I really enjoyed my experience at this cinema the food, the service, the dining was wonderful and the employees were very nice i would mosr definitely recommend this cinema to someone, i have already told lots of people about this place
Food was delicious for a Sunday brunch . Would recommend!
We booked a table for 12 for Mothers Day Brunch. When we arrived the table wasn't setup or remotely ready. After we were sat, a server never came to our table. 15 minutes in and I went to the bartender and asked if a server was assigned to us, I could see them go to the manager / other servers in the kitchen area and point to our table etc. Looked like we we going to get service. Nope. 15 minutes later.... still no server. Literally, not once. My wife asked the manager who our server was and he was standing right next to her. He said he would immediately come to our table. Then we watched him go to another table and we all just looked at each other dumbfounded. We then proceeded to get up and leave.
We've had the food here before and it's pretty good. The service on the other hand has always been poor at best. I don't know if you have to sit at the bar to get service from the bartender or what. The dining area management should be re-trained, released or something. Literally they could care less...Hopefully national management reads this because the business you are currently doing at this location is probably 1/10th of what it could be if you had even a mediocre team running things.
We had a party of 7 and did not need a reservation but made one anyway. They did not have a table put together for us yet the dining area was empty. When they sat us at a booth for 6, we ended up moving when the rest of our party arrived. The server was very nice and I believe did the best he could but it was very slow. My friend ordered a turkey wrap which came out fifteen minutes after everyone else's food had arrived. We saw the problem when we went in the theater. Service there was amazing. There was just little to no focus on the dining room area. Luckily the food was very good and the server William was very friendly and was handling the entire dining area himself.
Great venue and awesome veggie burgers and the service is always good.
This is a great find in our area!
The food was not as good as we had hoped and the service started out okay but then trailed off. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place unless you just want to drink beer.
I've been to Envisions several times . It's a very clean, nice place to grab something to eat, drink or see a movie. If you go early it's even better. Live music on Fridays are great especially the last Friday of the month.
What a great idea, a restaurant attached to a movie theater where you can eat before or after, and even take your food into the theater, or order from your super comfortable seat within the theater! Took our gluten-free 11 year old with us and were able to find plenty of kid-friendly gluten-free options. Being greeted with free bowls of popcorn didn't hurt, either. Our server needed more sense of urgency on timing since he had a card saying what time our movie started, and he wasn't knowledgeable about beer choices, but with 44 (I think), that is understandable. We will be back for sure.
Very convenient to have a bite and conversation before a movie. Ordering before a movie is only 15 minutes before show time.
Beer selection is awesome. Food is OK. Service is excellent (Maddie is great).
I was not impressed. After we were sat, it took 15 minutes to ask us for drinks and as a affluent party came in we were given less attention. We were there almost hour and a half and we still had to find someone to get us a bill. The cheese on the burger had solidified from cooling and my wife's food wasn't complete. She was missing the pickle and it was the wrong cheese. It was so slow that we we're almost late to our movie. The only reason we weren't late was because the theater was running behind schedule. We we're not impressed
My time here was awful. I made a reservation for 6:30, knowing my movie was at 7:45. Plenty of time, right? Wrong. I did not see my waitress for the first 15-20 minutes. Finally ordered drinks and appetizer while we continued to look over the menu. She brought our water and that was the last time she came to our table. Someone else brought our appetizer. Finally after 45 minutes I made eye contact with the manager (possibly) and he came over asking if we were ready to order. I asked if the food would be out in time and he said it would take about 20 minutes. Not wanting to be rush to eat our dinner, we decided we would order in the theatre (where the service was better). The manager thought he would give us friendly advice to make a reservation earlier if we wanted to eat before our movie. I was completely shocked at the fact that he advised me to do exactly what I had done. I asked for the bill. I saw the manager walk over to my waitress, talk to her and she walked away. We waited for 10 more minutes before I flagged down the manager to get our bill. He apologized and brought it over. I paid in exact change, leaving the waitress nothing and the manager took it. As we got up and made our way over to the theatre, our waitress ran over and asked if we had paid. I was amazed that she noticed us at all. She didn't notice us waiting on her, but did notice us "dining and dashing" (as she thought we were doing). Once in the theatre we ordered and our food came our quickly and was delicious. We only had to wait on our drinks a little while longer, but compared to the actual restaurant, it was incredible. I will never again return to this restaurant! It was terrible. The theatre service was so much better but still not worth the outrageous prices. My bill came out to $30 for chicken tenders, and a beer (I needed a drink after the awful service!). I would never recommend anyone go here. I was highly disappointed.
1st, we are not "Millennials" and not accustomed to buying movie tickets online, esp. not for a animated movie mid-week. So we were shocked that we could not tickets for "Ferdinand" 2 hrs in advance on a Wednesday evening. We decided to make the best of it and still get dinner. It was a cold evening and we were seated right in front of a door, with many other options available. With only 4 tables seated, it took the server 15 minutes to greet us at the table, where we requested to be moved. The entire menu was overpriced even with Happy Hour pricing. When we asked about the sauce on the wings, the server said "Not spicy", not mentioning that there was NO sauce on the wings, just onions. The 2 tacos were OK and not remarkable. $50 later we had a cocktail, glass of wine, order of wings and 2 tacos. I guess these inflated prices would be OK for the convenience factor IN the theatre, but not for a casual meal OUTSIDE of the theatre. We'll go back with reserved tickets to the movie theatre, and perhaps to have a drink and snack in the theatre, but not to eat a meal.
Our server was not attentive, the food quality was poor and slow to arrive.
Food is good took a while and got apps after dinner. Over all very good and service was friendly. Great selection of draft beers about 40 to choose from. Food is always good and fresh.
Great food and services movie was great too!! Seats very comfortable
Great steak panini - tender and flavorful. Efficient service in both dining room and theater. We'll be back.
Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our food was delivered quickly and all was very tasty. The bowl of popcorn our server brought when we first sat down was a nice touch. Will definitely be back.
I wish more people would eat at the restaurant rather than only eating on the theater. We eat at the restaurant for dinner and socializing with friends. We then go in the theyto watch a movie. We usually order desert there to eat during the movie.
The food there is really good. Lots of beers on tap. A great Blue Margarita. And yummy deserts. Good popcorn too if you want traditional movie food while watching the movie.
Enjoyed trivia withh friends. Server was very friendly and pleasant.
Decent happy hour with pricing but service was absolutely horrendous
Great Environment! The food was amazing and movie theater was awesome!
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Loved the great beer, food, and ambiance. Plus, it's all available in the theater.
Our waiter was horrible. He got the order wrong, never came back for drink refills, and had no personality until he FINALLY brought the check and he managed to find a real big smile to share with us...too late. I will say that all the "other" workers that we stopped and asked for refills, ketchup and etc. were very nice.
We have a group of guys that gets together about once a month to see a movie. We choose Envision because of its location and its amazing service (inside the theater). On Friday nights the bar can be busy and it does take a little while to get beer/food but if you can wait until you get inside the theater, the service is amazing. I ordered a beer and food and received both within 5 minutes of placing the order and with plenty of time before the movie.
Great place to see a movie. Excellent video, audio and super comfortable seats. Great beer selection. Fabulous theater.
Nothing about the food was good. Baked chicken wings were truly aweful. Popcorn so bad my granddaughter wouldn't eat it. Expensive, tasteless and served with a true lack of engagement. Not a good restaurant value.
Burnt pizza, marginal if that food and overpriced!
Service was awful !
Go anywhere else for meals prior to or after the movie!!
Great space, love the beer list BUT service has been poor from day 1 and is no better after several repeat visits. This last visit was with a group for trivia, which has been great. The happy hour special until 7:30 is buy one get one free on all but the sampler appetizers. We have been here several times and taken advantage of this deal, so the reduction in appetizer portion size was VERY noticeable this week. The $11 beer cheese pretzels had 2 soft pretzel sticks and a handful of tiny Huesmann stick pretzels like you get with samples at Costco. The spinach queso dip had 10 tortilla chips (I asked for more) & the donut dessert was so soaked with fry oil that my kids wouldn't even eat them after they brought us a 2nd replacement order. Given the scant happy hour portions, poor attention from the staff & a rather pricey menu ($15 for spaghetti & 3 meatballs?), we're moving our trivia location and will limit our Envision visits to the theatre. If this place could get it together in all the areas it needs to, it would be a great family friendly hangout. Hoping management reads this & acts on it. As someone who lives nearby, this place fills a real void in the area, but REALLY needs to work out the issues, and soon!
We waited 15 min for a server to acknowledge us, then blamed the front door guy because he didn't let her know we were seated! She had two tables of people waiting by then. She even said a few cuss words about the front door guy.We were all pretty shocked! My gluten free pizza was undercooked and cold! The rest of the food was good! I doubt we will eat there again! The waitress did apologize for not knowing we were there! Btw, we had reservations made 3 days ahead of time! Definitely alittle disappointing!
Girls night out
Took friends for dinner and a movie who had not been to envision before. They were thrilled for the introduction. Our food was what we ordered. The veggie wrap with chicken was moist. A little dry but some added sauce was the fix. Great experience. The server was friendly! Refilled waters constantly and that was appreciated.
The only reason to eat here is convenience. While the menu seems to have appetizing options, the reality falls short. The wings are bland and unseasoned, as well a short overcharred. The steak quesadilla had unseasoned meat that seemed similar to that which you buy in the frozen precooked section, which is to say it was not fresh. How does one make a quesadilla without any spices?
The popcorn chicken was actually quite good, but difficult to find amongst the overwhelming amount of popcorn (and tiny amount f actual chicken). The waffle fries are quite good.
Dessert was our one redeeming experience. The xangoes were delicious.
Service was ok. We had to ask twice for our check, though.
My family & friends had a great experience at the Envision's. We were celebrating my daughter's 7th birthday. The staff made us feel welcome, food was great and the overall service was exemplary.
I celebrated my 32nd birthday at Envision. The food and the people were wonderful. Would highly recommend.
Clarify table reservations vs dining while seated. Suggest patrons complete dinners before start of movie and plan arrival accordingly. Not a good idea to eat in dark while movie is playing.
Great food and location .
We look forward to returning here again soon!
Very cool place! Good to eat and then go to the movie. Personal TVs at your table.
Very NICE atmosphere, beautifully designed and well maintained. Clean and light environment was very relaxing and fun.
Great place to catch a sports game on the many tvs
food is good. lots of TVs I had the tacos both times that we had lunch here and the fish taco is the best
