel like mismatched: the taste of sides doesn’t go along with the main and the main is kinda disappointing. Drinks: wines just wines, good hh price. Cosmopolitan is ok, not bad and not outrageous. Fall poise Sour is pretty good, give it a try. Service - a bit slow - whole dinning experience took about 1 hr 30 min just with drinks + 1 appetizer + 4 dishes + 2 desserts. Maybe because of the pick hours our desserts took a bit longer and it took a while to locate our server when we try to pay. It usually not a big deal except we had to catch up a show and seattle traffic is not great during the weekend. We reserve enough time- 3 hours including dinner and travel time but since dinner took almost 2 hours, I asked my guests to leave first and I stayed behind to pay the bills. If you are visiting during the peak day/ peak hours, please reserve extra 30-45 min for your planned dinning time or pay the bills when you order desserts.

    I come here often for their great HH, food especially burgers. Three burgers were bad yesterday plus a sub salad for fries should not be $4 for undressed romaine leaves. Disappointing….consistency is important

    One of our two favorite Edmonds restaurants, especially for special occasions such as the birthday we were celebrating last night. The menu, food, and service was flawless. Have never had a disappointed experience at Epulo and look forward to a return visit. Would recommend Epulo to anyone hoping for an enjoyable dining experience.

    We went for my husband’s birthday, and it also happened to be Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was well prepared for the busy night with plenty of staff and extra space. They offered a complimentary glass of champagne on our way to our table. We were seated in the overflow area, but they made it feel special with a live pianist who played the whole time we were there. The food was excellent (short rib never disappoints and the filet was seasoned and seared to perfection). We shared a scrumptious salad, an awesome bottle of wine, and tasty chocolate torte. Our server was attentive but never overbearing. Overall, a great experience!

    We love Epulo! We go often: as a family, with friends, for events or just for fun! The menu is always slightly different and always delicious! We always order drinks, apps, entrées and desserts. We got to meet owner Tory the other night and she was magic! We regular chat with Jane and Jack and it's like having a comedy team at our table. Feels like home!!!!!

    We started with a deliciously different wedge salad that was on the specials menu. Great duck breast cooked to pink, rather than bloody, which my spouse prefers. The polenta was a good complement. I found a new favorite- the fettuccine bolognese. Perfect pasta and great flavorful sauce.

    This was my second time at the restaurant, and it was not nearly as impressive as the first. The food was good but I expected a little more for the price. Also our server was clearly rushing us which was off-putting after a while.

    We were given a gift certificate to enjoy a night out. Our friend suggested we go to Epulo and try their happy hour menu. What a nice surprise. We left full and almost covered the bill with the gift card!

    The food was quite good, although the portions were pretty large. The waiter commented on the portion size of the Rigatoni Formaggio and mentioned a smaller size which wasn't on the menu. My wife was certainly happy she ordered the smaller size. It was very filling and was delicious with the added mushrooms.

    We ate inside the covered patio, and unfortunately it was just a bit too chilly out to fully enjoy the meal. There were not enough heaters to keep the space warm. The service was good and I definitely will return, as Epulo remains one of my favorite spots in Edmonds.
