   Simply amazing!!!! The food was beyond delicious. The service was upscale, personal and kind. We were celebrating my Dads 70th birthday and they made it very special from beginning to end. The filet was smooth and sultry. The peach bourbon smash was refreshing for a Las Vegas night. The other members of my party very much enjoyed their chefs tasting menu and the salmon. Thank you so much to the servers and chefs at Emerils!

   Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was attentive, friendly and talked with us as if we were old friends. 100% recommend.

   Best dining experience in Vegas in the past four days. Service and quality of the food were excellent. Setting within the MGM grand was refreshing compared to the other smoke filled casinos. Highly recommend emeralds for business or intimate, social gatherings.

   Food was outstanding, pairing menu was great, cornbread appetizer was excellent - we had a good time and all four mains were very good

   The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our group. The food was good, but I have had better. It was somewhat expensive for the caliber of food. I would go back but the cost was restrictive.

   I was by myself, so I decided to eat at the bar. I had a great meal with great service. A nice selection of Mezcal. The young lady behind the bar was awesome, unfortunately, she was not wearing a name tag so I did not get her name, otherwise I’d give her a personal shout out.

    Doug and the staff took great care of us. Bourbon cocktails to start us off brilliant. We went with the three course wine pairing. Scallop starter with caviar was delicate and delicious all at once. The Ahi was a wonderful choice on our 2nd with the xisto Rabigato pairing and ending the meal with bananas most beautiful.
