A new dining experience at the Hilton El Conquistador. Literally translated as "Mexican Tea", Epazote is prominently used in Southwest cuisine to add spicy yet earthy flavor somewhat reminiscent of fennel. Inspired by this flavor and the traditions of the Southwest.

Enjoy Southwestern dishes featuring locally sourced specialties such as Poblano Peppers for Rellenos, Arizona raised Free-Range Chicken, selected cheeses and Arizona grown produce. Along with your meal, you will enjoy some of the most spectacular views of Pusch Ridge, on the outdoor patio.

Beautiful resort and restaurant. Two of us ordered salads with grilled shrimp and a third person ordered the pork chop. We shared the chocolate chip/cornflake cookie with gelato and peanut butter, it was outstanding. We will definitely go again.

Amazing views for sunset on Pusch Ridge! Great menu with so many options for dietary needs, I had no problem finding gluten free and dairy free food. Our meal was fantastic, drinks were delicious!

The patio is a wonderful setting for dinner made extra special with Native American flute music. Our service was friendly and the food good. A nice relaxing and QUIET dinner suitable for conversation.

Beautiful location on the outdoor patio. Our server was quite good. The food however, not so much. Wife had chicken tacos. The corn tortilla shells were stale with the eggs being dried out and the middle very tough and chew. I ordered the bone in pork chop. Overdone and so tough it was had to cut with a steak knife.

Esa took excellent care of us and was knowledgeable about the menu and pairings. Her recommendations gave us a nice tour of the flavors and options. We started with the New Zealand mussels and they were flavorful, as was the Tuna Tartare tower which was fresh and did not disappoint. We had delicious entree salads and a big finish with the Vanilla Bean Basque Cheesecake!
