It was a bit hard to find but worth the adventure. The food was fantastic. The cornbread was yum yum yummy. The tasting menu was priced reasonably and the options were great. Must haves: BBQ shrimp, short ribs, and pecan pie.
We were celebrating an early Father's Day dinner. Love that they put all 9 of us at a round table so we were able to see and talk to everyone at the table. Service was excellent! Food was very good and, even though it was a small mistake, an error was corrected immediately. The banana cream pie was out of this world and a great way to end the meal. Will definitely go back the next time we're in Vegas.
It was wonderful! Food, drinks , service, atmosphere!! Worth going to in Vegas! Loved the waiters! The food had impeccable flavor ! Like no other in Vegas. Worth every penny spent. Definitely going back. Thank you Emeril! You did not let us down!
The food was incredible, we had a great time. I recommend it to everyone.
We have eaten here several times during our visits to Vegas. The food and service has always been outstanding. This was not the case on our last visit. In fact, we had saved this dinner as our last before heading back to Texas. And it turned out to be the worst of our whole four day trip. The service was bad and the food was mediocre at best.
The food was excellent, and the oysters were outstanding. The service wasn't bad, as we were not ignored by any means, but if we'd have followed the servers pace, we could have completed the dinner in the time it takes to eat an Applebee's lunch. To put that into perspective, we ordered a complete meal with wine, oysters, soups, meals, and desert. If we'd allowed it, we could have turned the table in 45 minutes. We didn't want to linger all night, but it felt like a struggle to slow the pace to 75 minutes. The food was excellent!
Salty food. The most I have ever paid for the most mediocre food. Never going back!!
Way too noisy, service mediocre, food only so-so for the price.....the noise level killed the evening for a party of 10.
Just ok. Nothing special here.
The device and food was great with one exception, the gumbo was very bland.
Overall great, would highly recommend.
The food was just ok, but the service was very good.
I hit Emeril's each time I am in Vegas - consistent/outstanding service, top-notch food and drink, plus solid people watching. Try the BBQ shrimp appetizer/starter and when your eyes roll into the back of your head, you'll have just one example of why I go there. While some items are thankfully staples on the menu, there are always new/fresh options.
Superb dining and experience overall.
You have to try their signature dish: the pecan encrusted fish with vegetable ratatouille: delicious, perfectly cooked fish with vegetables so yummy even our son devoured them!
The lamb chops with the wine demi glace sauce was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious.
We also loved the seasoning on the fried frog legs. If was a great first time for our son.
The corn bread starter was so good. Actually, we loved all the dishes.
Tip: Let them know if you are allergic to honey since all their vinaigrette’s are made with honey.
Lobster ravioli no good, sea-bass bland, oysters so-so, atmosphere suitable for a lower rated restaurant, service was good
Even though a little pricey, the food was outstanding! There were 4 of us and we ordered the seafood tower as an appetizer. It exceeded our expectations- delicious and so much food. We each had a different main dish (redfish, steak, crapcakes, salads) - this was the best meal we had in Las Vegas!
As always enjoyed a perfect evening and meal at Emeril’s! A must have is the banana cream pie for dessert!
We had the four course dinner. The food was wonderful. Our servers were great and VJ was very attentive and gave great recommendations. A little pricey, but well worth it.
Gumbo, nothing special, small portion, no seasoning... NOLA would not take credit for this. Fish dry and over cooked, and tasteless. Very disappointed with food. Server and service were fine. Too bad. Was here a few years a ago, and it was good!
Nice ambiance, we were seated at 7 so it was fairly quiet. EXTENSIVE wine list..it’s actually a binder full of paper. Food was good but I found it did not have enough salt which is strange for restaurant meals. I ordered herb roasted chicken and my companion ordered pecan crusted red fish. We also had redfish croquette starter. He said his was excellent. I could taste a bit of fennel seed in the dry rub of my chicken (I am NOT a fan) so I wasn’t 100% satisfied. But overall it was a nice meal and I’d give it another try sometime.
We received Outstanding Service and our waiter was very accommodating to moving us to a quieter area within the restaurant when we asked. Very Friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding and never felt rushed while dining.
The food is fabulous! The staff can be hit or miss with some servers being exceptional and others are terrible.
Great for early dining before a Vegas show!
The food was delicious. We both had seafood options.
For us the casino/hallway noise was still a little loud.
Awesome service and great food!
This restaurant was superb. It was the weekend and we had show tickets so we gave it a try. It was noisy because of the holiday crowd and we couldn't get a booth which I requested when booked, however, the meal was delicious. I had the trout - 2 huge pieces - and my husband had a specialty pasta with soft shell crabs. We will definitely return on our next visit to the strip!
Had a great time with my wife for a special nite out.
Good food and drinks. I have been wanting to try the signature banana cream pie and it didn't disappear. Excellent service!
We had excellent scallops with clams and skin on shrimp. Both were creative and perfectly prepared. Excellent.
We had helpful, courteous wait staff and delicious food.
The food was amazing. The service was fantastic. I requested to charge my bill to my room, but the Park MGM had not set it up for me to do so. The General Manager went out of his way, by calling to ensure that I was able to charge to my room. I took a friend who it was her second time traveling to Vegas and dining at Emeril's and she loved it both times. It is my favorite restaurant to eat at in Las Vegas.
Excellent shrimp Po boy and banana cream pie
If your dying to try frog legs. This is the place to do it!
We enjoyed our meals. The waiters handling our table were friendly, attentive and informative without the feeling they were constantly intruding. Our meals were tasty but not over-poweringly seasoned, some have complained the meals are not seasoned enough, but we thought they were great. We sat in the restaurant part, not up in front of the bar. We were told if you have reservations, you are seated in the restaurant portion. We found the sound level there to be much less then out front, so it was easy to carry on a conversation. (noise level is another complaint people have raised).
Service was very slow and our glasses were left empty for an extended period of time. My business partner actually had to “hail” a server. It appears to be a shared server model so nobody was focused on us and where we were in our meal.
Great food reasonable pricing. Friendly service. Excellent ambiance. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
I have eaten at Emeril’s in NOLA and this was a joke. The food was flavorless. There were 9 of us and no one walked away saying they would make a return visit.
Everything was good except for the oysters. There were some west coast oysters that were not fresh.
Was very disappointed. Food was not amazing. After the salad we had too wait over 30 minutes for dinner and then we had to wait for the bill. Never going here again
We went to the fish house before a show. We weren’t super hungry which was too bad because the food was delicious. I had the red fish and my husband had the trout Both were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We also had the clam chowder which was perfect. Staff was efficient and very friendly. I would definitely eat here again.
