Enzo's on the Lake
In 1980, Enzo's on the Lake opened as a lovely secluded lakefront restaurant, built in the style of an Italian villa. The restaurant is dedicated to the idea of simple yet sophisticated cuisine: family owned, crafted with love. The freshest fish, meats, fruits and vegetables that can be obtained are woven into a menu that emphasizes a unique culinary heritage. An antipasto bar welcomes you to the excitement of the dining room overlooking the lake. There is a full service european style bar, private dining areas for meetings and parties, and lakeside gardens and dock.
We look forward to serving you!
Bar :Tuesday-Saturday 5:30pm-10:00pm
We were in a small room, white with a fire place. There was a party of 10 seated when we got there. It was beyond loud. Just because they were in that room. Finally some relief when they left and then they brought in another 10 people. My suggestion is that room is too small for a large party to sit together. We couldn’t even hear each other across the table. He’s 22 and I’m 55. I don’t usually complain but we both left with horrible headaches and a poor view of your restaurant so I thought it best to inform you
We love Enzo’s. Don’t get here as often as we would like, but when we do, the food, the service, and wonderful ambiance never disappoints!
One word... AMAZING. The food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was an explosion to my taste buds. Only downfall I'd say is that I felt like our server didn't pay very much attention to us and catered to everyone else around us which was a little disappointing but overall I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Enzo's never disappoints! Food amazing, everything fresh. Pasta, desserts & bread all made on premises.
Appetizer I had the Crema Di Burrata, it came on hot plate with sauce of calamata olive, roasted tomato and garlic & grilled ciabatta bread. The Burrata was delicious but I prefer it cold.
My husband had the Capaccio which was amazing, melted in your mouth delicious
Salads were fresh & lightly dressed
The Italian Bouillabaisse was so fresh, hint of heat in a delicious light tomato sauce
Mussels, jumbo shrimp, clams, fresh fish & Maine lobster were fresh tender, I loved this dish.
Fettuccine with Lobster & Shrimp in beautiful saffron sauce with homemade Fettuccine. Lobster & shrimp were very tender & plentiful & the dente fettuccine was delicious!
Used to come here frequently when Enzo Perlini was still alive. After he passed we stopped for some reason...but after dining here again Tuesday night for the first time in years, I have no idea why! ! It was every bit as wonderful as the last time we were here. We plan to return soon, needless to say. This place is just a gem and easily one of the best restaurants in Central Florida. Enzo would be proud. : )
We celebrated our anniversary at Enzo's this week. The food was outstanding, service superb and the view of the sunset over the lake was magnificent. Highly recommend for special occasions or just a nice dinner out!
Then never fail to deliver over-the-top service and food.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. Always feel like we’re the most important customer of the evening.
I was surprised they did not serve a butter knife nor bring small plates for the house bread. Service was good although the server could not remember all of the specials. Maybe They should have less specials. They were kind to lower the thermostat for us though.
I did not care much for the appetizers we got. Mussels were plain. Bone fish has the best ones. The bruschetta bread was burned and so hard to chew. My boyfriends meatball soup was so so.
Now, the entrees we had were amazing. I got the prime rib, it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the entrees and dessert. No no to the appetizers
Excellent Italian Food. The bread was delicious, just how I remembered bread in New Jersey.
Fantastico!! A wonderful evening with amazing food, and ambiance.
Birthday we had a great time
A delight meal. We were going to a show so we were able to receive quicker service!
The dining experience was great. Met by a lady who was part of the family who owned the restaurant. The wait staff was excellent and courteous. Food was outstanding and seasoned well.
A great evening was had by all.
Food was delicious but expensive for the size portions you got. I would recommend just fill up on bread! Lol
Absolutely wonderful between the attentive servers and delicious food this dining experience has been on of my best in a long time!
Dinner was exceptional! The service was some of the best I've ever had. Sadly, we didn't have time to stay for dessert, but there will definitely be another visit in my very near future.
Definitely a hidden gem. Love going there. The greet you like you’re family every time. Beautiful view of the lake and great food and service.
Always great food, great service. Very considerate of your desires
There is a waiter, I don't know his name, but he is old with white hair. He was so arrogant with me and my girlfriend, specially with me. We didn't feel comfortable with him, he seems to pressure us for quick menu choices and his answer for our questions were completely rude.
Closest thing to Italy we've found! Very authentic for both atmosphere and food.
Enzos is the best Italian restaurant in the Orlando area. Very friendly and charming and the food is outstanding.
Delicious!!! Service was great! I’ve been wanting to try this place and I was NOT disappointed.
Food and wine were great and the service was impeccable. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
The ambiance and food was wonderful. The view of the lake while you dine was tranquil. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the food and the service was excellent.
First time. Excellent experience. From the Prosecco at the bar, dinner and dessert. Excellent service.
It definitely smelled like mold in the dining room. I could actually see mold in between the windowpanes. I understand it is an old house, but someone should use some air freshener or essential oils. The meatball appetizer was excellent. The complementary bread and butter were good. I would like to have had some olive oil and balsamic vinegar or herbs to dip it in instead of the butter, like many restaurants provide. The dressing for the Caesar salad was bland, but the lettuce was fresh. The ravioli special had spinach and ricotta with the red sauce. It was delicious, as was the veal piccata, which was served with peas. The free slice of birthday cake was Italian wedding cake, and it was yummy.
What a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the staff were all friendly and attentive, and the views of the sunset over the lake were amazing! Highly recommended!
Absolutely the best most authentic Italian restaurant I've been to in the Orlando area.
The food is amazing and the place itself is authentic!! I recommend getting there a bit earlier than your reservation so you get a cocktail and enjoy the lake view outside until you are ready to eat. We were fortunate to have a beautiful table overlooking the lake & gorgeous gardens.
For appetizer we split (more than enough for 2) the Antipasto Della Casai & it was fantastic, Italian cheeses, Italian meats, shrimp, olives warm bread all very fresh!!!
We skipped salad because we wanted to totally enjoy our entrees!
For the entree we both had Dover Sole a must have!!! Lightly sauteed & deboned table side served with fresh vegetables & roasted potatoes.
For dessert, Tiramisu & Italian Wedding cake, fresh strawberries & kiwi! I never eat all my dessert BUT I didn’t leave any crumbs behind!!
Topped off the evening with Cappuccino. Enzo’s is the best Italian meal we’ve had since the North-end in Boston.
Definitely will be back very soon!! Also a shout out to our wonderful efficient congenial server Susan!
Dining at Enzo's is always a special treat. The ambiance is wonderful and the food is amazing. I think of this restaurant when I want to treat somone to a special experience.
Exceptional food and great service. Our waitress was very attentative and Pete the bartender was great.
Was awesome.. customer service was great. Food delicious.... definitely I will go back....
Our meal was okay but nothing special. I ordered veal marsala and it came with a spoonful of peas sliding around on one side of the plate! I use peas at home at a quick veggie when I can’t be bothered to put more effort into a side dish! Caprese salad was also not well presented. Veal was slightly overdone. Not value for money! Will not be returning.
Fabulous from start to finish - from the antipasti to the fresh made pasta!! Yummy!
There is only one word to describe it: impeccable.
We were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and was absolutely delightful!
My wife and I had our anniversary dinner at Enzo’s and it was a wonderful experience. Our server Ernesto and bus boy Fernando very knowledgeable and provided amazing service. Enzo’s is our favorite restaurant and we highly recommend to anyone that appreciates fine dinning.
