Enoteca Sociale is built on passion.
Passion for sharing a culture we fell in love with through the food we eat and the experiences we share. Opened in 2010, Enoteca Sociale has become a mainstay for Italian Cuisine in the Toronto, built on the philosophy of making simple & honest Roman cuisine that can be shared with friends and family.

Through the years, Enoteca Sociale has evolved to offer a wider food offering comprised of traditional Roman dishes like Cacio e Pepe, l’Amatriciana and Carbonara. With Chef Kyle Rindinella at the helm the menu takes inspiration directly from Rome, remaining as true to the traditional culinary practices as possible. The Italian-focused wine list includes varietals that are rarely available elsewhere in Ontario and represent the entire country of Italy.

    Four bar seats overlooking the kitchen, with a set menu curated by Chef Rindinella. An exciting tasting menu, with optional wine pairings, for 2-4 guests for a one of a kind experience highlighting our current favourite dishes. We offer two seatings nightly, at 6pm & 9pm. Dinner is $100 per guest & there is an automatic gratuity of 20%. Optional wine pairings are available at $85 per guest. If the Chef's Table is booked, please contact events@sociale.ca to book the experience at a regular table. While we are able to accommodate most allergies & restrictions, we do not currently offer vegetarian options to this menu. **If you are looking to pay via giftcard for this experience, please reach out to events@sociale.ca to make your booking.

    It was our 4 year anniversary i left the note on the reservation and the greeter at the front didn’t say anything and tried to sit me right in front of the entrance door - didn’t feel like a good start to the evening. Luckily there was patio space and we sat out there and the evening got better as the food was fantastic - but really not a good start at all - didn’t feel special apart from the food which made up for it , kitchen really shone

    Unfortunately the food is pretty mid and I’ve had better Italian food in Toronto. The tomato sauce needs work and the service needs to be improved. With that being said, the Octopus Carpaccio, Fennel Salad, Chocolate Sorbetto and the Panna Cotta were great. I would recommend coming her for drinks & dessert if you’re planning to visit.

    The food was late and service abysmal. It took forever to arrive (it was a busy night) and we didn’t get an apology, or Parmesan, salt/pepper, or anything else. Four of the five dishes were very underwhelming and over salted. Only one was genuinely good. Our server served our wine at the wrong time, well in advance of dinner. It took TWENTY MINUTES from getting the bill to getting the machine to pay while our server was chatting animatedly with the table next to ours, clearly ignoring us. We were completely polite, and bought drinks and a reasonable amount of food. Would not recommend.

    We did the Chef’s table with wine pairing and it was exceptional! Beautiful portions and variety with each plate, a truly special experience! Highly recommend for a memorable evening.

    We went out for dinner with friends. We booked a table on the patio and enjoyed the warm weather. Don’t know the server’s name, but she was amazing! Helped a lot with food choices and her funny friendly approach. The wine was great too. This was not our first visit at Enoteca, and we definitely will be back. Thank you!
