Enzo's on the Lake
In 1980, Enzo's on the Lake opened as a lovely secluded lakefront restaurant, built in the style of an Italian villa. The restaurant is dedicated to the idea of simple yet sophisticated cuisine: family owned, crafted with love. The freshest fish, meats, fruits and vegetables that can be obtained are woven into a menu that emphasizes a unique culinary heritage. An antipasto bar welcomes you to the excitement of the dining room overlooking the lake. There is a full service european style bar, private dining areas for meetings and parties, and lakeside gardens and dock.
We look forward to serving you!
Bar :Tuesday-Saturday 5:30pm-10:00pm
Food was extraordinary. Ambieance and service could improve. We had to wait 15 min to be seated and had a reservartion.
I have eaten 4 times here before and each time was excellent. This time I was very disappointed. First I had a reservation for 8:15 pm. When we arrived we had to wait 25 minutes before seated. We were seated in the side room and there was a sewer smell. We asked to be moved only to be told there would be a 15-25 minute wait. We stayed where we were. Service was extremely slow but at least waiters were friendly. Meatball appetizers was good. Caprese salad was good. The lamb chops I ordered were very bland and over cooked for a medium temperature. No seasoning. Polenta was hard. Broccolini was good. My wife’s pasta dish was good. Tiramisu dessert was way too sweet.
Excellent food and service, first time going to the restaurant. Close quarters and multiple rooms can make it noisy at times, but adds to the ambiance. Great date night or special occasion place to eat.
We enjoy Enzo's. I would grade higher except the food was not great. I shudder to order bouillabaisse, or any Pesce del mare. I was disappointed. The shrimp were all over cooked , since they make up most of the dish, they were disappointing. The shrimp were also bland in the antipasto.
The only problem we found was the noise level. It was very noisy. The food was excellent and the service was very good. We plan to go for dinner. I was just there for a lady's lunch.
Enzo’s on the Lake is a beautiful restaurant located on Lake Fairy in Casselberry. Stunning views only enhance the delicious cuisine! It’s our go-to special occasion restaurant but it is great for any day! Impeccable service and 5-Star food, Enzo’s is superb in every way!
Food was excellent! We enjoyed all the staff—manager, bartender, server and “assistant sever.” Extremely helpful and friendly.
Came to Enzo’s per a friends recommendation.
Drinks (can’t mess these up)
1) Pinot Noir Meiomi
2) San Pellegrino
Appetizer: The Antipasto (the waiter selected for us: zucchini, peppers, eggplant, salami, olives, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese). It wasn’t good. Too many cold veggies and not enough meat and cheese.
Salad: The Caesar - an extreme amount of dressing with legit 2 croutons. Underwhelming.
1) Chef Special- shrimp & crab ravioli with a champagne sauce. My husband loved it.
2) Carbonara pasta- horrible. The egg was over cooked so I got spaghetti with scrambled eggs. Huge no-no with carbonara and such a rookie move (would not expect this type of mistake from Enzo’s). I actually can’t believe they served this to me.
3) Penne Alla Vodka- acceptable, but nothing special
1) Tiramisu- actually the best Tiramisu we’ve ever had. I gotta give Enzo’s this one.
2) White Chocolate Creme Brûlée- good, but wouldn’t order again
3) Cappuccino- really good
Drinks & Desserts were good. Everything else was underwhelming and disappointing. I wouldn’t come here again.... especially for the $250 spent.
Service was acceptable, but no wow factor. My review is based mostly off the food because that’s what really matters, right!?
Food was excellent, all 4 of us raved about our meal. The bread was the best. Our waiter, wish I got his name, was great and fun.
Went for anniversary. We arrived a little early and they accommodated us without a hitch. The weather was rainy but the place was very scenic. Only thing that was surprising was that it was valet parking only so make sure you have a few dollars of cash on hand. Would go back again.
It had been years since we dined at Enzo's. It has changed dramatically for the better. The dining rooms are bright and cheerful, the staff is very welcoming, and the food! It was difficult to choose from the many fresh and delicious choices. We enjoyed the experience and will return soon.
We had exceptional service, great food, and a great view overlooking the lake. Downer that many folks exited through door and let in heat and humidity.
Always great! We always celebrate birthdays and special occasions at Enzos.
First time we've visited in about 10 years, bad mistake on our part. Every aspect of the meal was excellent, server was knowledgeable and friendly. Maybe a little pricey for weekly visits but perfect for special occasions, or to satisfy a craving for a really good meal!!
Always great! Very authentic Italian food. Bucatini al la Enzo is probably the best pasta dish I’ve ever had! Coffee, salads, soups, desserts also outstanding.
This place has wonderful food. The service is always great! I would highly recommend going to this restaurant for any special occasion!
Beautiful setting with great service. Food unfortunately was very average and overpriced for its quality
I've been enjoying Enzo's for over 30 years and never, ever been disappointed. Just go.
Probably the best restaurant in the Orlando area. Beware this is not a red sauce Italian place. The antipasto, the chops, the Roman fare, dessert, etc is beyond most any pretender in the area. The ambiance is comfortable and intimate with the owner, JoAnn Perlini, present and engaged in maintaining a high level. Ive been going there for decades and should be ashamed I don't go more often. After this last meal I'm fixing that. Btw: Get there for sunset.
Always wonderful. My go to when I want a nice dinner.
It was poor. The food was fair, and the service was just as bad. This restaurant has 5 star prices at 2 star food and service. We’ve tired a number of times to give Enzo’s another chance but it consistently fails. There are a lot better high end Italian restaurants than this
Perfecto!! As good as Florida has to offer, no better. As good as Rome has to offer!
There were 4 of us for dinner. We had excellent drinks before and walked down to the lake. The food was excellent. We loved our waiter!
Food overall was very good. When I made the reservation I requested a romantic table in a corner or a table with a nice view.... none of that was provided. We were given a table along the wall at the bottom of a busy stair way.
Food was excellent, but food presentation was lacking - no garnish of parsley on any of the plates.
As usual, the food was amazing and all the staff friendly and on top of the service!! Beautiful lake views too!
Greeted very nicely, excellent service and delicious food.
Enjoyed an evening at Enzo's for my wife's birthday. Very quaint atmosphere, and enjoyed our experience very much. The Veal Scallopine was excellent, and although I was a bit puzzled by the peas that accompanied the dish, I understood the moment I tasted them. Scrumptious. My wife had a multi-cheese ravioli that was outstanding. Portions were good, and our drinks were well-crafted. Italian wedding cake for dessert was a good capper for the evening. Romantic, quiet atmosphere even though the place was packed. Service was world class. Will return.
Dinner was amazing and the gardens are beautiful even in the rain
We had a great birthday celebration this past Tuesday. The service was great and we had multiple app's (shitike mushrooms, bruschetta and shaved parmasian cheese) as well as a middle course of pasta's (both Bucatini and Vodka Penne). I had the mixed grille and others had both fish and veal. Enzo's is worth the drive and money. We brought 2 bottles of wine and had a 3rd off their menu. The staff makes every visit special for those attending.
I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time only because it's quite far from my residence. We wanted to go to an authentic Italian restaurant so we decided to make the trip to Enzo's. Our experience was wonderful! The food was fantastic and atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful.
The service was also very good. We definitely won't wait long to return.
I am something of a regular at Enzon's. I love the people there- very warm and friendly. The ambience of the place is beautiful and the food rarely disappoints. It is a truly fine dining restaurant. It is elegant without being stuffy. This is not a cheap but it is worth the price. The pasta is always cooked perfectly and the sauces on everything (pasta, meat, fish) are always excellent. Phenomenal wine list with bottles for almost any taste and price point. Free Valet parking only. I'm already planning to go back.
Firstly the staff here where so amazing.... it was my partners birthday and the staff made us feel at home even though we are from half way around the world... we even met the owner and had a amazing conversation with him.
And the menu was to die for, I felt like I was back in Italy
Highly recommend Enzo’s for any occasion.
Great food and service. Also, a very nice wine list. Enzo’s is always dependable and my favorite for a special occasion.
I can't say enough great things about Enzo's! I live in Tampa but when I'm in Orlando with time to spare, I love going here. The shiitake mushrooms are so amazing that my son, who hates mushrooms, actually had a few bites because they had so much flavor. In spite of the crazy high cost of the dover sole, I still had to get it because it is one of the most amazing dishes I've ever had. Its deboned table side and absolutely delicious. You know a meal is great when you think about it several days later! My son had the filet even though he prefers more flavorful cuts like ribeye. Every bite was amazing. The prices are slightly higher than one would expect but its absolutely worth it if you're looking for a quality meal. The service is always impeccable.
We're so glad Enzo's is so close by, and it's our go-to dress-up dining establishment. Ernesto's service is always personable, friendly, and professional, and the food is reliably delicious.
We held a birthday st Enzo’s on Saturday evening. This was our first time there after talking about going many, many times and we were not disappointed. From start to finish the meal was well timed and service exceptional. The Mushroom soup (Soup of the Day) was our of this world. We also started with the Bruschetta and it was also very good. Our entrees were also excellent and I had the Filet and my dining companions all three had pasta and we all raced. Finally, on top of cocktails and a few bottles of wine our friend was treated to an amazing slice of cake along with almond cookies and Ginger Snap cookies Courtney of Enzo’s. This was a great night and we will be back very soon!
Oh, wish we could have seen the sculpture garden but due to torrential rains we could not but we could look out on breaks on the rain and admire it....looks fabulous
