Wait staff was amazing and always accommodating!
Food was good but took awhile to get to us. So much so that server comped crab cakes and dessert . Nice on his part but still took at least 45 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Good food prices weren’t too bad.
We went with a Groupon. I thought it was pretty slow for a Saturday night. Wine list is a bit pricey. The food was cooked as we asked and pretty tasty. Filet for me and ribeye for my husband. We had the macaroni and cheese to share. The desserts were fine but the true star was the steak. We would go again with a Groupon as we found it was good value at that price.
We were so disappointed. My steak was cooked wrong twice. The food was very bland. There are much better steak houses for the same price.
Service was great. Food was also top notched. Enjoyed our time.
The food was an excellent value and very delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were fabulous
Service & food were very good. Filet was just OK & somewhat overpriced.
Treated like a queen. Amazing food! Great service and very friendly waiters and staff.
This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem off the busy Vegas strip! My husband and I traveled to Vegas to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We booked this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The staff was outstanding and made our day even more special and the food did not disappoint!! I was so thrilled that I had picked this restaurant to celebrate our special evening!!
Special thank you to Eman, Joshua, David for making us feel special!!
All was fine
Lobster bisque was great.
Cob Salad was ok.
Bone in Ribeye was cooked perfectly. (Medium Rare plus)
I was compt free garlic mash potatoes that I did not order just because.
Filet tender cooked to perfection. Rack lamb best ever!
This place would not be my choice for dinner in Vegas. It is ok, but in a city like Vegas where there are so many amazing restaurants, being ok isn't good enough. I made this reservation about two weeks in advance. When we arrived, I was taken to my table within 2 minutes then proceeded to have to stand there as the (host? manager?) cleared the table and reset it as we had been taken to a dirty table. As we were being seated, we were asked if we had a groupon or travelzoo offer (which we didn't). I was confused about why we were asked when other tables we saw being seated weren't asked. Maybe we "looked" like bargain hunters? Our server David came and asked us if we were ready to order. He didn't go over any specials or recommend anything on the menu. We ordered drinks which he brought quickly (they had a pretty nice wine list) then ordered our entrees and proceeded to 35 minutes for our food to arrive. He stopped by once during that time and said he would check on our food. When it finally arrived our entrees were very good while the sides were incredibly bland. We had the sea bass and herb crusted lamb. The fish was incredibly tender and had a great flavor. The lamb was good but not very different than what I've had in other places. We had a show to go to so we asked for our check which was brought promptly. Overall this visit was largely underwhelming. I enjoyed my visit to the Top of the World the previous evening much more.
Steaks were delicious. Horseradish sauce for the steak was excellent. Au gratin potatoes were not seasoned. Crab cakes were excellent as well.
Asked for a booth, and got one. It was on the backside of another set of booths. The other side got to see the restaurant. We got seated in a sort of hallway. Got to look at the curtains hung across the aisle. Didn't feel like we had been out to dinner. We were asked if we were local or tourists. WHY??? We go out a lot and the service was definitely lacking. What service we got was pleasant though. More training maybe? Don't know. We aren't going back.
Everything about this place was upscale and amazing the staff was extremely professional and kind especially our waiter Kristen he always checked on us and made sure we was great. We went to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday. I would most defiantly recommend this place to anyone. The next time we come back to Vegas we are definitely coming back. Thank you guys again
Good, but not great steakhouse. We try to hit a different/new steakhouse every time we come to Vegas. There was nothing that stood out to me in an exceptional way with this one. It was a solidly average steakhouse.
The service was impeccable. Christian was so attentive without being overbearing. One of the guests in the party was lactose intolerant and ordered the red wine sauce for her filet. Fortunately, the chef notified Christian, and he immediately came to the table before she started her meal. He took her filet and my dish back (diver scallops, which were cooked to perfection) to remain hot until he brought the new plate out. The manager brought another baked potato and when the meal was finished, brought her a dairy-free dessert.
Outstanding meal; steaks prepared exactly as ordered. Our server Joshua was great and very knowledgeable about the wines offered.
Amazing service, drinks and ambiance! Some of our dishes were outstanding, while others were average or below. In particular, it would seem that less attention is given to side dishes and desserts. Our appetizers and proteins (NY Strip and lamb chops) were excellent. We weren’t wowed by any of the three sides we ordered, or either of the desserts on the menu. Overall, though, it was a lovely dinner with fantastic service!
Nice cozy restaurant, you can actually have a conversation there without raising your voice. Wait staff was excellent, Stephany, was our server and she was excellent! The food was good in some dishes and missed on others. Truffle fries-to die for, filet mignon-tasty and moist, my bone in rib-eye-tad on the dry and bland side. Over all a good choice, but a little more seasoning would be great.
Overall, Envy is a good value your money. The food was very good and the steaks were cooked to order. We found that the menu and wine list were not up to date. I ordered smoked charred asparagus and received steamed. The vintage on our wine was two years younger than the date on the wine list. We were offered a discount when we asked them to check the vintage. The service was excellent but the ambiance more business than date-like. The restaurant is off the strip but convenient to convention center.
Great food! David was an excellent server. Just great time overall.
We got there early for a show and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Ty for an amazing dining experience!!
Service and food was excellent! Will go again
Our last night in Vegas on a mini vacation with my mom. I wanted to take her for a nice dinner. I purchased a Groupon and it was $99.00 for a $169.00 meal. We got 2 appetizers 2 entrees 1 side to share and 2 desserts. They bring you out bread that is warm and fresh and the butter is actually soft and easy to spread. First course, appetizers my mom ordered the Vegas Cesar Salad and I ordered the Crab Cakes which were moist and delicious, the mangos on top added a nice touch of flavor. Entrees we choose were the Filet Mignon and the New York Steak both were cooked exactly how we requested well done. My mom was unable to eat all of her steak it was so big. We got baked potato with all the fixings to share, bacon, sour cream and chives, butter and cheese. We were surprised that they had actually given each one of us our own baked potato. We were stuffed after eating the bread, appetizer and meal. We ordered our dessert to go and ate them later that evening might I say they were also delicious. Not only was the meal delicious the service was exceptional the moment we arrived. I cannot give enough praise to our server Joshua and Chef Carlos. I will definitely return my next visit to Vegas.
Outstanding customer service and amazing food!!!
Great place off the beaten path. The meal was great. You have to get the cream corn.
Great experience. Excellent service and the food was all superb. I travel a lot and this was the best overall dining experience I've had in a long time. Highly recommended.
What a lovely dinner experience @ ENVY Steakhouse! We went there to celebrate our 22nd year wedding anniversary, welcomed by friendly hostess Mitra. The place is quiet and romantic ambiance. Our Server Stephanie surprised us with white wine. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. Great Customer Service! Our compliments to Chef Carlos and team for the excellent food quality. We also appreciated the restaurant Manager Mike who took his time to talk to us and brought us the decorated desert! Overall, it was an excellent experience! Thank you! We enjoyed our dinner!
the food was very good. I've been to Envy several times and every time I go I am reminded how low their chairs are and for a short woman, it is very tough to sit at the tables and we had to change to a booth. I hope to remember that ahead of time when we return. Awkward having to move everything once we'd started our drinks etc...
Food was very flavorful and Good! I would definitely go back again when we visit Las Vegas.
Food was fabulous! Best 56$ a person I could have ever spent on valentines days, super happy with the decision
Better than average hotel steakhouse. Attentive wait staff - relaxed environment
As usual, we had a great time at Envy. The food and service are always top notch!
The fried calamari was one of the best ever eaten - truly exceptional. However the filet was over-cooked. It was a good cut of beef but the requested medium was more medium well than anything. I’ve heard great things about Envy so perhaps we were there on an off night.
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. I bought one of the Travelzoo $99 deal/coupons and were expecting an over all minimal expierence. It was fantastic. We loved the food, the staff was exceptional and very welcoming, and it was a fraction of the cost a restaurant on the strip. Exceptional place, locals should definitely enjoy it.
We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Used a Travelzoo offer. Friendly, knowledgeable waiter. Appetizers were crab bisque, and crab cakes, both delicious. My entree was sea bass, wife ordered 8 oz filet. We shared a baked potatoe and delicious spinach (extra). The filet was cold and resembled a pub burger on a simple white plate without garnish. Waiter took back to kitchen only to re-deliver the same piece of meat, now over cooked and white. Waiter apologized stating “not our usual cook tonight”? My wife’s side dishes were now cold. Upon cutting in to the filet she struggled through “multiple” white veins running through entire piece of meat. Waiter apologized, said he would show his manager and offered a replacement of salmon to which she declined since I was finished with my meal. The waiter then slid her birthday platter with desssert across the table while commenting “hope this makes up for the meal” ? Unfortunately, we did not taste the desserts. This was not the birthday celebration I had planned for my wife!
That evening and the following day I was sick from the sea bass. With so much going on with my wife’s meal I ignored the odd taste of my sea bass.
Waiter asked “how can we make this up to you? I replied, with such positive ratings, I think a revisit would be justified. Unfortunately, said the waiter, we don’t award credit or gift cards!
After asking several times we never got bread. The baked potato that we split was stone cold. The steak was cooked correctly but very very dry. Overall a huge disappointment!
Hotel dining is not necessarily something we look forward to. We had an offer through Travelzoo, and took advantage of it. Overall, everything was excellent! The only downfall is our travel zoo offer allowed for more food than we needed-but we took the challenge head-on and succeeded! Easily could share a salad main dish and dessert for two people and be sufficiently full. The wedge salad was fantastic. Also had the appetizer, calamari/shrimp combo was very tasty with a good White sauce. We did a surf and turf sharing scallops and steak. All was presented as ordered. Chocolate tort was much better than the grilled pound cake for dessert. Our server was attentive, letting us dine rather than rushing us through the experience. We were able to enjoy our drinks and move onto the next course, literally we were full after the wedge salad and appetizer.! Overall a great experience, do not think he will be disappointed if you choose to spend your time and money here.
