   Esa took excellent care of us and was knowledgeable about the menu and pairings. Her recommendations gave us a nice tour of the flavors and options. We started with the New Zealand mussels and they were flavorful, as was the Tuna Tartare tower which was fresh and did not disappoint. We had delicious entree salads and a big finish with the Vanilla Bean Basque Cheesecake!

   Wait time for food was very long and a basic hamburger ordered medium rare was so well done that it was inedible. Our waitress, who was very accommodating, offered a replacement. After a 20 minute wait a new burger was delivered and was your basic medium, definitely not a $25 burger. The tuna poke did not measure up to others I have had. The risotto, while flavorful, was dry with a gummy texture. Overall a disappointing dining experience. There was a discrete mention of new “cook” in the kitchen which might explain our disappointment.

   Waitress was terrible could not be bothered to help out or give an attention made the evening unenjoyable

    Limited choice of wines , wait staff limited knowledge of prep or processss. Moved us reluctantly due to staff service table
