Emeril's Orlando encompasses everything that Emeril stands for - high energy, bold exciting flavors & a memorable experience. Chef Emeril Lagasse's fifth restaurant, Emeril's Restaurant Orlando, is a fitting addition to the line-up at Universal CityWalk. Upon entering the restaurant your eyes take you on a ride up the metal staircase, across the Gertjejansen artwork, down the wall of wine, over the Ochsner portrait & stopping for a moment at the food bar. By this time the staff greets you with the warmth of a welcome home. A drink at the bar, maybe a classic New Orleans cocktail to start & then you are seated. The dining room bustles with energy with a view of the chef & the brilliance in the kitchen. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is casual, but no sleeveless shirts for gentleman & boys.

Certainly has deteriorated over the years. Service, ambience, general appearance are not what it used to be. Appears to have succumbed to another mass production restaurant. It seems Emeril has lost interest and focus on his least this one.

This restaurant was everything I thought it would be. Amazing wines. Great service. Food was outstanding. Dessert was out of this world. I can hardly. Wait to return.

The food was excellent. However, I was disappointed that my rather expensive vegetable lasagna, which was $25, was an EXTREMELY small portion - 2.5"x3" Very poor value on that. I actually had to eat something else later, after dinner. They should have been embarrassed to serve that.

We were recently there for a late lunch, the food was fine but the service was abysmal. We arrived before 2 and were no served our sandwiches until close to three.

The service here was horrible. When we arrived, there were only 5 tables occupied and several waiters serving us as "a team". After ordering, we sat for an hour with no food and no water refills. We watched 2 new tables order, receive food and leave. When we inquired about our order, we were told by 2 different servers that the food was being plated. 15 minutes later, when our food had still not arrived, we asked to speak to a manager. The manager arrived a few minutes later with a confused look on his face. We explained that we had been waiting for over an hour and we could not wait any longer. He grunted, mumbled something under his breath, walked away and didn't come back. Since it didn't look like he was coming back, we decided to leave and go to a different restaurant (The Cowfish, which was just next door). As we were walking out of the door, the manager stopped us and said, "There must have been a problem in the kitchen". That's it. No apology or anything.
We mentioned our Emeril's experience to the hostess at Cowfish and she apologized on their behalf. The manager of Cowfish also apologized for our experience at Emeril's.

Just wanted to have night out on the town with dinner and dancing. Food was okay but pricey. Two people 1drink, 1 salad, appetizer, 2 entrees =107. Tip $130. I live in Orlando and I probably will not go back. Just go to your favorite restaurant (longhorns) and you will be better off.

Two of our guests were delayed in arriving, so we had to wait to be seated, but the restaurant was very accommodating and got us seated immediately after their arrival. Food and service were excellent!
