Always great food and service!!
We love Enza’s. Been going for years. Our server was excellent but it took a very long time to receive our meals. Otherwise, service was 5-star.
Food is AMAZING!
Enza's is always great!!! One of our favorite places. If you have not tried it you should. You will not be disappointed. Excellent Authentic Italian!
Delish, as usual!
Our food was delicious. The service was very good. Enza's is a great restaurant. Looking forward to another dining experience soon.
Service was prompt and courteous. Food was very good.
Food is always fantastic! Service is outstanding!
Delicious as always and such a fantastic staff!
We had a delicious meal, I LOVE the veal parmigiana! The waitress made our anniversary dinner feel special and the live music was an unexpected extra touch for a Wednesday night.
The service was amazing, food was even better than that, and it shows every time we go! I’d eat here everyday if I could!
MY WIFE IN OUR OPINION, THIS IS THE BEST OF THE 31
Weve2been to Enza's several times a year and it's always a wonderful experience. Delicious food, great service and Enza is a gem!
Always our go-to. Fantastic staff, nice music and of course, great food.
As always, outstanding food, service and ambience.
The quality of the food and the choices are excellent. The wait staff are not professional servers as found in Italy, thus you have to ask for service. Wine list is good, some nice selections available. Good desert menu.
We had a late reservation and because it was the Saturday night before Valentine's Day it was extremely busy. Our server, Eric, was fantastic. Although he had several tables to serve he was prompt and personable and offered good suggestions. Perfect evening!
We had to wait for a very long time for a table. They were very busy because it was Valentine’s Day. It was uncomfortable with no place to stand as we were waiting.
Wait to be seated was a little long but it was the Saturday before Valentines Day. The server was polite and knowledgeable. The food slow coming but given the holiday it was understandable. The food was very good. The bill was better than I expected.
Always a go to place for us to celebrate any occasion! The food, ambience & the people make this one of our favorite restaurants!
Valentine’s Day with my hubby!!! Great dinner! Great service! Awesome!
Another great dining experience at Enza’s. And the cannoli to go was superb.
Came on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday. Ordered the lasagna and house salad. Lasagna was great. Salad was just ok. Lettuce was not green, more on the white side, and shaved carrots. That was it. Would get the soup next time. But, will definitely go back.
Great food! Service was incredibly slow and not substantive (e.g., offering a cold mug but not bringing it, as well as never bringing the bread that was requested multiple times). I also didn’t appreciate that Open Table was notified that my party did not show up for our reservation.
Excellent food, Service and atmosphere as always.
We always enjoy talking with Enza as she circles the dinning room to visit with here customers.
This is probably the best Italian restaurant in Jacksonville. Service was great. Food was great. The piano player as usual was playing great tunes.
Food and service was excellent.
Been eating at Enza's for 25 years. It is great, food, service and friendliness. It is one of our favorites...............
Our first time here. We had an amazing experience! Our dinner was amazing as well as the very talented pianoist.
Birthday dinner for a family member. Food was excellent. The ambience was on the same level as romantic. Great piano music. Can’t wait to go back.
Very good restaurant!
Food was fantastic service was great
When we originally made the booking we asked to be near the piano
Ended up at a small table near the bus station very loud could never hear the piano when we asked to move was told the whole restaurant was booked and we could not be moved
The giant stuffed meatball is a must try!! I felt like it was Food Networks “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” good. Our dinner was awesome, I got lobster and shrimp rigatoni, my husband got veal Parmesan. We loved both. And I had 4 cocktails at $6 each!! Everywhere else we paid $12 a drink. We walked out of there so satisfied! New favorite!!
The food here was great!, we waited a little longer than expected but overall, everything was good. We will be coming back again!
We went for an anniversary meal. They sat us at a nice booth and then sat a table of about 14 people next to us! During a pandemic no less. Yikes! That elevated the noise level Aimee could barely hear ourselves.
Initially, food was very good, especially the salads. But the main course was disappointing. The chicken in my pasta dish was beaten thin, which is fine, but then it was way overcooked. It turned into cardboard in my mouth. And the flavor was bland. It was the Chicken Francese.
I have always heard excellent things about Enzas. And we do try and support local restaurants as much as possible. So we will give it another try in the near future.
Had to ask for a waiter to take our food order after being seated for 15 min. My dish was pretty tasteless. Won’t go there again.
The service the last two visits was extremely slow. Once seated we waited 10 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order or anything. Once they finally did, we literally waited 20 minutes before we got our drinks. At which time our friends had joined us so they placed their drink order and that took another 20 or so minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't order anymore drinks. The Sea Bass portion was so small and not worth the money. We love Enza's but haven't had much luck there, lately.
We have been to Enza's about 5 times prior to this visit and the food was always good.
This time we started with calamari fritti and main plates were chicken francese and a salad with shrimp. The food was average; nothing notable to write about. Many of the restaurant guests were not wearing face masks and tables were not separated by six feet. We are seniors and this made us feel uncomfortable. Service was good.
We had to flag down the staff a couple of times as they were busy that night. The food was really good.
Food was excellent! Our waitress was very good!
