Enzo's on the Lake
In 1980, Enzo's on the Lake opened as a lovely secluded lakefront restaurant, built in the style of an Italian villa. The restaurant is dedicated to the idea of simple yet sophisticated cuisine: family owned, crafted with love. The freshest fish, meats, fruits and vegetables that can be obtained are woven into a menu that emphasizes a unique culinary heritage. An antipasto bar welcomes you to the excitement of the dining room overlooking the lake. There is a full service european style bar, private dining areas for meetings and parties, and lakeside gardens and dock.
We look forward to serving you!
25 years later I decided to take my Valentine back to the restaurant where we dined together for the first time as a couple. The owner at the door was very gracious and welcoming, our server Moises was attentive and accommodating to requests, dinner overall was just FANTASTIC. The buzzing athmosfere of the room was just an add on to the great experience. Great to see Orazio was still there. Highly reccomended.
The food the service. Everything was spectacular.
Once we parked everything was perfect. But I have to say that I was frustrated by the parking situation. I have a handicap placard and there used to be two handicap parking spots. The valet attendants were set up in one of them and when we mentioned we were going to park next to them in what used to be labeled as a handicap spot, they said we couldn’t. They told us where to park, which was all the way out by the wall near the road. When we left, the formerly handicap spot was empty. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, there must be parking near the building for handicapped customers. I have been a customer at Enzo’s for about thirty years and this was disappointing.
Having said that, the service and food inside the restaurant was wonderful.
Perfect little restaurant, not too large. It had a very intimate feel. Wonderful brick walkway down to lake. Service was outstanding, very knowledgeable about the dishes.
The very best of everything. Antipasto is like being in Rome. The specials are the finest cuisine on the planet. The look of the restaurant is as spectacular as the meal. Not to be missed!!
I would not recommend this restaurant and do not plan to return. Staff was nice, but that's about all it had going for it.
Enzo's on the Lake was everything and then some. We arrived about 20 minutes early and the owner recommended to have a drink at the bar and take a walk and she would come looking for us when the table was ready, which we did and strolled through the garden which led out to the deck which overlooked the lake. Perfect setting for a relaxing pre-dinner drink and great conversation.
Dinner was awesome, Moses our server was professional and pleasant to talk to and wished him well on his studies to become a CPA. Ambience of the restaurant was quant and romantic and simply stated: "perfect".
Best friend’s birthday! Had a great time.
We were celebrating our 47 th anniversary. Made reservation on line, upon arrival wished us happy anniversary, gave us requested window seat with view of lake and sunset. Waiter was great, food was great, they brought us a huge piece of Italian wedding cake with a candle. We are from Pennsylvania and my sister lives here, and recommend Enzo’s..
Fabulous setting for any special occasion
It was my birthday and our first time coming. It was wonderful. The waitress was perfect. The free birthday cake was so delicious. We were very pleasantly pleased and will definitely return. Everything we ate was AMAZING!!!!
One of the best in Orlando! The Penne Vodka is to die for
Wonderful as always. Food was the best and great service. Attentive to the details.
Top notch food, service, and facilities.
Still a great restaurant with the best Italian food and service in the area. The martinis were excellent and the wine list extensive. We will be back soon.
Dover Sole was excellent as usual - will go back again.
We came to Enzo’s for our anniversary! We love dining at Enzo’s for any occasion. The food, ambiance and service is always top notch! Can’t wait to return!
Great food and environment! The bar reminds me of Milano. Service is excellent and the wine selection is

Special dinner for a special occasion tx
First time, Friday lunch at Enzo’s worth it! Will come back.
Love Enzos. There is no other place like it.
Ernesto was great! It was our Anniversary
Top notch from beginning to end. Great food, ambience, and service!
Enzo’s is our absolute go to restaurant. The food is amazing, service impeccable (we always request Susan)!
The antipasto is our favorite, freshly made daily, platter of assorted cheeses, veal & mozzarella roll ups, olives, Italian
meats all served with homemade crusty bread! We ordered Lobster & Shrimp in a cream saffron sauce. Fish & pasta cooked perfectly,
served table side! Dessert, the Italian Wedding cake, absolutely delicious!
Let’s not forget the incredible lake view! Stunning!
If it was possible to give 6 stars, this restaurant deserves it. Quant restaurant. Enjoyed a cocktail at the bar with Pete the bartender waiting for my guest. He was terrific! When we were seated, our Italian waiter was fantastic. He took care of everything and made for an enjoyable evening. Oh, and the best part.... the food was incredible! I strongly recommend the Bucatini. A couple of the regulars suggested it and it was fantastic. Will always have dinner here whenever I’m in the area!!!
Excellent cuisine and atmosphere. Pasta cooked to the point. Service was impeccable and ENZO is one of my favorite restaurants.
We came to Enzo’s for our Anniversary. The setting is amazing !! Service second to none. Our meals were excellent as well. It was a nice touch to have our Anniversary acknowledged when we arrived, nice touch. Thanks Enzo’s team for helping us celebrate !
Everything was excellent!
We will be back! Loved the food and desert was superb!
We were sitting in a room with a brick tile floor and a high ceiling. The ambiance was okay, but there was a door leading to the rear directly next to our table. People continued to go in and out the door throughout the evening and each time the door was opened a rush of cold air would come in. As a result, we were cold during much of the dinner. One of us ordered Chilean sea bass, which was extremely delicious. Another ordered the papparadelle, and it was very, very al dente. I ordered the carbonara, and it was good, but I would not say it's the best carbonara I've ever had. The bread and the wine were good. Service was excellent. It was getting dark when we arrived so I cannot comment on the view. For a higher priced dinner I think there are better places, but I would likely give Enzo's another try.
This place keeps getting better. Never fails to impress.
Like dinner in Rome, but even better!!
Experience was pretty good overall, however the service was a little slow. Our server was very nice, but seems a bit too busy at times. The only real disappointment was that they couldn’t figure out how to cook a filet rare. They tried twice. They did end up comping the steak at least, but it’s not that hard to cook a steak rare.
As always, a lovely experience. We had a window seat which made it even better. Of the five dishes mine (Bucatini All Enzo) was the best. Our server was excellent and very accommodating to our special requests.
Beginning to end great! Yes it’s expensive, but that was expected.
Very enjoyable and tasty dinnee
Our waiter was very good but the food was not what I expected. I ordered the lamb chops which was plainly grilled, no flavor. My husband had the black angus which was just “eh”. Sadly I was not impressed. Should have ordered pasta. Probably next time.
My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary at Enzo’s and we completely enjoyed our experience. It started with the owner who greeted us in Italian - which was so awesome because my first language is in fact Italian! She of course had no idea of that which was great because it showed us she was genuine and not just putting on a show. The bar area was cozy and welcoming. The wait staff very attentive! We were seated in a lovely area, overlooking the lake... very romantic! The food is out of this world fantastic! Because I am Italian, I consider myself to be a little bit of a snob when it comes to “American - Italian” cuisine, but Enzo’s was a delightful surprise indeed. The entrees are not the usual “spaghetti bolognese” or “chicken Marsala” - they were truly Italian dishes I was used to finding on the menus in Italy - how refreshing! My husband and I plan on returning to this wonderful restaurant- and not just for our anniversary! Grazie.
The food is amazing we can't wait to go back again!
