Enoteca Sociale is built on passion.
Passion for sharing a culture we fell in love with through the food we eat and the experiences we share. Opened in 2010, Enoteca Sociale has become a mainstay for Italian Cuisine in the Toronto, built on the philosophy of making simple & honest Roman cuisine that can be shared with friends and family.

Through the years, Enoteca Sociale has evolved to offer a wider food offering comprised of traditional Roman dishes like Cacio e Pepe, l’Amatriciana and Carbonara. With Chef Kyle Rindinella at the helm the menu takes inspiration directly from Rome, remaining as true to the traditional culinary practices as possible. The Italian-focused wine list includes varietals that are rarely available elsewhere in Ontario and represent the entire country of Italy.

    Four bar seats overlooking the kitchen, with a set menu curated by Chef Rindinella. An exciting tasting menu, with optional wine pairings, for 2-4 guests for a one of a kind experience highlighting our current favourite dishes. We offer two seatings nightly, at 6pm & 9pm. Dinner is $100 per guest & there is an automatic gratuity of 20%. Optional wine pairings are available at $85 per guest. If the Chef's Table is booked, please contact events@sociale.ca to book the experience at a regular table. While we are able to accommodate most allergies & restrictions, we do not currently offer vegetarian options to this menu. **If you are looking to pay via giftcard for this experience, please reach out to events@sociale.ca to make your booking.

    There are a handful of restaurants on our permanent rotation. This is one of them. Great food and very thoughtful staff who make us feel special every time we come

    This is probably my our 6th time dining at Enotica Sociale so we are aware of what the food is like at its best. Last night was not their best. We were disappointed with the food. It wasn’t special and a few of the dishes we had eaten on previous occasions. Service was slow but efficient. What we were most upset about was that I contacted the restaurant in advance to let staff know that we were taking people out. We also sent a note on OpenTable, which was answered by you again making it clear that we wanted the bill. At the end of the meal our server asked if the bill was being split. We were embarrassed. This should never have happened.

    It was our 4 year anniversary i left the note on the reservation and the greeter at the front didn’t say anything and tried to sit me right in front of the entrance door - didn’t feel like a good start to the evening. Luckily there was patio space and we sat out there and the evening got better as the food was fantastic - but really not a good start at all - didn’t feel special apart from the food which made up for it , kitchen really shone

    Unfortunately the food is pretty mid and I’ve had better Italian food in Toronto. The tomato sauce needs work and the service needs to be improved. With that being said, the Octopus Carpaccio, Fennel Salad, Chocolate Sorbetto and the Panna Cotta were great. I would recommend coming her for drinks & dessert if you’re planning to visit.
