Tenderloin was not cooked to what we ordered.
Acceptable fine dining on the beach.
The smell of smoke in the lobby was very off-putting. Almost enough to turn away.
Food was good and as described, but undistinguished from any medium - to fine dining restaurant.
A decent play to check out if you're in the area, but not worth the drive if you're not.
The food was great. We have no complaints about that. However, the service was absolutely terrible. We won’t be going back to Quinault. We stayed 2 nights. There were a handful of good servers in the bar. The service elsewhere, was horrible. Our prime rib was amazing though.
Really good food and excellent service and can't beat the view. Not overpriced and quality food.
We stayed at the resort for my Dad and Step Moms birthdays. All of our meals were very good. The crab cakes and clam steaks were wonderful. Our server was awesome and very helpful.
Absolute beautiful view! Delicious food! Quick and friendly staff! Jason and Kaiden were such a delight. I always made sure to eat here when I come to the shore. Portions and quality of the food are on par with the pricing. Highly recommend. Makes a beautiful date night or girls night out.
Need to also make the bar area non smoking as it leaches over into the restaurant.. very disgusting to non smokers
We have been diners at Emilys for years. It is no longer the dining experience it once was. Service is spotty. We waited an hour for dinner. The Cesar salad was horrible. Dressing wasn’t hand made, the romaine was wilted and not even close to fresh. We should have sent back. We did send back dinner. The lobster was over cooked, dry and cold.
We met family for breakfast the next morning. Again service was spotty, we watched other tables just get up and leave because no one came to table to bring water or take and order. We waited 45 minutes for our food and when it came one persons order wasn’t cooked. The server said she messed up. Our glasses of water were never refilled and the late food was served as we finished eating.
I have never written a review like this but I felt someone should know.
Had a great time in the Casino (Won) , only complaint is the smoke ! The food in Emily's as alway's was great , and great service ! Very clean and comfortable Hotel room , only complaint is the check-in time , 4:00 is tough on the older folks !
New menu, some favorites were good. But some new favorites found!
First off the service was amazing, she was fast, friendly and on top of her game.
Seated quickly and the food was so good im still thinking about that mushroom salsa.
Delicious dinner and great service!
Dinner was great and our waiter was great and friendly
Server was awesome. Food lack luster and ended up sending back one dinner.
We had a poor experience at Emily’s. We ordered a steak and a prime rib dinner. The steak was ordered rare and came medium-well. The prime rib had a long hair wrapped around it. They replaced it with two new prime rib dinners and one was About 80% fat. It was very disappointing since we have had great meals here before. The waitress was very helpful and she wasn’t a bit surprised by the issues. We did receive one free dessert for the issues- so she did try to make it right.
The steamed clams appetizer was divine. It is served with crusty bread with which you can soak up some of the delicious broth that the clams were served with. One order was split between 3 senior diners. We asked for the house red wine, and it also was wonderful. Our server handled our table expertly and the hostess who seated us was warm and caring enough to seat us in a great spot for my Mom’s birthday dinner.
Unfortunately, our meals were nothing to return for. Chicken cordon blue, meat loaf, and grilled razor clam cakes along with scoops of unappealing mashed potatoes and some decent fresh vegetables. None of us finished our main course or the potatoes. The clam cakes were sent back, and thankfully we were not charged for them. The side salad was served with a small cup of blue cheese crumbles instead of blue cheese dressing. It was a bit dry.
The dining room was very nice, and my Mom enjoyed her birthday dinner. The steamed clam appetizer is a dish we have had previously- and it did not disappoint. In fact, we plan on returning next month to order the clams for a third time. And more of that wine.
The all you can eat crab special was perfect
The food was great and our waitress was delightful. Would recommend to friends.
Truly enjoyed our after Christmas meal with my son and family. Our waiter was very helpful and good.
Will be back.
Good food. Exceptional value for prime rib and lobster. Excellent service. Not sure it’s worth the drive if you are not a gambler. Arrived during Christmas and the vibe wasn’t nearly as festive as it we had hoped. Staff is very polite and professional.
Staff very friendly, knowledgeable made your feel very welcome and the food was great.
Beautiful meal! Service was prompt and friendly. My salmon was charred and moist with a delicious orange glaze. I loved it.
They know how to cook razor clams......would like to see a few new items on the menu....I know it by heart.
Food, service, and location were excellent. Our waiter was the best. Don't be afraid to come early if you have a late reservation, though. We were only able to book an 8:30pm reservation for two through Open Table, supposedly all that was available. However, we went an hour early and planned to wait in the bar next door. When we checked in to tell them we were an hour early, there were several open tables and we were seated right away.
Emily's is always great and the prime rib is the best. Great seafood too!
Our dinner was very good. We have dined here in the past and have always enjoyed the food. I was disappointed to find out they no longer had the fried razor clam appetizer, it was my favorite.
The Quinault Beach Resort is one of our favorites and Emily’s is part of the reason why. This trip, however, the food was excellent, as always, but our server left a lot to be desired. The salad took way too long arriving and the entrees were served almost immediately thereafter. When the check came it was for someone else’s dinner. Our server should probably think about another career.
The service and the food was excellent, our table was next to the window so we could look out over the beach, our waitress was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Emily's
We waiting an hour for our food, and the hash browns weren’t cooked, biscuit were burnt, and the eggs Benedict had about a tablespoon of holindaise sauce at most. Never got out coffee refilled, I finally just got our own coffee. We’ve been for dinner there and it was great. Idk what the problem was but it wasn’t busy.
Service was excellent. Pretty decent prices for the size of the servings (huge). Margaritas tasted great, but minimal tequila.
Reception said casino card will get you a 10% discount in the restaurant, so don't forget to tell your server if you have one.
Good food, great service from a very friendly waitress. Good table with a nice view.
Great food and service!
My fish this time was a little tough but tasted wonderful. Barb said her prime rib was a little tough too. This is the first time we have not been given a birthday dessert.
Only two minor issues. One was not offered fresh ground pepper with our salad! And the staff in moving about the room kept announcing when they were rounding a blind corner to keep from running into each other. Found the announcement "Corner" every few minutes added to the noise level.
We went in the off season. The food in general was over salted. I had room service one evening, the clams - obviously frozen, tough and couldn't eat them. Tarter sauce was rancid. The mashed potatoes were excellent as was the fresh carrots. I had several salads that were exceptionally good. During off season the chef should think about purchasing smaller quantities of sauces or making small batches of fresh. I would eat there again.
Crabcakes were the BESTEST ever, prices were reasonable.
We felt the food was over priced for what you get. Prime rib was tough and mashed potatoes were quite lumpy. We ate there 2 nights and the 2nd night was a little better but be prepared to wait some time for your food. We waited 14 mins for the server to ask what we would like to drink, then another 17 minutes to get our salads. We have eaten at many restaurants in this price range and have never had to wait like that or served food that was poorly prepare. It was really disappointing. Over $100 for 2 entrees, 2 salads and 2 glasses of wine. We expected better food and service 😕
Overall the meal was great but confusion on the credit that we received. Gave a 20 to cover what the credit didn't and also tip and learned after words it would be taken care of when we check out. Server kepted the 20.00 it never was given back . Just need those cards that are given out to be explained more in detail or told before meal .But I always look forward to the food and the people.
Really slow service but food was good. Our waitress was horrible. So it was a good thing the food was good
Service was just ok and food was not good for the price. Only thing I enjoyed was the view
