Great food! The service was exceptional. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary.
Lovely experience to celebrate a birthday!
This is me and my family’s FAVORITE steak house in Orange County. The truffle Mac n cheese is outrageous and full of flavor. The service is unlike any other. I took my sister out to dinner the other night to cheer her up because she had to put her dog down. The server and hostess were SO sweet and attentive. They brought her a desert with a personalized note and poem to comfort her. It truly made our night. And of course the food was incredible. We both got Cali onion soup with a wedge and my husband got the rib eye (Best I’ve ever had) and mac n cheese. Such an amazing night
We were blown away by EnoSteak (probably one of our best steak experiences ever)!! Having frequented headline steakhouses across the country, we didn’t have very high expectations of a hotel steakhouse, but wow...just wow! This place was amazing beginning to end. Be sure to book this for a wonderful experience and meal!
We were so excited about going to dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was not good. Not for the prices that were paid. It was not busy, so we were so disappointed.
Christian was an excellent server. He referred to us by name each time. He was very attentive. We never went without. He made great recommendations. The food was beyond excellent. We were seated in less than 5 minutes and we were a half hour early. They accommodated our every need. The food is very well priced for its value.
Great restaurant with knowledgeable staff providing impeccable service. Everything you would expect from a top-notch steak house.
Temperature was cool enough for a wine cellar. Hot toddy drink was not good. There were more than 25 cloves in the drink and it tasted like clove medicine. The Wagyu steak was excellent and the service adequate but not great. Overall the dining wasn't worth it even at 1/2 the price.
Good food, and attentive service. While the view at Raya or 180Blu is better, being seated by fireplace was a huge plus!
I had the filet and it was amazing. Best steak I have ever had. The flavor was perfect. My girlfriend had the prime rib. Terribly delicious steaks. This is a perfect spot for a special occasion or just a fancy night on the town. The food, the wine, the ambiance is perfect.
Although the restaurant was almost empty, it was noisy. Food was okay. Service was okay. Restaurant temperature was like a meat locker.
Great small upscale steak house. Better than I imagined for a restaurant in a hotel.
This is a good high quality food restaurant with decent service. However, the chair seats are narrow, probably a decision to maximize space, and if you are a big guy like me, the type of person you'd expect to go to a steak restaurant, the food will be great but the experience an uncomfortable one because of the chairs.
The coffee rubbed wagyu new york strip steak was the best steak I have ever had. This was the best meal my wife and I had so far in Orange County thus far!!
Highly highly recommended!
Hostess is unaware of everything. Puts me and my date next to larger groups when the whole
Place is empty
Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Got seated right next to the fireplace everything we wanted for our Romantic anniversary dinner. Will definitely come back!
The Ritz Carlton is a great hotel, especially during the holiday season. Great ambiance. The greatest food! But with "Harbor Grill" (a diner in Dan Point) service? I fully expect and happily pay top prices at the Ritz, including the $47 glass of wine. But I'd appreciate the respect of not having to wave at my waitress to get her attention when she walks by my table, or send a busboy to find her (twice).
Management is HORRIBLE. Refuses to honor the table we were promised over the phone weeks ago, based suddenly on our party size—which never once happened before—and also refused the server we requested. Then gives away the table we were promised to an even smaller party with the server we were told could not serve that table. ??? This happened TWICE. Two separate visits in a row!!! Enosteak used to be an enjoyable evening out. Now, Jason Henry walks around tapping his plastic security headset constantly and refusing to honor any reasonable request. (Basic requests like table or server preferences that were never ever an issue years in a row before he arrived on the scene.) Instead, Jason lies continuously about how "booked" the restaurant is when it's clearly empty all evening, cares nothing about loyalty, and heaven forbid one should comment that their $75 steak was subpar. Which it was -- all bone and gristle, not at all the quality Eno once offered in the past. Jason's only reply, without even waiting to hear the rest of the sentence, was to bark: "I WILL NOT BE TAKING CARE OF YOUR BILL." That was never even requested. But he is expected to do his job. No wonder Eno now sits half empty two of the most important holiday nights of the year. Diners have a choice about where they celebrate and spend their hard-earned $$ in OC. Enosteak has become a terrible evening out thanks to the disturbing new choice in “management.” Best thing this place could do to repair its image and cash flow problem is to immediately remove this insulting character and replace him with respectable PROFESSIONAL leadership.
The steaks are on the level of the finer steak establishments in the area. Our filet was absolutely perfectly cook, it was so tender that a steak knife was not required and there was not a morsel left on the plate. My wife loves Brussels sprouts, l am not a fan but l must admit sampling a few l was surprised how their seasoning brought out great flavors. The restaurant is very small in size but when you factor in where you are, the beautiful views of the ocean from the hotel, minor inconveniences are soon over looked. And l love my wife
Amazing meal and experience!
Service was terrible we had to wait 20 min before the server came to our table and he would say I will be right back a few times. We ordered french onion soup and it looked like a bowl of chili. We left before and didn't have dinner. Very disappointed.
The food and service were spectacular. It is really expensive, however. So probably is a restaurant for special occasions.
End of a trip birthday celebration. The steak was excellent but at $63 it was outrageously priced. We also each had a glass of wine (Duckhorn merlot) at $31 per glass. A good restaurant but not worth the prices paid.
Service was excellent. We loved our steaks. My 2.5 year old was probably the loudest in the restaurant, so we apologize. But overall, we would come and dine again. Thank you for having us.
Great atmosphere and ambience. Food was phenomenal. We shared the tuna, both had the petite filet, the cavatelli, and yukon mash. It's hard to say what was better, the steaks or the sides. Drinks were on point. Service was as you'd expect - great as well. It was my birthday, so they put us right in front of the fireplace. Very quiet, even with a larger table that had a family with kids next to us. We will definitely be back.
Very, very expensive. Service is excellent and food is very good. I can't say there is anything about this restaurant that warrants the pricing. It is my opinion that there are better high end restaurants in the area that offer a better value.
excellent food and service. highly recommend.
This place is very nice. The service is superb!! Christian and Dolce did an AWESOME job!
We were celebrating our 29 year anniversary and they took excellent care of us!
Enosteak is a quintessential high end steak and wine spot.
Educated waiter appropriately paired my 2012 silver oak cab with the filet.
Attentive service - what you would expect from a high end restaurant in on of the best Ritz Carlton hotels in the world.
We enjoyed the food and the service was top-notch. Only issue was the loud table next to us which cannot be controlled by the restaurant. Since it's a resort you get a different mix of clientele. We went for my wife's birthday and all of the staff made her feel special by wishing her a happy birthday and bringing her a complimentary dessert with candle. The valet is only $5 which I couldn't find anywhere online before going so I thought someone might find that helpful.
Eno is one our favorite places. Alex always makes sure we are taken care of. The staff are amazing and we can't say enough great things about Eno. We have to also say thanks to Chef Anthony for always creating great dishes! We love to bring friends to Eno.
Staff was over the top
This is a fine steak restaurant. The steak was fabulous. My husband, not a meat person, loved his lobster scampi as his main meal. This restaurant is located in the Ritz Carlton Laguna. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a great steak meal in a lovely setting in Laguna.
The food was excellent - the warm bread, the filet mignon, and the sea bass. The service was amazing - friendly, with frequent check-ins. We had a reservation for opening time (6p) and got the table for 2 next to the fireplace. We loved it!
We dined on a Wednesday evening in August, and enjoyed every aspect. The place is styled with complete class, and being within the Ritz Carlton adds to that. The wine list is replete with excellent options at all price points. From the beginning (bread, pate) to end (dessert), the food was extraordinary, well presented and perfect. From hostess to captain to the server assistant, everyone was gracious and classy. A perfect evening.
enoSTEAK=awesomeSTEAK. Amazing dinner for the money.
Delicious food, scotch menu was a bit wanting but otherwise it was fantastic
Fantastic! Amazing food, great service and beautiful atmosphere! The staff were incredibly helpful as we were celebrating 2 birthdays!
