What can I say-about a ‘four star’ restaurant at the gate of an amusement park. Kind of a mismatch from the start. Previous experiences here and at other casino restaurants had been better. This place is so loud you can’t hear the person across the table. I got stuck at the worst table-right in the path of the front door, restroom, stair base, and kitchen. Incessant bustle all around us, including chairs being hefted by two at a time within inches of our heads. It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. Food was okay, although delivery between courses was frustratingly sporadic, with bread, appetizer and soup arriving all at once but excessive delays for main course and dessert. Servers (two assigned to table) could have offered me an extra bread or simply communicated about it. Service was polite but not superior as I’ve experienced in other Emeril restaurants. Duck was disappointing- chewy and no crispy skin whatsoever. Main reason for visiting was the banana cream pie; I’ve had it in the past and loved it. This time it’s consistency was all wrong, like the cream had been overlooked and dried out. I will not return.
Restaurant was very cold. Waiter said system broke day before and they were working on it. Service was slow at the start but got better. Food was excellent. As we left the restaurant my wife saw a sign by the door that said if you had park tickets you would get free dessert with each entree. We were never told this by waiter. So we ended up paying for two desserts.
We celebrated my girlfriend's 40th birthday with friends and it was the best choice. The food was absolutely delicious, great ambiance, our waiter was great recommending Champagne and plates and they brought her dessert with decorations even though we didn't get to ask them. They made her night special and we loved the place.
It was good.
The BBQ Shrimp was very good!!
Went to Emeril's in Orlando Florida as part of the Universal City Walk. Really cool area. The restaurant was nice and the staff was amazing however my food was horrible. I ordered salmon done medium and it came back way overdone and dry. They offered to make me another one but I had already had an appetizer, bread, and a salad so I hated to waste it. They did comp my husband's second beer though. I was disappointed with a dinner that was well over $100 for two of us and my main meal was bad.
I had the carribean vegetable clay pot and it was outrageously delicious. Service was great and the food was even better!
Great food and service
Amazing food and great service!
Kyle was excellent and made the night EXCELLENT! He had personality along with Sally!
Ty for making it a g8 family outing!
Service wasn’t as exemplary as usual probably due to a Large party that took over first floor of restaurant. Little noisier due to the large group too.
We normally love Emeril's but not this time. We went for dinner instead of lunch. The food was overcooked and dry. The staff was pushy. We felt rushed. We were very disappointed.
I had the Grilled Veggie Lasagna. It was delicious. Husband had special Red Fish. Son ate the kids pasta and ate it up.
Nice space in which to escape the crowds and cool down after a long day at the theme parks. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Food was unique and flavourful. Must try desserts!!
Excellent food and service. Very accommodating to our changing the time and number of guests several times. Waiter was a gem. Great for people watching. Had a great time!
Fabulous chef selection / tasting menu. We were delighted when the chef came out himself and introduced the final savory course. Birthday dessert was out of this world!
This was my second visit to this location and it was amazing as usual. The food and wine list was fabulous with many options. Thankfully, we received two servers because one server almost ruined the entire evening. He could not remember the orders, he appeared agitated and unwilling to perform his job. His team picked up the slack and we had an enjoyable time.
We enjoyed dinner at Emeril's, service was quick, food was good and with our reservations we sat down immediately.
Food was delicious, I had the best duck wings ever. The service is outstanding.
It was good overall
It was the best meals we have had as a family on vacation.
My family and I (27 of us) were here to celebrate our family reunion. With such a big group I didn’t expect everything to go smoothly but to my surprise everything went perfect. We had a couple issues with food but nothing that couldn’t be fixed.
Good food good service but the food a little over priced
Excellent food and service! I definitely recommend Emeril's
Excellent food and service.
We loved it
Excellent fun place for family
Awesome! The smoked mushroom pasta dish was amazing, and I highly encourage the flank steak if you’re hungry!
Easter dinner did not disappoint!
We had looked forward to eating here since our experience with Emeril’s in New Orleans several years ago. Sadly, we were incredibly disappointed in the food. The signature appetizer corn bread was dry and burnt in places. The tuna and Brussel sprouts were served without any type of sauce or seasoning. The signature KFC Cajun chicken was overdone on the outside and not done on the inside. The banana cream pie was the only thing worth eating. The table beside us had to send their steak back. Would not recommend eating here. We wasted $115.00.
The appetizers were awesome but the vegetable lasagna and tuna poke were sub-par. The dessert, Banana cream pie, was unbelievable. Overall, very good
This was one of the worst dining experiences ever. We were thoroughly ignored. I even had to flag someone to pick up our dinner plates after waiting 15 minutes. The waitress could not be bothered at all. This was horrible and I will never go back to any of their locations.
This restaurant is located just outside the gates to Universal's theme parks. Very upscale environment. Service was excellent with two servers assigned to our table. Limited menu options for our picky 13 year old daughter, but many creative options for adults. Open modern space was beautiful. We would definitely consider going back on a future visit to Orlando.
Incredibly designed menu, the appetizers, main course, coctails, desert and espresso was all perfect, with outstanding and polite service. Well above average while not being overpriced.
We needed to move reservation twice to accommodate our schedule. They were fabulous and accommodating. The food was outstanding. Our second trip to this restaurant. Haven’t been back in 5 years but it was our first choice and we weren’t sorry.
Spring break with the boys
Delicious and great service! Strong recommend! First good meal we ate in Orlando!
Not up to the standard you would expect from a world famous chef. Pricey for what they offer. Nice place but crowded and noisy.
Great place for a high end meal after hitting the theme park all day long. Service was exceptional and food was great. Bam!
I receive my food cold two times!! I will not get back there
