A very pretty and classy looking place. Thought it was overpriced for the food you get. My 7 oz fillet mignon was dry. My wifes rye crusted salmon was apparently not , it looked and tasted more like a salt crust. We ordered the pierogi appetizer, there were two pirogui on the plate for $12 I think. We ordered a caramel mousse desert was only so so. The service was very good very attentive.
No bathroom in the restaurant you have to go out in the smoke filled casino!!!
Next trip to The Sands we eat somewhere else.
We had reservation and were seated promptly. Appetizers were very good with a personal touch of Emeril. We had Salmon very good nice size portion and Filet 7 Oz cooked perfect med rear nice size not overwhelming served oscar. Too full for desert. Price was as expected from Fine Restaurant.
Celebrating our wedding anniversary. Perfect for that occasion. Second dinner there, just as good as the first. Attentive/friendly staff, excellent food. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. We'll be back.
Had a reservation for 6pm prior to the Martina McBride concert. We arrived early and we were seated immediately. The service was efficient and they made us feel special. The food was delicious and dessert was yummy. Would definitely eat at this restaurant again when I am in the area.
Looked forward to this reservation all week! Was highly disappointmented! My wife ate her meal with water because waitress never came by to see if we needed a refill on our drinks! Flagged down a different waiter to get a drink! When he brought it, he gave my wife a dirty look, like we were an inconvenience to him! Baked potato was half cooked, couldn’t even eat it! Steaks were not worth the money we spent! To say that we walked away disappointed, would be an understatement!
All four members of my party enjoyed their food. The service was great. The different courses were delivered at a proper time. The filet mignon was prepared as ordered. I asked for a dessert I did not see on the
Menu and they brought it to me. I will return whenever I have the opportunity.
The service was poor in that the waitress seemed to be in a hurry or wanted to do something else. The meal took a long time to be served. The table was located in front of another room where a large party sat at a big table. The noise from the other room was so loud that my wife and I couldn't hear each other talk. What was particularly disconcerting was that there were plenty of other tables around that wouldn't have had the noise problem. I'm not sure what the logic was to sit us right in front of the noisy room when we could have been seated at any number of more desirably tables.
The service was excellent, and the food was perfect.
Asked to have appy wrapped, no problem. Took it in the back and wrapped it, put in bag and brought it to me. Asked to have dinner leftovers wrapped and Temba said "we'll take care of that for you" and the girl helping him brought out a container and put it on the table. After a $151.78 meal, I have to pack my own leftovers? No exactly what I was expecting.
This place was pricey. So much so, that I opted for a caesar salad and the lobster/king crab mac n cheese side dish with a glass of wine. The salad was smallish and very ordinary, lacking any zest of mustard or flavor of anchovies in the dressing. The lobster mac n cheese had only small bits of seafood in it (much less than other places) and was extremely salty - however, that was a generous and filling portion. The $12 glass of wine was not a generous pour, and was extremely average. The food came quickly. The servers were very professional and friendly. I will not eat there again.
There were three of us who went to Emeril’s Chophouse. The wait staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the crab cake, beef cheeks, and grilled octopus for appetizers. The entrees of osso bucco, rib eye steak, and petit filet mignon were cooked to perfection. The roasted vegetables and tater tots poutine were delicious sides. The banana cream pie and dacquiose were a wonderful end to our meal. The restaurant was recently renovated and found that the tables were nicely spaced apart and the noise level was low. The meal was a bit pricey but we enjoyed every bite.
This was an awesome dinner
Got the filet and it was cooked perfect
This is a great place to take a date for an amazing dinner!!!
Excellent meal, steaks cooked as ordered, waiters attentive
Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back again l!
Always have a good meal, ordered the rib eye, medium rare, taste was very good, overall was good. Appetizers and sides were also very good
Excellent Service. Great Wine selection. Their Tomahawk Ribeye was cooked to perfect medium rare, had great texture and flavor.
Great place for dinner before attending an event.
Great food. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Just wish the food would come with sides instead of having to purchase them separately.
Went here for dinner after the food and wine festival. We had the pleasure of sitting with Christopher and Dan. I had high expectations coming in, and they exceeded all of them. From the moment we walked in and were greeted at the door, we felt like VIP’s. The appetizers; the beef tartar, BBQ Shrimp, and calamari were fantastic. Christopher made a great recommendation on a bottle of wine. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the lobster tail was unlike any i have ever had, and the sides were big enough to share and just as memorable as every other part of our dining experience. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Emeril’s, especially Christopher and Dan, for making a great day that much better. We will definitely return.
Food was incredible! Staff was professional and kind! I will be back again soon!
This was not the normal experience for us dining at Emeril's Chop House, it was pretty busy and my friend's scallops were burnt on the bottom on all 5 of them. Disappointing as this was his first time there, he won't be dining there for a long time but we will be back there soon.
Food was excellent! Service was exceptional and we will be returning!
Great food! Great Service! A wonderful meal with my wonderful wife!
This restaurant was amazing. We had the bbq shrimp as an appetizer over grits, totally awesome. We had the filet mignon au poivre. Best steak I’ve had in a long time and the sauce was delicious. Great evening.
Food was amazing. Best steak I have ever had. Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend. We will be back.
Terrible service and mediocre food....I believe that speaks for itself.
Porkchop was worse that I ever had could not cut too thick and too much sauces all over did not look good tables next to us said same
Waiter took real long time to bring drinks and clear meal and Bri g check
Awesome meal and service as usual.
Food was only ok for the price
All the employees are just great..They are very friendly and helpful with pickimg out the right foods..Thanks...
Food always makes me sick way overpriced it’s always starts hood but ends up just okay
Disappointing, slow service although it was not crowded and early in the evening. Food was mediocre-salty not tasty.
Party of 5 for Graduation dinner. Got cheese and meat tray for appetizer which was good. I had shrimp appetizer which was ok. Thought the shrimp could have had a little more spice coming from an 'Emeril' background. Had an "Allen Brothers" steak which was just ok. Not trimmed very well. Two of the diners ordered scallops which were disappointing. Most definitely a soaked scallop as compared to a "dry scallop". Desserts were ok.
First of 3 Emeril’s restaurants my wife and I both enjoyed.
waiting staff was indifferent
filet mignion was not of good quality nor done properly (medium rare)
osso bucco was tasteless
on previous occasion NY strip was of low quality
The food was tremendous and we had a very friendly and competent wait staff. Was an overall nice birthday dinner and we will be back.
We had a very enjoyable evening at Emeral’s. The service was excellent, wanting to share a steak, the waiter was happy to split it in kitchen it was done to perfection. Great wine selection.
We ordered the bone in rib eye, creamed spinach, seafood gratin, &beef carpaccio. The seafood gratin cost $18 for a small dish & it had a fishy taste. The rib eye was nothing special, but cooked well. The beef carpaccio wasn’t bad but there was more cucumbers on the plate than carpaccio. The only good thing about Emeril’s was the service. Our waiter was very good & attentive. Also ate at Emeril’s burger place, I would have gotten a better burger at McDonalds. Both places very disappointing!!!
great food. great service . great atmosphere for dining
There are no bad bites at Emeril's. Osso Buco off the scale.
