Just awful! So disapointing. We waited 20 minutes to be seated with a reservation and then sat waiting for an hour for our food - we ended up having to leave without getting our food to make the show we came to see. No one in our party would ever go to this restaurant again.
We enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer very much. The Caesar salad was one of the best we've had. The eggplant was flavorful and nicely done along with the pasta. Salmon over the Caesar was delicious too. The tiramisu and cannoli was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
We were celebrating a friend's birthday and from start to finish our night was perfect. The hosts were very polite, the bartender was quick and friendly, and our server Kim couldn't have been more accommodating. The manager checked in on us to assure we were enjoying everything. The food was delicious and we couldn't have had a better night. Thank you to the staff at Emeril's Italian Table!
We went for dinner on our anniversary. Most of the food was delicious and tasty. However, the soups were way over salty, the grilled octopus was non-existent (2 little pieces) was served with fingerling potatoes which I didn't get at all. I think it was just to fill up the empty plate. The Bolognese was excellent. The panna cotta was very good there was too much of it though. When we told them we were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday it went unnoticed. All in all the meal was good. Since this is in the Sand's Casino, its very busy and they really bring your meals out fast.
This place has always been one of our go-to places when dining at the Sand's Casino. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food that you are getting. The pizzas fired up in the oven are great and act as a good appetizer for the table. The service has always been top notch and it is one of the places that is not that difficult to get into without a reservation. The weekends are a different story. We always enjoy the food and the variety of selections on the menu. For this particular occasion, it was my daughter's 16th birthday and Emeril's Italian Table was the place she chose to take her friends. They had a wonderful time and everyone in the restaurant was very attentive to the needs of the teenagers. They enjoyed appetizers, entrees, and desserts during the meal, all of which they said was delicious. We like the lively atmosphere by the kitchen and will be looking to dine there, again, in the near future.
We had a reservation and a couple without one was taken first. When I questioned the hostess she was rude and unprofessional. She was young so she still has time to learn effective customer service. Our waitress was wonderful and gave us professional quality service, But due to the first impression by the hostess, it is questionable if we will return. The food was good but customer service is very important .
We've been to Emeril's several times now. My husband typically order the lasagne which he loves. This time it was only fair both in taste and quantity. My typical order is a salad- small salad was $10 and not very filling- Couldn't bring myself to pay $14 for a larger size that didn't include any meat or fish.
Made a 4:45 reservation on a Sunday night before a 7:00pm concert. Needed the reservation because by 5pm the place was crowded. Our server Thomas was friendly and prompt. My wife couldn't decide between 2 dishes and Thomas's suggestion was spot on. My entree (Chicken Parmesan) was awesome! Also enjoyed Thomas's wine selection. I noticed at another table that when there food arrived and one person was missing, they actually brought a cover for the dish until the customer returned. I can't recall ever seeing that in any restaurant before. Great attention to details. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.
This was our second visit after an outstanding first. However, this time it was not very enjoyable. First let me tell you that the restaurant is closing shortly to become an Emeril's seafood restaurant we were told by staff. On this visit it was a Saturday night prior to a show. I book an early seating at 5pm. We had an enjoyable salad and incredible tropical sangrias. As we were waiting for our food, our waiter, and two mangers came over to check in with us. They were very nice, but at the time not know why all the attention was being paid to us. We then found that our food was delayed over 25 minutes after our salads were served. When our entrees were served, my wife's Salmon was very chard and cold. My chick was also cold. The Brussels sprouts are to die for here, we still awesome. The sad part was my wife had to send the salmon back and we couldn't wait for anew dish due to the show. The manage was very professional and understanding. He treated us very well and comped my wife's dish. So we were very disappointed of course, but if it were not for the place closing, we would come back again. As I said, our first visit was amazing.
We arrived ON TIME for a 6 pm reservation that had been made weeks prior to Friday evening 2/26. We confirmed our reservation. Upon arrival there were very few people there. We told the waitress we needed to be out before 8 pm for a show and she said we had plenty of time. We ordered a couple of bottles of wine and appetizers prior to dinner which were good.
As the place filled up, it became evident that people were being served their food WAY after we had ordered. ( we were a table of 7 ) We did not get our dinner until 7:50 pm!!!!!! We felt we had to eat fast and did not get to savor every bite. We also had to skip dessert and more wine.
This cost the restaurant! We had to hurry out and did not make it into the show until 8:20 because of long lines into the event center. The waitress never came back to check on us after we got our appetizers and wine. 7 people is a big check- why were we given such horrible service?????
Disappointed!!!!. They even admitted they LOST OUR TICKET!
Would not recommend.
Have 2 girlfriends where we had decided to go for all of our birthdays this year. My favorite SHRIMP SCAMPI was taken off the menu. That was my biggest disappointment. I was craving it since my last time in January. The Brussel Sprouts were different also. Nothing was bad, I was sad my favorite were changed and discontinued.
We have dined at the Italian Table many times before. They have now changed the menu, and as a practicing vegetarian there was virtually nothing to choose from. Our waitress was kind, and tried to be accommodating but the dishes were already prepared with meat. There were 4 of us...each couple shared one appetizer, and two of us chose pizza instead of an entree, but our bill with tip was over $200! We won't be going back in the near future. The Italian Table has become a very expensive pizzeria!
Ugggghhh. Well I guess everybody has a bad experience at their favorite places to eat at atleast once . Right ? . Been here a bunch of times and always had the best time and food . Well this past February 13th 2016 was not a good time I understand it was completely packed an busy . But the menu changed and it wasn't like I enjoyed prior times eating here . Be aware they change it often now . I got the veal parm and it was not good it was horrible to say the least I could barley cut it up it was so tough which it shouldn't be ever! My fiancé had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and she wasn't as happy or impressed at prior visits also . But to say the least we will defenitly go back again one bad time don't stop us and it was basically Valentine's Day and the casino was overcrowded to the max we couldn't even find a machine to play or get close to a table game . I still recommend this as one of the best places to eat at a good price and generous portion of food ..
