Great meal. Fantastic service.
Overall a great dining experience. Visited for dinner during a last minute trip to New Orleans. With all the competition it did not disappoint. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was that we had reservations for 8:30pm and were not seated until 9pm. The table was available but the staff seemed to be running behind. Once we sat down and ordered everything went smoothly. The lobster and mushroom, soup of the day was delicious. They have a good variety and exceeded our expectations. Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. I ordered the salmon and it was perfectly cooked.
Was not impressed with the food. Pretty average but expensive prices. Pretty disappointed. Excellent service though.
We were very happy with the food. Selections are a bit limited but everything was delicious. I was having trouble deciding between the shrimp and grits or the andouille encrusted drum. Waiter recommended the drum because, he said, “you won’t find it like this anywhere else”. Turned out to be good advice. Service was excellent.
We went there on a date to celebrate my birthday on January 14, 2018. It was very disappointing! For my birthday dinner I ordered the salmon from the menu. I ordered as the chef suggested medium cooked. It actually came out a little dry and reduction sauce that was on the salmon was overpowering. My husband found the same with his meal, with the reduction sauce wait to strong and way too much. You cannot taste your dinner because of the strong flavors of the sauce. I was quite sad to walk away from the dinner knowing we had paid a lot of money for meal that really wasn’t tasty or worth a dollar. The service was excellent and the on the Ambience is fantastic but the chef needs to step it up a bit on the menu.
Great service. We had 3 waiters for our one table. Salad had too much dressing, but besides that the food was delicious
Emeril’s lived up to all our expectations. Everyone so attentive and food so very good. Helped make our New Orleans experience.
Emeril’s was fabulous. The service blew other restaurants out of the water. We also tried other notable restaurants on our trip that we’re credited to the NOLA food scene and they were okay but no service compared to Emerils. You never had to ask for any refills, they addressed you by your name, and whatever you wanted they were prompt with fulfilling your request.
Wonderful food and service. To bad the lady at the next table had one martini too many and was so loud.
The service was amazing as well as the food. I enjoyed my self to the full.
