Excellent service, delicious food! Server was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and dessert.
Always amazing! The prices are as good, if not better than ypu will find in the Quarter. The food, service, and atmosphere is so much better!
We had a large group and the service was outstanding.. Can't thank the team enough for a great evening...
We had such an amazing experience there, our servers were fantastic and the food was excellent! Definitely a NOLA staple that everyone needs to fit in on their trip.
I expected better quality.
The best meal we had in New Orleans! Jordan was our server and she was fantastic!
Definitely not my budget, but it was a great experience.
One of the best meals we have EVER had! This restaurant is a New Orleans must! We will absolutely be back on our next visit to this awesome city!
We had a table near the open kitchen. The variety on the menu was appreciated, and we ordered a few starters, and different entrees to see what's what. The service was very good from the team that worked our section of the room. Very personable and knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. Good job.
We popped in for a light meal/appetizer. Having traveled all day, we didn’t want much. Our server seemed annoyed that we didn’t order more, even though it was early (6ish). It kind of put a pall on the meal. We might have ordered second drinks but for the palpable disdain.
Had the duck and it was pretty bad. It was either marinated or slow cooked so meat was very tender but it had little or no flavor
The food and service were exceptional. Everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Their wine list was like a novel with so many options, but the staff is right there and always willing to help and give you recommendations. Definitely save your stomach for dessert because their famous banana cream pie is worth it.
Wonderful food, service and atmosphere! Truly our favorite place to dine in NOLA.
Service was outstanding, food delightful and delicious. The decor and atmosphere were relaxed, sophisticated and comfortable. Loved the photos of Emeril on the restroom tile!
Fantastic food, ambiance and service. I highly recommend this restaurant
Some of the best food of our lived! Pork chop with mole was amazing!!!
It was wonderful. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Was able to meet Emeril! I was 110% satisfied. Will definitely go back.
Delicious drum fish entree! Loved every bite. Service was extraordinary! A bit noisy but we enjoyed it!
Awesome service and food. Thank you Emeril for being you.
Incredibly creative food that just puts it over the top. We highly recommend Emeril's.
Went prior to a concert. I mentioned that we needed to be on our way by 7:15 when i booked the reservation. When we arrived, without me us mentioning it, our waiter mentioned that he would have us on our way by our deadline. Everything was perfect! Also love the free valet parking.
This restaurant lives up to its reputation. Starting with the bread more specifically the corn muffins were amazing. We did the tasting menu and it was great. Courses were small, beautiful and wonderfully plated. Even with 4 courses ahead there was just enough room left to slide a piece of molasses cake in. The coffee sauce and cream cheese complimented each other perfectly and the praline topping added a crunch. Delicious meal and we will be back
Being a diner at Emeril’s for many years they constantly
Maintain an excellent of food and service
Amazing Staff ! We were an hour late due to Traffic and I called and They told me They would hold our Reservation!
We made the reservation online and they called me to confirm which was really nice. The service was fantastic and we had a lot of fun with our waiters. Drinks, appies and entres and desserts were all fantastic. It really is a beautiful restaurant. Emeril happened to be there and signed a couple of his books for us as well. :-)
We had our Anniversary dinner at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Everyone was warm and friendly. The kitchen was clean and it was a delightful show. The chefs worked with precision and were even attentive and friendly for those of us looking on. Thank you to everyone for making our evening a night to remember.
Every single Aspect of the operation was outstanding. This is my new standard of perfection. Food delicious, service at 10 Dave, I loved it! The service was attentive without being obsequious.
Every aspect of the operation was outstanding. This is my new standard of perfection. Food delicious, service over the top. I loved it!
Everything about this experience was perfect. My food was memorable, absolutely delicious--some of the best I've eaten in the city (and I've lived in New Orleans 35 years!). The service was perfect, friendly and competent without being overly friendly or intrusive. The restaurant's noise level was definitely better than most; we could actually hear each other talk, even with every table full. This ranks as probably one of my three favorite New Orleans' restaurants and in fact, since my last experience at Commander's Palace was disappointing, Emeril's has probably moved up to my very favorite. They have a $35, three-course lunch that, if you take advantage of the option, makes this a seriously elegant but affordable special-occasion lunch. We did not take advantage and the cost for lunch was somewhat more expensive: about $50/person for a three course meal, excluding any alcohol and tip.
I have had a couple perfect meals at Emeril's in the past but sadly not last night. We got in about 8:30 on a Monday, so seated quickly. Got the usual wonderful service and ordered our entrees right away. My wife's shrimp and grits was fine (7 to 8 on her sliding scale) but my Swordfish Paella was very very dry and the fish way overdone. It came out so quickly, literally within 10 minutes, that I think it must have been siting for awhile. Not what I expect from such a fine reliable restaurant. I sadly say I wish I'd gone somewhere else.
It was disappointing.
The service was very good, but we were there for our anniversary. Other restanrants had acknowledged that mad made attempts to make our time special. Emeril’s did not seem to care. or make any special effort. It was diffierent from the other restaurants we had been to in the past.
The food was well prepared but just okay. The ingredients in the Reveillon Menu did not fit well with each other compared to GW Fin and Commander’s Palace’s menu. I was expecting something similar. Emeril’s was below expectation for what I considered to be a 5 star restaurant.
I last went to Emeril’s about 5 years ago and was eager to return. Now, I will skip Emeril’s the next time I’m in New Orleans.
The pork chop was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. The dessert of banana cream pie was out of this world. The service was amazing. The serving crew operated like a well-oiled machine. No need went ignored or unnoticed. Would definitely go back here again.
Returned to Emeril's for the first time in years and was not disappointed. Very attentive wait staff, and the attention to detail was clear. Service for each course was presented at precisely the same moment to both people at the table - this is a sign of a well-trained front of house staff. The food was impeccable, from salad to soup to entrée to desserts. The special, swordfish on red beans and rice, was very tasty, maybe a little underspiced. I added the optional finely sliced truffles which made it slightly more interesting, though I was not convinced the flavor profile really matched the dish. The only slip was when I asked a waiter where the truffles were sourced and she did not return with the information. It is nice to see this gem continue to perform at a high level.
The meal was outstanding with great service provided by "Young Mike". We will be going back.
Enjoyed an excellent meal and the service was impeccable.
Loved everything!! Really outstanding experience. The only minor adjustment I would make is there were a lot of visits by service staff so a lot of interruptions. Appreciated the quality service though.
Food was nice but not fantastic.Appetizer of clams stuffed with blue crab was excellent. Service was extremely slow but they made up by giving us a dessert ‘on the house’.
Brandon was wonderful as well as all the support staff. The food was excellent! Service phenomenal. Brandon went as far as assisting us with our wine selection as we have never bought a bottle of wine before. I would come back again and again. 10 stars!!!
The ambiance was warm and lively.
The cocktails were delicious.
The food was excellent; in flavor and the serving portions were plentiful. I will definitely return upon future visits to NOLA.
Service was over the top and food was very good! We will definitely return on our next visit to NOLA.
Nicely sized portions
