The crab artichoke dip was amazing! Beautifully decorated for the holidays
We had a great birthday dinner at Emory's. The holiday decorations were really beautiful. The food was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. We ALL will definitely be back!
We had the New York Steaks. They were delicious, however I have had slightly better at a well known place in my hometown. Emorys however is the best place we have found in the PNW.
Our go to spot! Had a great Thanksgiving meal! Thank you for being open for us!
We had an excellent Thanksgiving dinner at Emory’s. The restaurant did a great job managing all of the reservations. We were seated promptly in accordance with our reservation, the service and food were great. We hadn’t had a holiday dinner before at Emory’s so we weren’t sure how organized the restaurant would be. It was wonderful and I commend the staff for their efficiency with holiday crowds.
Loved the Thanksgiving dinner and desert. Great service and ambience. We are looking forward to going to Emory's again soon.
I made reservations to celebrate my husband's birthday and we brought our elderly mothers with us. I was unhappy with the distance that we had to walk our moms, nearly to the back of the restaurant. It would have been nice if the staff was more sensitive to our mothers' needs (one used a walker, the other a cane holding on to my hand) and seated us closer to the front to shorten the walking distance. Also, the hostess walked very fast and we were quite a ways behind her before she finally turned around and noticed we were quite a ways behind her. Furthermore, the tables are a horrible design as the large base does not allow chairs to be scooted in closer. Our waitress, CJ, was very friendly & attentive and we have absolutely no complaints with her.
I had never been here before and after one dinner I will be coming back soon. Food was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly. I had no problems checking for my reservation and it was a very smooth dining process. The chef and kitchen staff should be proud of themselves. Only complaint was the duck had too much balsamic, that's it. 10/10
First timers to Emory's. Went with some close friends. I was contacted by the restaurant right at reservation time just to confirm we were on our way. Nice touch!
Our server, Selena was attentive and informative. Ambiance was definitive Pacific Northwest, not a lodge but lot's of exposed wood. Gorgeous! We went later in the evening. Bathroom could have used a bit of attention but wasn't horrible. Trash can for paper towels was overflowing. Food was amazing. I had the Polermo pizza. Definitely more that a single person can eat unless you really want to stuff yourself. Leave room for desert. The Orange Creme Brulee was an excellent variation on this popular desert and it's enough for two, unless you've left a lot of room.
The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. This is not the first time I've been there, but I'm impressed with the service every time I'm there. I brought a guest who had the same great impression. The menu was imaginative and the cooks' execution of the recipe was exceptional.
the thai chicken strips were weirdly stringy when biting into them, other than that, my cod dinner was amazing, veggies could have steamed a few more minutes, but very great place to dine.
The wait staff was amazing. Our server James was amazing and so gracious. Food was very good parking was easy very clean
Emory's is our neighborhood PUB. Very welcoming, nice people, great food. Nothing like a cool day and sitting on the deck in the Sunset Room.
We hold a Holiday Party in the back room every year. Great place to take friends.
Great food. Wonderful service. I recommend this local place to eat.
Great dining experience at Emory’s! Our first visit and the food was amazing and our server was super! Thanks for making my 31st anniversary that much better!
My wife and I celebrated our 57th anniversary here. The wine selection was good.
She had the lamb shank and it was served with a gravy that was on the salty side.
I had the cod that was very good.
Overall, it was a pleasant night and we enjoyed it. The people working there made
it go well.
Food was excellent. Waiter was nice and did a good job with service and recommendations. Parking was tight. Pricing seemed high.
We really enjoyed our dinner. All the staff, even the bus-boy know that it was my birthday celebration really made our dinner and time spent worth the visit.
Emory's is one of our favorite places, and has been for many years! Always great, and always great food!!
Good and service were pretty good, but didn’t match expense of meal. Nice restaurant, though.
Lovely and not too formal, Great food, wide variety. We really enjoyed out mid week outing.
Decided to try something new since we moved to the area and for the most part it was a great night.
Pricing was not a big deal as we knew that going in, the duck was okay but everything else was pretty much perfect.
Good option during restaurant week.
Our server was terrible… went to celebrate our sons 21st birthday. Server was so obsessed with the table behind us and ignored our table. Didn’t get our drinks until after we finished our meal, ask for our break that came with our meal and server responded with “ oh, you wanted that” yes! He never brought it. These are just a few examples. So disappointed…
The food is outstanding but a little overpriced in relation to places with a comparable menu and quality of food. Parking needs to improved so that it meets maximum occupancy. Having a reservation and having to drive around the lot for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to leave, detracts from the experience.
Thank you for your feedback. We have no ability to extend or modify our parking situation. When our restaurant lot is full, we have another lot for our guests to use across the street. With the parks, lake, highway, and ponds surrounding our location, we are limited to how many guests can park. We request that guests carpool to help alleviate this issue, but it is beyond our control.
Great food, wonderful window table and excellent service from our waiter Andrew.
Excellent service and food as always.
Manager was very rude.
Menu selection is great. The food never disappoints. I love the atmosphere, it's warm and cozy. Easy to hear conversation with those at your table. One of my favorite restaurants.
Water served right after I was seated, drink order taken promptly. My guests were greeted when they arrived and their drink orders taken promptly. Appetizers, dinner, dessert all the same. Lovely table near the fireplace in the sunset room - perfect setting, thank you.
Delicious food and outstanding customer service. The wait staff was so responsive, friendly and the whole experience was fabulous.
With my reservation I mentioned it was our 30th anniversary. Literally ended up with the smallest table in the building in a terrible location. Great for everyday dining but go elsewhere for special occasions.
Hi KimberlyL, You were seated at a table that accommodates 2 guests. Had you expressed your dissatisfaction to a manager, your server, or the front desk staff, we would have gladly done our best to move you to a different table. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope you enjoyed your dinner and your anniversary.
Emory's on Silver Lake is a great place to get a nice meal. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday dinner and the food and drinks were delicious! The service was a tad bit slow but we got there right before the dinner rush so it was mostly to be expected. All the staff that we encountered were friendly as well. A great experience overall.
Menu didn’t have that many choice, items we wanted either out or not listed on there, long wait on waiter to bring us dessert
Every piece of the meal was delicious! I can’t wait until there is live music again and then our visit would be just perfect!
We had a nice time. They sat us by the fireplace in a booth just for 2. Unfortunately the table was far away from the seat and we had to lean in quite a bit to reach the table. it was nailed to the floor so it couldn't be adjusted. The noise level was a bit high so it was hard to talk. our waitress was really nice and personable. Food was good. We mentioned it was my husband's birthday but no 'treat' was offered. We purchased dessert anyway.
We'll be back.
Wonderful dinner, everything about our experience was amazing. Our server was outstanding and the food was great.
Loved this place and our waiter James is absolutely amazing!
We were celebrating a wedding anniversary which we mentioned to our server. Evidently a dessert is not offered for special occasions. We ordered filet minions, lamb shank, and cod. Each order came with enough steamed asparagus for 2 people. Veggies were cold and unseasoned. We will not return nor recommend the over priced, mediocre meal preparation.
Great meal and the new outdoor seating area with the fireplace was great!
