Emeril's New Orleans Fish House Ratings and Reviews
Been here several times but the menu had changed. Our food was ok but not like it has been in the past. The wait staff were in regular clothes with aprons over their shirts not like white jackets before. We ordered the banana pie and the bananas were all brown. Very disappointed and will never go back. Sorry Emeri. Will also tell my friends and family about this experience. The price was outlandish for what we got.
Very good dining experience. My wife and I attempt to dine here when we are in LV. On this occasion we were joined by our daughter and her husband. Quality of food & service were excellent as we have come to expect. Unfortunately, the climate control in the restaurant was an issue. Our server was quite accommodating and offered to change tables but we were in the middle of our meal. He attempted to adjust but said they did not have complete control over the temperature in the restaurant. I noticed later that the party next to us did move to another table. We will return to this establishment again as the overall dining experience is excellent. Recommendation: resolve climate control issue!!!
We we were a bit early. The man at the greeting station was not really very friendly.
We told him we were early. I told him our name and mentioned we were repeat guests. By the way the pervious time we were here it was fabulous and I gave a rating of a 5.
No response nor did not greet me by my name.
The young lady who escorted was kind but very quiet.
Lisa our server was GREAT along with the support staff.
One thing I might mention, I think greeting customers and thanking them is key to a successful engagement.
As I said the greeter was not warm and we walked out the greeters DID NOT say bye nor thank you. I felt that I was greeted more kindly at Popeyes when I spent $5 not $500. Just saying?
The food was good and the service was attentive. I wasn’t really expecting the high charged atmosphere and the feeling of being in a restaurant chain. I was at the NOrlean’s restaurant and it was much more upscale.
But then again...LV fires on all cylinders so I should have known better what to expect. We had dinner here right before a concert so it was super convenient to the venue.
Crab cake was excellent as it was lump crabmeat with very little binder. Also the red snapper was delicious on a bed of grits with root vegetables that were done just right. The bread pudding as an ending is also great - takes about 25 minutes to prepare but well worth the wait as it looks like a bananas foster when it comes out.
Service was attentive but not hovering. The beverage guy was on spot with refills without cue.
The last few times we have visited Emeril's, the service has been less than stellar. We sat there for five minutes waiting for someone to come by to take our drink order, no big deal right? We then waited another 15 minutes for a different person to come and take our food order which we both ordered a bowl of soup. We received this after 35 minutes. This wouldn’t be a big deal except the restaurant was not busy at all. There were three other tables around us that had other patrons and a few more in the bar. The original waiter that took our drink order brought us the check and the second waitress that brought our food, brought back the check after we paid for it. It was quite strange and not the level of service that we know to be of Emeril’s.
Celebratory dinner for 50 year birthdays for us before going to George Strait concert. Food was amazing. Ambiance was nice except we were seated near the kitchen door which was a little too busy for my taste but obviously didn't affect the taste of the food!
I have been to Emerils many times and always have a great dining experience when I am there. One of my favorites places to eat in the world. I am always amazed when they serve everyone’s plate at the same exact time. That doesn’t sound like much but when you have been served in stages at other places it does make a difference. I had the banana cream pie for the first time and have been craving every since I left Vegas.
Food and Service were excellent. Gumbo as well as the jambalaya appetizer were the real deal. My wife loved the beet salad and the lamb was just perfect. Brought own bottle of wine so corkage limited the damage since most all Vegas dining is pricey. Highly recommend.
This is the first time we have been to an Emeril’s spot. Fantastic meal. Really caught the southern/Cajun flare that he is know for
I was very surprised by the value of the meal (I would have expected to pay much more considering the quality of the food and location of the restaurant.
The service exceeded expectations as well
It is definitively going to be on my list of spots to eat in Las Vegas
