A new dining experience at the Hilton El Conquistador. Literally translated as "Mexican Tea", Epazote is prominently used in Southwest cuisine to add spicy yet earthy flavor somewhat reminiscent of fennel. Inspired by this flavor and the traditions of the Southwest.

Enjoy Southwestern dishes featuring locally sourced specialties such as Arizona grass feed beef, Southwest mountain trout, Colorado lamb, selected cheeses and Arizona grown produce. Along with your meal, you will enjoy some of the most spectacular views of Pusch Ridge, on the outdoor patio.

This is our first time back to this restaurant in 2 years. We had a very pleasant dinner with friends. Sat in the bar and had a great view. And the food was was very good.

Annabelle says: fabulous use of south west spices ! So creative and tasty sauces. Guava-cilantro glaze on chicken incredible ! Attentive service. Beautiful restaurant. Attention to detail appreciated with warm breads

We were here the first time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The food was fantastic! I eat salmon quite frequently and without a doubt, the grilled salmon was some of the best I’ve had! Portions are generous, price is beyond reasonable, cocktails were delicious and staff was very friendly! We definitely plan to go back.

We had a party of 4 for New Year's Eve dinner - filet mignon on the "special menu" that evening was exceptional - melted in your mouth and the salmon from the "regular menu" was also extremely good!

The steak was pure perfection. Recently I've had a little trouble getting the steak I've order at other places know for fine steaks in Tucson, this place hit it right on the head. Perfect cut, cooked just how I requested and full of flavor. Fiancee ordered their evenings special-halibut, and was equally impressed. You get what you pay for, but not over priced for what you get.... go there. You'll love it. Wonderful ambiance and low noise levels.... Perfect for a dinner before enjoying the rest of the resort. Will be back again... Also, make a reservation, secrets out and they can get packed.

Great table, great service - very attentive and friendly server. Everyone loved their entree choices. Went there to celebrate our daughter’s recent engagement and the staff made it a special occasion. Will definitely return for dinner again.

Four of us met for dinner. Server very knowledgeable regarding wines/food. Salmon and tuna cooked exactly as ordered. My pork was slightly pink and perfect. My greens too salty and we're quickly replaced. Perfect for al fresco dining. Would return.

Beautiful setting- mountain background, overlooking pool yet far enough to avoid distraction. Profound landscaping, superb ambiance!

It was a really busy night when I was there with colleagues so the service was a little slow, but the food was outstanding and well worth the wait! The steaks were perfectly cooked and sooooo delicious! The scallop tacos were the perfect size. I was envious of my colleague's salmon because it looked awesome too.

This place may be a bit out of your way, but it is well worth the drive.

We've always had great food and great service at Epazote, but last night was off. We had early reservations. The place was nearly empty but the full complement of wait staff was there. And yet our server was anywhere else but at our table or at other customers tables. Lime and chili chicken had no lime or chili flavor and the chicken seemed to be low quality. Hopefully this was a one time miss and not a turn for the worse.

First of all don't depend on your GPS to find this restaurant. I'll tell you if you go in the lobby of the hotel and go to the right, you will see the restaurant almost to the back around a corner on your left. Your GPS will bring you to the wrong building for some reason. Tried 3 dif GPS with all the same results.

With that being said, when we finally got there we were seated immediately and our water glasses filled soon after that. We ordered the braised beef short rib and babyback ribs and a salad to go with each meal (salads do not come with your meal). Both dishes were delish, especially the beef. Babyback ribs came with green chilies mac and cheese which was dry and tasteless. Beef came with squash puree smear and grilled asparagus and was full of nice flavor. Both meats were cooked to perfection.

Waitress was new but she was very friendly and if she didn't know something she would get the answer and come right back. Seemed like all the servers were very attentive to their diners.

We even had the manager/owner, I'm thinking owner come to our table and see how are dining experience was. Nice touch.

A little pricey but we'll worth it. I would recommend this place to my friends only after giving them directions on how to find it.

Excellent meal and unusual choices. I had amazing smoked duck tacos and the crab stack. Service was also amazing. The house pino noir was very good.
